App...The Chinese embassy moved to another building. Apparently because the previous landlords were getting too greedy. Everybody knew they were going to move out, as it was published online and spread orally. However, the Chinese embassy did not formally notify the landlords. Now the landlords demand 300k euro for a building that has been uninhabited for a long time. That is not reasonable. To be honest, I think that is just a ripoff. Usually, you try to settle this issue by paying a fixed sum of money, let's say a few months of rent. Now they can kiss that money goodbye. There is no way the Chinese state would be paying anything now. That company should pay for being too greedy.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
