Research in the field of contraception has been going on for decades and every year we get improved and safer methods if not new ones. A woman has a vide range of possibilities to choose from and the family doctor can help her understand her HGH level and pick what’s best for her.

Also, the sticky patch that you are sure to be still wearing might have come off without your noticing it. Don’t be afraid to get the same ‘problem solving’ pill to make sure you get good sleep at night. It is true that doctors don’t recommend taking this pill very often, but twice a year should be ok.
