HOLINESS

HELPFUL

I can be helpful in everything I think, say and do. If I am thinking positive and encouraging thoughts about others, then I am being a helpful influence. If I am saying uplifting things in my conversations, then I am helpful in that way. When my actions make a difference, that is helpful.

HEAVEN

Heaven is right now. I relax into the present moment and I see that all of the worries in my head, I just made up. I can let them go and realize heaven in the NOW.

HEARTWORK

I allow my heart to guide me in everything I do. I consciously go within and listen to my heart. I am aware of the heart area of my chest and I focus on how it feels. If I am experiencing any negative thoughts of feelings about anyone, I visualize that person and I take them into my heart where Love dissolves the problem. The Love in my heart heals anything I choose to allow to enter in to be healed. My Heart Work heals me.

HEART

HEALTH

HEALING

HARMONY

Harmony happens when we are all working together for the common good of all. So, I agree to always do my part to move towards completing my own piece of the greater whole so that we are all closer to having peace and harmony.

I do the right thing. I do what works for me. I play the role that is the Divine piece of the puzzle that is mine. In God’s symphony, I play my own instrument with the perfect notes that create harmony for all.

HAPPINESS

GUIDANCE

I accept my guidance right here and right now. In this present moment I listen. I go within, I become quiet and I tap into that still small voice. I feel my heart beating and filling with the energy of life. I listen to love and I use love as my tool which shows me the direction to follow. I allow love to be my guide.

GROWTH

I like the idea of “growing where you are planted.” I have a certain set of circumstances and I have projects I am working on and relationships I am in. These are all perfect just the way they are and each one has a purpose, or something for me to learn. I take a baby step at a time, and gradually, sometimes unnoticeably I progress and I grow into new situations, new relationships and new creative projects. When I practice seeing the good in all of it, I grow into more wonderful happenings.

GRATITUDE

In cultivating an attitude of gratitude, I am becoming a person of grace. Each time I look for something to be grateful for, I increase my prosperity and abundance and I become more aware of how fortunate I am. Every time I am grateful for the people in my life, I increase the love in my heart. When I am grateful I feel good. I find things to appreciate that I had not noticed before. Looking at what I do have, rather than what I don’t have, I begin to see from my heart, rather than from my head. I embrace the people in my life. I embrace my own life. When I am grateful, I love myself the way I am!

GRACE

I like to practice seeing the good in everything that happens, and especially in all people. Seeing the good in someone has a healing effect on me and the other person as well. Good is Good!

GOAL

It’s good to set a goal and to do each step, one at a time until I have the job complete. This helps me feel good about myself. Having a goal and doing the work helps me to be grounded in Reality.

GIVE

GARDENER

I am the gardener of my life. I till the soil by doing mental housekeeping and cleaning out the cobwebs of my mind. I choose carefully the seeds that I plant so that I can have the results that I want. I water my plants with plenty of gratitude and kindness. I let go and I allow my garden to grow. When the time comes, I harvest my crop. Then I begin again.

FULFILLMENT

I see myself in fulfillment. I am perfect and complete right now. I am doing the work that I love with people that I love and who love me. I am well compensated for what I do. I am getting the results I want and these results are for the greatest benefit for myself and others., I accept my life the way it is and I love myself the way I am right now. I accept fulfillment at this moment. I am fulfilled.

FRIENDSHIP

In life, people come and go. Some are my friends for a short while and others are long term friends. I can make the decision to always be a friend to myself and to keep all of my friends in my heart forever. Friendship is a quality that I cultivate.

FREEDOM

The relationship between the individual and the Universal Mind is one of reflection. That is, what we image for ourselves, It images for us. Then it follows that the very law which created bondage could as easily create freedom. The Divine intends freedom for us but the very fact that we have creative thought, and that we are real individuals, presupposes the use of our creativeness in more than one way.

When all of the extra things are out of the way; that is when I have freedom. Freedom is when my mind is clear and I really know what I want. I am free to choose for my self because there are no old, self limiting beliefs in my mind; old voices telling me that I am not good enough, smart enough, big enough pretty enough, talented enough to really have what I want. I am now free and clear. I am strong, I am intelligent. I have the faith of God in my heart. God wants me to have freedom so I choose to have it right here and right now. I choose to be free, healthy wealthy and wise. I choose Love. I have freedom of choice. I accept my right to vote.
