Coloque em um refratário a carne moída.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;2. Acrescente o trigo hidratado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;3. Junte a cebola picada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;4. Acrescente as folhas de hortelã.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;5. Tempere com o sal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;6. Tempere com pimenta síria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;7. Passe tudo duas vezes no moedor. Caso não possua um moedor, pique muitíssimo bem todos os ingredientes e misture com as mãos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;8. Modele os quibes com as mãos e faça um furo no meio com a ajuda dos dedos. Para facilitar, molhe as mãos em água e azeite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;9. Recheie-os com a manteiga e o snoubar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;10. Depois de recheados, feche-os, moldando-os em formato de quibe com as duas mãos. Reserve-os.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;SEGUNDA PARTE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;11. Aqueça uma panela pequena com 1 litro de água e 1 colher de manteiga.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;12. Quando ferver, jogue os quibes e deixe-os cozinhar por cerca de 5 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;TERCEIRA PARTE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;13. À parte, junte ao liquidificador os iogurtes (ou coalhada fresca), o sal e a maisena. Bata todos os ingredientes até adquirir uma consistência homogênea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;14. Coloque a mistura em uma panela média.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;15. Leve ao fogo baixo, mexendo até que engrosse um pouco, mas não em demasia. Junte, então, os quibes e deixe-os cozinhar na coalhada por cerca de 2 minutos. Não mexa para não quebrá-los.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;FINALIZAÇÃO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;16. Coloque 6 quibes em um refratário. Acrescente a coalhada quente até cobri-los. Decore com a hortelã seca. Deixe ferver por uns minutos...Jogue a água fora e lave bem o peito de frango. Deixe pegar gosto por mais ou menos 1 hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;Faça um molho de tomates refogando a cebola no óleo, acrescente a caixinha de molho de tomates, salgue  e apimente (cuidado ao salgar pois o camarão também está temperado com sal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;Frite o camarão aos poucos em uma frigideira antiaderente. Quando terminar volte todo o  camarão para a frigideira, acrescente o uísque e flambe ( coloque um palito de fósforo aceso perto da frigideira, assim o álcool do uísque irá pegar fogo). Misture o camarão ao molho de tomate e verifique o tempero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;Em uma travessa retangular untada, disponha as fatias de pão de forma. E de lá prá cá tenho cada vez mais feito progressos!!! No começo corria um pouco e quase morria... Ontem corri junto com meus amigos 21 Km nos revezando, cada um correndo 7 Km, e fizemos todos, esses 7 Km, em menos de 1 hora !!! Depois de começar a treinar, vi que deveria fazer musculação para poder fortalecer minhas pernas e deixar meus braços e barriga em forma também e por isso é que me ausentei por tanto tempo de meu blog! Não que eu não tenha testado novos pratos, não tive tempo de postá-los! E também repeti vários de que gostei muito... Reserve. Leve a linguiça em uma panela com água e deixe ferver para poder retirar um pouco da gordura e do sal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;Depois de aferventadas, retire a pele das linguiças e corte em rodelas. Frite a linguiça até dourar e acrescente a cebola deixando fritar até que fique transparente  e macia. Acrescente então 1 litro de água e os pedaços de tomate e deixe cozinhar. Dilua a milharina no 1/2 litro de água restante, mexendo bem para dissolver. Em seguida, coloque aos poucos a mistura de fubá na panela, mexendo bem para não empelotar. Quando o caldo estiver grosso, acrescente a couve e deixer cozinhar até que ela amoleça. Acrescente a batata e deixe cozinhar por 10 minutos.  Adicione o agrião e deixe murchar bem. Incorpore o leite e a farinha de aveia dissolvida na água e mexa até que engrosse . Acrescente os cubos de caldo de galinha. Deixe a sopa esfriar um pouco e bata no liquidificador. Tempere o peixe com sal e limão e os camarões com o caldo de camarão ( que tinha dado uma sumida do mercado mas voltou recentemente na linha Vitalie). Achei uma receita de brodo em um livro de culinária antigo e resolvi experimenta-la. &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;Prá&lt;/span&gt; quem quer uma receita mais fácil e rápida faça com a &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;Danny&lt;/span&gt; fez, esse meu leva muito tempo, mas o resultado é um &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;brodo&lt;/span&gt; caseiro delicioso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;Numa panela grande coloque 1 quilo de músculo cortado em pedacinhos, 4 asas de frango, 4 pedaços de &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;mocotó&lt;/span&gt;, 1 cebola com casca com 4 cravos espetados, 1 cenoura em rodelas, 2 folhas de louro, alguns galhos de &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_8"&gt;salsão&lt;/span&gt;, 6 grãos de pimenta do reino inteiros, 2 dentes de alho. Cubra com bastante água e leve ao fogo alto até ferver, depois abaixe o fogo e deixe cozinhar por 3 horas, isso mesmo, 3 horas. Passado este tempo coloque em uma vasilha, deixe esfriar e leve à geladeira até o dia seguinte, quando terá se formado uma camada grossa de gordura que você facilmente retira com uma colher.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;Agora é só levar o caldo ao fogo, salgar, deixar ferver e acrescentar os &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_9"&gt;capeletes&lt;/span&gt; e deixar que eles cozinhem no &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_10"&gt;brodo&lt;/span&gt;. Basta que você coloque em uma panela de pressão 300 gramas de músculo cortado em pedaços, 2 batatas, 1 cebola, 2 dentes de alho, 2 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;mandioquinhas&lt;/span&gt;, 1 cenoura, 2 cubos de caldo de carne e 1 1/2 litro de água. Leve ao fogo alto com a panela de pressão tampada e depois que começar a chiar deixe cozinhar por uns 30 minutos (o tempo que você deve  levar para lavar o maço de agrião).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#3333FF;"&gt;Depois de cozida a sopa, retire a parte sólida, e desfie a carne, corte em pedaços menores a batata, cenoura e &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;mandioquinha&lt;/span&gt;. Deixei cozinhar até que as batatas ficassem bem molinhas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;Bati tudo no &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;liquidificador&lt;/span&gt; e acrescentei 200 gramas de cogumelo &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;shiitake&lt;/span&gt; e 250 gramas de cogumelo paris cortados em &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;cubinhos&lt;/span&gt;. Deixei cozinhar até que eles ficassem bem &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;molinhos&lt;/span&gt;, fiz isso no fogo baixo, para que o sabor &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_8"&gt;dos&lt;/span&gt; cogumelos passasse para a sopa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;Quando eles amoleceram acrescentei 200 gramas ( 1 caixinha) de &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_9"&gt;creme&lt;/span&gt; de leite &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_10"&gt;light&lt;/span&gt; e 2 colheres (sopa) bem cheias de requeijão &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_11"&gt;light&lt;/span&gt;. Deixei ferver mexendo bem para dissolver o requeijão. Separei as mandioquinhas do líquido e passei-as pelo espremedor de batatas. Voltei a mandioquinha espremida para a panela com o líquido do cozimento e adicionei 1 caixinha de creme de soja e deixei ferver.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;Fica uma delícia se voce acrescentar um pouco de molho pesto ou um pouquinho de queijo gorgonzola esmigalhado.
