tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-564771147124354640.post-52196297641210371842008-05-05T06:30:00.000-07:002008-05-05T06:58:51.383-07:00saturday: <br /><br />anthony and i finished the electrical wiring of the new accent lighting for the living room. yay! he had connected something wrong on friday and blew out the light switch. but it all works perfectly now. <br /><br />some of anthony's cousin's stopped by to wish his mom a happy birthday and to watch the <em>de la hoya v. steve forbes </em>fight. it was all very butch with beer and chips and barbeque.<br /><br />fought off the urge to drunk-blog, er, maybe it was more like i was too drunk to blog. these particular cousins are fond of beer, vodka and tequila. and not necessarily in that order, not that it would matter considering they would all get mixed once imbibed.<br /><br />sunday:<br /><br />woke up surprisingly early sans hangover. lots of water before bed always does the trick for me.<br /><br />we put up the crown molding in the living room and i caulked and spackled all the nail holes and wonky gays on the wall. (that was a funny typo i decided not to correct: wonky gays!?! hee. it was supposed to read <em>gaps</em>, but really, what's the difference between a <em>gay</em> and a <em>gap</em> after all, especially when they're wonky?) now i just have to do the painting touch ups...eventually. don't rush me!<br /><br />andrew and anthony got the wallpaper down in the hallway so all i have to do is some spackling and we can get the primer on and and hopefully two coats of the green paint on. then we'll decide if we want to do some trim molding in the hallway again before we do the bathroom.<br /><br /><br /><br /><blockquote><b>but before you leave, let me remind you...</b><br /><br />“Everyone has a photographic memory.
