The work to homes in Chorlton Park Ward include new kitchens and bathrooms, double glazing, insulation and security doors. The improvements have already started and tenants are receiving details of the proposed programme of work.</div><div align="justify"> </div><div align="justify">The housing stock in Chorlton Park needs investment and these improvements have certainly been welcomed by tenants. I also think that it is excellent news that every tenant is guaranteed one of the major improvements within the first two years.
