Des gaufres liégeoises !&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:100%;"  &gt;375 g de farine&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:100%;"  &gt;22 cl de lait tiède&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:100%;"  &gt;1 sachet de levure de boulangerie déshydraté (BRIOCHIN)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:100%;"  &gt;2 oeufs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:100%;"  &gt;1 sachet de sucre vanillé&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:100%;"  &gt;180 g de beurre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:100%;"  &gt;150 g de sucre perlé (sucre en grains ou morceaux de sucre concassés)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Oeufs + sucre + farine&lt;br /&gt;Lait tiède + levure&lt;br /&gt;On mélange le tout et on ajoute le beurre. Etaler sur la pâte feuilletée la préparation sur toute la surface. Repliez les 2 grands côtés vers le centre. Repliez de nouveau les 2 côtés vers le centre. Et enfin, repliez de nouveau.&lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Emballer la pâte dans son papier et laisser reposer au congélateur environ 1 heure. Sortez le rouleau de pâte et coupez le en tranche d’environ 1 cm-&lt;metricconverter productid="1.5 cm" st="on"&gt;&lt;/metricconverter&gt; 1.5 cm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Déposer sur une plaque de cuisson. Saupoudrez de quelques grains de fleurs de sel et mettre au four environ 10 minutes. Quand il n'y en a plus, disposer de la mozarella en tranches. Laisser infuser hors du feu et à couvert pendant 20min.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Porter à nouveau le lait à ébullition, ajouter la crème, le sucre et la semoule. Laisser cuire à tout petits bouillons pendant 6min en remuant régulièrement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Remplir de ramequins à placer 2h au frais.&lt;/span&gt; Manger.
