PARTICIPATION<br />The Salon is open to all cartoonists from all over the world and beyond.<br />2. THEME<br />The USA (United States of America).<br />3. THE PRIZES<br /><strong><span style="color:#009900;">1st. Prize: Golden mermaid + $ 2000 US Dollars.</span></strong><br /><strong><span style="color:#009900;">2nd. Prize: Silver mermaid + $ 1500 US Dollars.</span></strong><br /><strong><span style="color:#009900;">3rd. Prize: Copper mermaid + $ 1000 US Dollars.</span></strong><br />Winners will be notified by e-mail, telephone or post mail.<br />4. ENTRIES<br />A maximum of 3 works can be submitted in any media, black and white or colour, but they should have been elaborated specifically for this contest. It’s recommended to send the works by e-mail but also they can be sent by surface mail. Please do not send originals - good quality photocopies, laser or desk jet printouts would be sufficient.<br />Works sent by e-mail should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and keep the proportions of a letter size paper sheet (21.5 cms x 27.9 cms).
