I have an 18 qt cooker that I just love! I make 8 baked chickens at one time, then I let them cool, debone them and can the meat and broth. It makes for simple falling apart chicken. Just open the can and it's ready to go for chicken and biscuits, soups, stews, tacos and so much more. Now I sound like a commercial. <BR/><BR/>Have you ever tried the fix it and forget it cookbook?
