I can feel your pain. The go...Sean,<br /><br />Hang in there. I can feel your pain. The good thing about triathlon is that there are always other things to work on. I used to be "just" a runner and would inevitably get hurt over training or something and would have to take some time off. I feel sorry for people who had to be around me during that time!<br /><br />Last year I hust my back and couldn't run OR bike, but was able to lift some weights and spend a lot of time in the pool.
