So you enter in the titles of all the people in your meeting and click "start." As the timer ticks up, it shows you how many dollars the meeting is costing the company (it uses Payscale.com for the rates of the folks in the room). It's been very enlightening, in that I'm increasingly glad that I'm not in the startup business. It's a business that's unbelievably exploitative: the VC's basically throw a very small amount of cash at a group in the hopes that the group will turn around and make it into a huge pile of cash.

The files (and transmission) are encrypted, so your friends can read them, you're just sharing some unused disk space on each other's machines.
This is obviously cheaper than something like Amazon's S3, and could solve the backup problem once and for all.
