Let's talk about Teen Halloween Costumes.
Ok, now I don't know really who has more fun this (halloween) time of the year; if either young children or the parents of the young ones. I don't know about most of you, but during my early years, this was the time for me to be anyone that I wanted to be; at the time (early nineties) Indiana Jones was a big deal, as well as the infamous Bond, but perhaps more than any of those two, the one that I wanted to look like, and call me eccentric if you want but it is the honest truth: I wanted to dress like Bono. I mean, not only the name is uber-cool, but just his unique sense of fashion is extremely enticing, specially in the early nineties, way before he was propelled to god-like status following their impromptu concern in New York City.
Anyhow, back to my original question, I really believe it's the kids that get the most fun out of this celebration. We all have a sense of humor, no whether we understand somebody elses' or not, that is an entirly different issue. I remember once having dinner with my girlfriend, and she made this statement that to her was complitely innocent putting my parents on a complete frenzy. Now, I am sure that the fact that she couldn't possibly come from a more different background than all of us was one of the main issues for the misunderstanding; nontheless, we were able to become civil soon afterwards.
