This is Amy Winehouse as we haven't seen her before. Her waxwork model, photo above, has been unveiled at Madame Tussauds, in London, and her parent's were present to see the finished article.

Mitch Winehouse said that it was an 'absolute incredible likeness.' And it must be said that it does indeed look good, perhaps better than Amy looks in reality.

Mitch went on to say, "It captures her totally, but she's not that skinny anymore. I can't get over the tattoos. They are perfect."

No Further Action Taken Against John Leslie Over Rape Claim

There will be no action taken over the allegations against John Leslie of rape. This involved an incident which was supposed to have taken place back in 1995. His solicitors made the following statement:

"Yet again, after a complete and thorough investigation, it has been confirmed that there is no truth or substance to the damaging allegations that were made against our client last month.

He is of course delighted. The complaint was ridiculous, but yet again and for a second time his name has been dragged through the mud before the law has had a chance to confirm his innocence.

The law confers a blanket of anonymity on complainants but the accused enjoys no such protection.

Instead his reputation, his character, his career and his family are regarded as fair game by the media.

There is little justice and no fairness in what our client and his family have been put through."

The Batman star Christian Bale has been arrested in London.

A police spokesperson would only confirm, "A 34-year-old man attended a central London police station this morning by appointment and was arrested in connection with an allegation of assault. He currently remains in custody."

We believe he has now been released on bail.

The allegations involve assault on his mother and sister at the Dorchester Hotel on Sunday. The two women made a formal complaint at a police station yesterday. This was passed on to the Metropolitan Police for investigation - and this lead to Bale's arrest.

News Just In: Amy Winehouse wasn't in court today as husband Blake Fielder-Civil was sentenced to 27 months following his admission of grievous bodily harm and perverting the course of justice with a £200,000 ($400,000) plot to try and prevent him from being sent to jail. As Fielder-Civil has already served nearly nine months on remand he could be out of prison in about four to five months. Providing he's a good boy, of course.

The new Miss. Arkansas has been announced and she is Ashlen Batson. She was crowned on Saturday night in Hot Springs.

Ashlen Batson is 21 years old and a senior at the University of Central Arkansas and comes from Newark. Previously she was recognised as the Preliminary Lifestyle and Fitness in Swimsuit winner.

Ashlen will go on to now compete in the Miss America Pageant which is to be held in January 2009 in Las Vegas.

Runners Up: in the Miss Arkansas Pageant were: Lauren English Miss OBU; Chanley Painter Miss White River; Sarah Slocum Miss UCA and Ashley Green Miss Northeast Arkansas.

At last an agreement has been reached regarding custody of the children of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline. The terms are confidential but it is believed that Britney's visitation rights will increase over time and that she will now have three visits per week, with her sons, and two overnight visits.

The Press Association has just reported that a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Pete Doherty. It appears that he didn't turn up for a scheduled court appearance.

The estate agent employer of 27 year old Julie-Ann Reed was ordered to pay her £28,900.99 damages and £3,055 costs (about $56,000) after he sacked her and made comments regarding her 36DD breasts.

It appears that Gerald Probert told Julie-Ann "You should either reduce the size of your breasts or get some new blouses." When she objected to the remark he sacked her and said, "You little s***, get out"

Now, as we said, on Girls Gone Wild Ashley Dupre Video Ashley/Kristen made a video for the Girls Gone Wild people. However, she now claims that she was only 17 at the time.

So how did she get into a sexy video at that age? Well Amber Arpaio, who is a New Jersey dental assistant, alleges that Dupre used her drivers licence to 'prove' that she was old enough to be in the film/video back in 2003.

In fact Arpaio is now suing Dupre and is seeking unspecified monetary compensation for defamation and invasion of privacy.

And more on the cleaning theme housemates from Hell can win two hours of hot water. All they have to do is move some manure from one farmer's pen to another, using only the tools provided. Of course if they don't manage to move the manure they won't get any hot water. Phew!
