(This does NOT include any private sales, only those entered into the multiple listing service.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jan. - 41&lt;br /&gt;Feb.- 59&lt;br /&gt;Mar.-60&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These numbers are down over the same time of 2007. However, I believe a major factor of this was the slower than normal November and December of 2007.
