I think you are going to have to break your prices substantially in order to liquidate.HavanaJournal.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13202400174217381620noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5852239505901018331.post-10368682423548442462008-11-21T12:48:00.000Z2008-11-21T12:48:00.000Zredheadking, I am going to leave your post as a fa...redheadking, I am going to leave your post as a favour, even though I usually spammy posts.

The reason is that I quite like the look of WhyPark, though I don't use it myself.

Am working on an idea for the viral selling of domain names. I am not going to describe them here for free, because I charge fees to help you make money. Benefits of 14 years of domain experience.

However, I can say that if you want to start eliminating domains that aren't in your core niche focus, the best thing to do IMMEDIATELY is to try to get them indexed on the search engines. Cheapest way to do this? Sign up for a WhyPark.com account. WhyyPark will park your domains and put relevant content on them. You may find in doing this that some of your domains are more valuable than you previously thought. Additionally, an indexed domain name is more valuable than a domain that has been parked for all its life. SE's ignore landing pages.

It's a smart strategic move to filter your portfolio down to manageable domains, find those to build out, separate and watch the PPC earners, and to also decide which longtails need to stay or go.

But remember this: If your domains are parked at a traditional parking service, and get no traffic or income, even though they are clear generics, maybe testing them at WhyPark.com with relevant content can help you define the value of these domains, and give you some better payouts and traffic from SE results, as opposed to "typein" visitors.

DISCLAIMER: I am an employee of Whypark.com. If David allows this post, I owe him one on my blog. Just come to WhyPark and check us out. As an investment, my domains are fine. But I just can't optimize them all, so I'm sure I'm leaving money on the table every day. Therefore, I'm considering to sell a part of my domain portfolio, too.

A dollar today is worth more than a dollar tomorrow. Also, I'm seeing lots of opportunities in the stock market, which is why I'm going to put more money to work there.

Good luck to you, David!
