tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6069247242782317137.post-18481583145655405602007-07-15T12:52:00.000-04:002007-07-15T12:57:38.283-04:002007 MGSA PICNIC<br />& RECREATION LEAGUE TOURNAMENT<br /><br />PLAYERS, PARENTS & FAMILIES ARE ALL WELCOME.<br />SUNDAY, JULY 29 AT GREENWOOD PARK<br />CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES AT 1:00<br />FOOD WILL BE SERVED AT 3:00<br /><br />Each division has been assigned to bring the following: <br />T-Ball – Cut up vegetables<br />Div 1 – Cut up Vegetables<br />Div 2 – 24 pack of Bottled water<br />Div 3 - Desserts<br />Div 4 - Snacks (Chips, Pretzels, etc.)<br />Travel – Fruit<br />MGSA is providing Hot Dogs and Pizza. <br />Water may be brought earlier in the week, and dropped off at the concession stand.<br />Food should be given to the crew running the food tent.<br />VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO HELP IN THE FOOD TENT. IF YOU CAN HELP, PLEASE CONTACT A BOARD MEMBER.<br /><br />UMPIRES VS. COACHES GAME starting at 4:00. <br />All umpires, blue or gray will be playing against coaches and parents. Bring your own teams, or walk ons welcome. This will be a slow pitch game, 7 innings, no time limit.
