It wasn't too difficult, though I wasn't the one who got everything set up, collected the chickens, or chopped off the heads.
Superintendent Clint had to hustle a bit to keep up with the plucking women-folk. To his credit, he did all the set up and clean up. Oh, and the chopping of heads. It is so tasty! It's a pain to wash it though. I hate bugs or sand in my salad, so I wash each leaf carefully. Here is a photo of the strawberry/lettuce patch in February and again yesterday.
