Also losing last night were the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. In almost every other year the tournament has taken place, Georgia plays Georgia Tech for the Thrasher Cup. But not this year. This year the cup will be awarded to either the University of Florida or Florida State. According to Ice Dogs Head Coach John Hoos, this is the first time those two teams have played for the cup. The puck drops at 8:30.
