What a painful & expensive weekend! Tough situation to be in with Maddie and the spilt too, will pray...<BR/><BR/>Times like these sometimes I start thinking - so why am I doing this again? What an awesome idea! What made you think of it? ;)<BR/>I honestly could not believe how great I felt. No pain (until the end) and the time literally flew. Felt great today to. Besides icing and any post run rituals, I felt great. I take that as a sign that my overall fitness level is improving. I think you might be onto to something!
