It is sad that I can't celebrate a fellow Canadian's birthday with joy. This is a man who stood for many things - anti-war, anti-commercialism (the anti-coporate sponsorship stand for his tours) and yet as a member of CSNY he christened the new Bethel Center for the Performing Arts on the original Woodtstock site on Woodstock anniversary weekend in a theater built by a billionaire cable baron.
