Yesterday, November 23rd at 6:48pm EST - at Sisters Hospital in Buffalo, NY - in Birthing room 8 - my son Eric and his wife Heather gave birth to Jonas Matthew Jahn - 8 lbs 10 oz, 20.5 inches long.
