C`est un endroit tres paisible ou il est bon de flaner. L`architecture de la ville oscille entre demeures traditionnelles d`inspiration chinoise et villas colonniales. Encore une rencontre tres sympa! </div><div align="justify"> </div><div align="justify">Sur les deux jours passes a Mui Ne, nous sommes alles sur les dunes de sable blanc et de sable rouge et nous nous sommes egalement baignes. Ce fut une tres belle rencontre qui a abouti a l`agrandissement de l`etage de la maison. En un temps record (seulement deux jours), JB et Brice (un des francais) ont rehausse le reservoir d`eau pour augmenter la pression de la douche et poser des poutres pour agrandir l`etage. Tout cela en affrontant des problemes de matos. Les livraisons se font avec du retard, les plaques d`agglo ne sont pas aux bonnes dimensions, les poutres en acier sont a scier a la main sous un soleil de plomb... vive Castorama! Heureusement qu`il y avait la bababa, la biere la moins cher du monde, pour leur redonner des forces. Apres avoir fait mes adieux a la famille viet chez qui je logeais ainsi qu`aux petits diables de l`orphelinat, me voila embarque a l`arriere d`une moto bien chargee (ne t`inquiete pas maman!) pour un periple de 3 heures. Mais bon, ca vaut vraiment coup!</div><div align="justify">Les enfants sont une petite dizaine, de 2 mois a 13 ans et vraiment adorables. Qu`est ce qu`ils sont sages par rapport aux enfants de l`orphelinat de Saigon! Il faut dire qu`ici l`orphelinat est tenu par une soeur franco-vietnamienne qui les eduque vraiment bien.</div><div align="justify">L`endroit est paisible: une petite maison dans la campagne avec un grand verger. Notre bungalow etait les pieds dans l`eau, un vrai petit paradis! Et pour continuer a vous degouter, on s`est regale de gambas et de crabes pour trois fois rien. J`ai un mois de juin tres charge. Apres le mekong et dalat on avait prevu d`aller au festival de Hue avec JB mais pas de chance plus de place dans les trains! Je vous conseille pour tester votre patience de vous rendre a la gare de Saigon et d`essayer d`acheter des billets de train. J`ai essaye hier et c`est vraiment l`enfer! Resultat maintenant je vais toujours passer par les agences de voyages: c`est a peine plus cher et on se fait pas emmerder!</div><div align="justify">Donc cette semaine on reste sur Saigon et on en profite pour faire quelques achats qu`on va envoyer en france par colis. Et a l`orphelinat les petits sont desormais en vacances mais c`est toujours mission impossible pour leur apprendre des jeux: encore et toujours cette barriere de la langue!</div><div align="justify">Mais la semaine prochaine, on s`envole direction Phu Quoc, une ile paradisiaque au sud du vietnam. Fini la pollution nous sommes desormais dans le delta du mekong. Rizieres a perte de vue, village de pecheurs flottant et marche sur l`eau... autant vous dire que c`est magnifique. C`est tres agreable comme endroit, on est loin de l`agitation continuelle de Saigon: plus de pollution, moins de bruits, plus de chauffeurs de motos a nos trousses...le paradis! Je continue ma decouverte de la gastronomie vietnamienne et surtout des fruits (un vrai delice sauf le durian).<br /></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">On est parti avec un tour operateur pour routards de Saigon (le Sinh Cafe) et on est tres content. on se retrouve avec seulement 4 autres personnes dont deux francais d`origine vietnamienne qui nous traduisent les infos du guide. Et tout cela dans un nuage de pollution et un vacarme continuel. Ici ca grouille de partout et le premier moyen de locomotion est la motorbike. Il me faut parfois jusqu`a 5 minutes avant de me lancer dans la traverse d`un grande artere et a chaque fois je m`etonne d`etre arrive indem de l`autre cote de la rue. Il y a egalement 3 etudiants qui logent dans la maison et une ami de la famille, americaine d`origine vietnamienne. Et tout ce beau monde constitue une sorte famille ou regne une ambiance extra. Tout le monde m`a completement adopte et contre quelques cours de francais et d`anglais ils m`apprenent le vietnamien et surtout me font decouvrir leur culture.<br /><br />La premiere semaine j`ai eu beaucoup de mal a m`adapter a la cuisine vietnamienne. Il fait tres chaud, ce qui n`aide pas et surtout il mange tres tot (le dejeuner est a 11h et le diner vers 5h30). Les vietnamiens adorent les epices et le nuoc nam, une sauce obtenue a partir de poissons fermentes (ca sent tres tres fort). Le riz est bien entendu present a tout les repas et peut meme servir a la conception de desserts (riz melange a des haricots). Mais heureusement pour moi ils ont de tres bon fruits. Je mange donc enormement de banane, pasteque et ramboutan (ca ressemble un peu au lychee).<br /><br />A l`orphelinat les enfants sont adorables (on s`y attache trop vite!) mais sont a l`ecole toute la journe ou font leurs devoirs (en Vietnamien) donc c`est pas vraiment l`ideal. Il y a bien sur les 8 bebes dont il faut s`occuper en permanence mais personnellement au bout de trois heures j`en ai marre. En plus ils n`ont pas de quoi acheter des couches culottes donc on passe son temps a ramasser leurs besoins (j`adore!). Et comme l`orphelinat est en ville il n`y a pas vraiment de place pour organiser des jeux. Mais a la fin du mois ils sont en vacances donc je vais commemcer a etre vraiment utile. En attendant je donne des cours de francais a gauche a droite a des etudiants vietnamiens qui veulent partir etudier en France.
