抓抓抓，捏捏捏

朋友問為什麼我會給童養成用手抓，捏，把玩，玩完才放到嘴裏吃的習慣。
小朋友其實是一個活動好奇波，樣樣事情都是新的，超好玩的。所以他們什麼都想知，什麼都想觸摸。看她一臉天真喜悅的抓捏，也不是只玩不吃，好像還吃多了呢！媽媽找不到理由，也忍不下心不給童觸玩，她有她自己的一套，媽媽也不能干與。而且童也不是在幹什麼壞事，就只是在清潔善後方面要多做點工夫。

在龍應台的《親愛的安德烈》書中，她引述了席慕容所說：「如果一個孩子在他生活的地方裏沒有接觸過大自然，譬如摸過樹的皮、踩過乾而脆的落葉，她就沒辦法教他美術。因為，他沒有第一手接觸過美……」

現在幼兒園好天時會在園裏撿松果，所以每當在路上看到松果，童老遠也一定要走去拾，再走不到兩步她便會放它們回草地上！

到童兩歲半時我們會把她送到森林幼稚園，到時候抓捏的就不只食物和松果...

瑞士雞翼與 Fondue Chinoise

兩者都是在原國不存在的東西！

丈夫說吃過我們的“打邊爐”後說根本是 Fondue Chinoise！媽媽立時瞪眼說 Fondue Chinoise 在香港根本不存在！而且“打邊爐”跟 Fondue Chinoise 是兩碼子事。皆因“打邊爐”在各方面也要較 Fondue Chinoise 成熟，不說別的，就百利的鴛鴦蝴蝶腩已經沒話可說！“打邊爐”又要比 Fondue Chinoise 不做作！我們可以在路邊吃，又可以每星期都吃，更有朋友每天吃。平有平吃，貴有貴吃，有時候到土瓜灣吃的話更可以同時“燒嘢食”！丈夫說它們是一樣，未免看低了我們的“打邊爐”文化！而且我們絕不會把生的和熟的放在一起，這是我怎樣也接受不了的事情！！

可是，冷靜下來想一想，香港還不是有把 sweet chicken wing 聽成 swiss chicken wing 的代表作：瑞士雞翼，這玩意在瑞士根本就不存在！

依這個道理說，大家算是扯平了！再問丈夫最愛吃那一道菜，答案是：蕃茄蛋和豉椒蒸排骨（還打成平手咧！）。嗯，這次到香港他還愛上喝鴛鴦，吃鳳爪和牛栢葉... 每次我跟他說我們有午餐之約，他便會問我們是否“飲茶”，明明昨天才“飲完”...

他問我喜歡什麼瑞士菜，Raclette 和 Cheese fondue 我愛，只是我不愛只吃麵包，所以我會要求加入西蘭花，蘑菇，蘋果，梨和少量肉！

好吧，難得他那麼愛吃香港菜，那我也會試著去愛 Fondue Chinoise...

Swiss chicken wings and Fondue Chinoise

Both doesn't exist in their own country!

Andreas said Fondue Chinoise is the same as hot pot after he had tried our HK style hot pot! I stood up and told him that Fondue Chinoise doesn't exist in our land and don't compare Fondue Chinoise with our hot pot. The difference are that hot pot is more mature than Fondue Chinoise, the soup base is already different! Hot pot is then also more casual than Fondue Chinoise, we can eat at the road side, we can eat every week, some people even eat everyday. It could be cheap, it could be very expensive, and if you go to some restaurant, you can even do barbeque simultaneously! I told Andreas that he really underestimated our hot pot cultural! And I will never never ever put the raw food and cooked food together on the same plate, this is something I can never accept!!!

Then, I sat down and think, we also have this Swiss chicken wings which is misunderstood by a waiter in the 20's that someone commented the sweet chicken wings! So, Swiss chicken wings also never exist in Switzerland!

Base on this formula, it means that we are tie! Then I asked Andreas what is his favorite dish, he answered me with Tomato egg and Bean paste steam pork ribs. And... during this trip to HK, he even fell in love with 'yun yeung' - coffee mixed tea, 'fung jau' - chicken feet and 'ngau pak yip' - cow stomach... Everytime we told him that we have a lunch appointment, he will ask me if we are going to 'yum cha' - dim sum lunch, actually... we just had the day before...

Anyhow, it's his turn to ask me what dish I like, so Raclette and Cheese fondue are my answer, I just don't like to eat Cheese fondue with only bread, so I always request to add in broccoli, mushroom, apple, pear and small amount of meat!

In conclusion, since he likes HK food so much, I think I will try to like Fondue Chinoise...

童的第一個生日

難以置信，童就這樣便一歲了！

一早起床爸爸媽媽給她唱生日歌，一開始不太知什麼事，直至唱到'Happy Birthday to Noémie'，她便咧嘴大笑，身體跟著搖，還發出類似唱歌的聲音！跟著便到客廳開禮物。有 Renée 的 ear muff，有 Joyce 的木玩具，有 Catherine 的百家布口水肩，有 OV 的雪鞋，dordoll 和 dow 的到訪，有媽媽的庇護所，多謝多謝！童看到昨晚媽媽漏夜焗好的胡蘿蔔蛋糕便很興奮，一手便想抓那糖胡蘿蔔！可惜的是我們不能吃這蛋糕和燃點那'1'蠟燭，因要帶到幼兒園與一眾老師小朋友一起吃。
接童的時候，老師說童很高興，還吃了兩片蛋糕！幸好媽媽只落了極少量糖，可我放了葡萄乾用天然甜補充糖甜！

一歲了！童是個乖小孩！去年的這一天我們還在醫院累累的！多謝各位對媽媽的致謝，這一年過的很快，很充實，也學了不少事情！相信今年再會學到更多事情！

祝我們一家繼續肥肥白白，行得走得瞓得玩得叫得笑得和食得！

Noémie's first birthday

I can't believe Noémie is one year old already!

We sang Happy birthday song to her after she woke up this morning, she wasn't so sure what's happening in the beginning until we sang to the part 'Happy Birthday to Noémie', she laughs and moves her body and then also started to sing! Then we brought her to the living room to open presents. There's ear muff from Renée, wooden toy from Joyce, patch work bib from Catherine, snow shoes from OV, visit from dordoll and dow soon, and a house from mama, thanks everyone! When Noémie saw the carrot cake mama baked late last night, she's very exciting! And wanted to grab the mazipan carrot decoration! The pity was that we can't light the '1' candle and eat the cake with her because that's for bringing to the nursery for the other kids and teachers there.

When we picked her up the teacher said she's very happy and even ate 2 pieces of cake! Lucky that mama didn't put too much sugar in it, and instead I replaced it with dried rasin to compensate the artificial sweetness.

Noémie is a very nice girl, and now 1 year old she is! Last year this day we were still in hospital exhausted! Thanks everyone's blessing, this is a quick and full year, we have learn a lot with Noémie! I am sure that we will learn more this year!

Wish us continue to be healthy and happy , eat more rest more play more sleep more laugh more and be more stupid!

童的第一桶金

最近因朋友的公司開張，並聘用了童的照片作為廣告的主畫面。

媽媽負責版面和選照片，草妹幫忙撰寫文案，就這樣，這廣告在2009年1月1日刊在台灣的蘋果日報上了！

就這樣童得到了她的第一桶金，媽媽和草妹都沒有收酬勞，可是總覺得童在沒有選擇的餘地之下，給我們用了那麼多幀照片。公平起見應該替她收酬勞，媽媽已幫她存起作為她的教育基金！

Noémie's first salary

A friend of mine just set up a company, and they needed an announcement ad, so they hired Noémie's pictures as the key visual.

Mama worked on the layout and picked pictures, Cho mui worked on the copy. On Jan 1st 2009, it appeared on Apple daily Taiwan.

This is the story how Noémie earned her first salary, mama and cho mui both didn't get paid, but we thought Noémie has no choice to let us used her pictures, so we should be fair that to at least give her some salary to compensate. And of course, mama put this money into her educational fund!

童的第一個聖誕

童過了一個高低起伏的聖誕節！早在20號早上突然嘔吐，還有輕微肚瀉，媽媽爸爸小心觀察了一天，讓她多睡和改了她吃的，看童吐完後好像沒事了，便放心了少許。當然我心內還是擔心，還做了一件我在她6個月大已停止了的事情，就是把所有奶瓶都清毒了。如我所料，事情並沒有這麼簡單！21號黃昏又再吐，可是這次規模比較輕微，但肚瀉規模反倒大了。媽媽爸爸又再小心觀察了一天，23號她又像沒事人般。正在盤算著要不要在休假前帶她去見見醫生買個安心，24號當天早上便開始發燒，38.7度，不用想，直奔醫務所，証實腸胃炎。這是她不停在地上撿吃之過，又可能是從幼兒園得來的！

童累得像一片布。成天在做的事情便只是把媽爸當龍貓般，躺在我們身上。

24號晚上發了一整晚燒，媽媽爸爸忙著幫她做洋蔥醋包，又是抺身又是脫衣。25號早上醒來開始會喝點奶，會離開我們去玩，會笑，會搗亂... 沒事了，趕得及健健康康過聖誕！還大膽的爬樓梯，差不多把整條樓梯爬完，這是童第一次與樓梯的親密接觸！

爺爺嫲嫲給的聖誕禮物是車一輛，她騎得很高興！

後記：聖誕期間，童收穫其多，包括學曉了耶穌基督誕生和三王來朝的故事外，更多長了三顆牙！（這也可能是發燒的原因之一！）

Noémie's first Christmas

She had a very exciting Christmas. Vomiting on the 20th morning and accompanied with a slight diarrhea. We observed her carefully for one day, changed her diet and gave her more water to drink and she seems fine after that, so we had a relief. Of course I was still a bit worrying and being very careful with everything, I even sterilized her bottles, I haven't done it since she reached 6 months!! Like I was expected, on 21st evening, she vomited again, but this time is a smaller scale than the first time, but now she has more diarrhea. We watched her carefully again, she's very fine on 23rd, when we were still struggling on if we should bring her to doctor before holiday starts or not, she got fever on the Slient morning... it was 38.7, so we don't think anymore, went to the doctor's office! After the examination, doctor said she got Gastoenteritis . It must be either from the nursery or she always eats from the floor!

Noémie was completely exhausted, she just like to treat us as if we were Totoro, always lying on our stomach...

She had fever the whole night through Slient night, we were so busy on preparing her the onion vinegar pack, wiping her with cool towel and taking off cloths of her's. After she woke up, she took a bit milk, left us to play, laughing, and messing up the living room, we are sure that she has recovered! And she even dare to climb up the stairs of grandparents' house, she climbed almost to the top! This is the first time she encountered with staircase!

Grandfather and Grandmother gave her a car, she's riding it with lots of joy!

Note: Noémie learned a lot from this Christmas, now she knew where was Jesus born, and about the 3 King's visit. Other than these, she has 3 more teeth! (This might be one of the reasons which cause the fever!)

病

童病了... 上吐下瀉，三天加起來吐了兩次，瀉了八次左右...

初步估計應是得了傷風演繼而變為感冒，看了很多醫書和醫學站說有可能吞得太多痰或鼻涕而引致

嘔吐！因為這傷風滯留了頗長時間，而且她又有很多鼻涕... 看她很可憐！可是勇敢的童並沒有因為嘔吐而哭，只是不停要黏在媽媽身旁，連爸爸也不要... 朋友說道小朋友病的時候總是這樣，只黏媽媽，可見要找安全感時還是要黏媽媽。

沒辦法，男女就是沒法講平等的了，女人大多比較細心，聰睿如小朋友又怎會不知道！

希望童早日康復，媽媽每晚也沒法睡好呢... 很累啊！

Noémie is sick... vomiting and having diarrhea, she vomited twice and had diarrhea for about 8 times in 3 days..

First guess is that she got a flu, I have read lots of health websites and books says the vomit might due to she swallowed too much mucus... Since this cold has been dragging around for a long time so it's possible... But brave Noémie didn't cry after vomiting, she vomited like a fountain... And all she wants is to stick with mama and refusing every food we gave her... She doesn't even like to stick to baba, I think these smart little creatures knew that they should search for the secure from mama!

The world is not fair, men and woman can never be equal, women are always more caring!

Get well soon, Noémie because if you couldn't sleep well, neither mama could...
