If that means you increased the daily, net caloric intake then then, yes, I believe it would eventually result in a weight gain. If you mean calories were shifted from carb and/or protein to fat (% fat changed) then, no, I don't believe there would be a weight gain.Joe Frielhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06435040653614290227noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6679795642497453426.post-48053089308313459022008-10-21T07:30:00.000-07:002008-10-21T07:30:00.000-07:00Is it possible to gain weight or excess fat on the...Is it possible to gain weight or excess fat on the paleo diet?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6679795642497453426.post-54386364745559575542008-10-16T14:57:00.000-07:002008-10-16T14:57:00.000-07:00Ugh, this subject is always such a tough one!! And I know that come late winter/early spring, it will be time to start working to take it off again. And even though I am young, it still seems harder every year.

Thanks for reminding us that it's a normal thing that happens to most athletes...Sarahhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01469099803097245627noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6679795642497453426.post-90625332487324879912008-10-15T09:09:00.000-07:002008-10-15T09:09:00.000-07:00thanks a lot for your reply I'll be getting that b...thanks a lot for your reply I'll be getting that book this week

ThanksPhilippehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13182979152250288524noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6679795642497453426.post-88623391550097765522008-10-15T09:05:00.000-07:002008-10-15T09:05:00.000-07:00Philippe - I'm quite biased on books on sport nutr...Philippe - I'm quite biased on books on sport nutrition.
