A lot of people don't even know where its located. You do however have to be at least a level 55 or higher. The Orb can be farmed from the Dragons in Dire Mauls Arena. These Dragons also have a high drop rate for blue items. The Orb itself has a very low drop rate but is well worth the time once you get it. It can sell for 400-500 gold depending on your server. So far I have successfully farmed and sold the Orb of Deception three times.
