I had been asked to give a presentation on photography in the garden. I had a great time presenting my love of photography to this attentive group of women! I even managed to stump their plant identification skills with my image of the tomato flower (not an easy thing to do with this knowledgeable group). We should see some great photos coming from this group now--which is exactly what they need to show off their terrific gardening skills.

One thing that really struck me was hearing them say not only the Pledge of Allegiance, but also a pledge to help protect our environment and make this world a better place. What a mission to have! I love the idea that these women are using their talents to change what we have around us for the better.

Thank you Scappoose Garden Club, I had a wonderful time.White Dragon Studioshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13710155633524566853noreply@blogger.com
