8 steps to your photo book:

1. Download
Go to www.pixum.co.uk/photobook and click on “Download free EasyBook software”.
After installing it, you can start making your photo book.

2. Collect your photos
Collect the photos you have decided to use in a separate folder. That will make things easier when creating your photo book.

3. Choose your format
You can choose between different formats: hard cover, linen cover, soft cover. You can also choose between different sizes: square, landscape and portrait.

4. With or without assistance?
Use the assistant to make a photo book within 3 minutes. Or simply drag and drop your images into your photo book. Make a two page spread with your favourite photo. Use a photo as a background image, or add frames to your photos.

5. Flickr import
Import your photos from Flickr. Or from your computer, directly to the EasyBook software.

6. Edit your photos
Not satisfied with your photos? Make them even better with our photo editor. Right-click on the photo, and choose to edit it with our photo editor. Change the colours, rotate the photo or frame it.

7. Add text
Write a description, or let the photos speak for themselves. Choose the colour and font of the text.

8. Preview
Check the preview to review your book before ordering it. Carefully check everything before ordering your photo book. Is the resolution of your photos high enough?

BBQ recipe

Recipe:

Marinated vegetable-chicken-skewers

Ingredients serve 4:
500 g chicken breast filet or turkey breast filet
5 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 tablespoon Oil (peanut-oil)
2 teaspoon Honey
1/2 teaspoon Sambal oelek (chilli paste)
1 Courgette
300g Mushrooms
300g Cherry tomatoes

Preparation:
Cut the boneless, skinless meat into cubes. Mix the soy sauce with vinegar, oil, honey and sambal oelek. Mix this with the meat in an airtight box. Leave it, preferably over night but at least 3-4 hours, in the fridge to marinate. Wash the vegetables and cut it in big pieces. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Place the meat and the vegetables on the skewers (start with 2 pieces of vegetable and then 1 piece of meat and so on!). Then place the skewers on the BBQ and you’re done!

This amount is enough for approx. 12 skewers.

In partnership with BabyWiggles.co.uk we are organizing a photo competition for the cutest baby photo!

The best, funniest, most beautiful and/or cutest photo will win amazing prizes:

1st prize: 1× EasyBook Large (A4) with 26 pages and a hard picture cover.

2nd - 10th prize: each 1× Baby Bib with your photo!

Along with entering the photos, the contestant certifies to own all rights to the entered photos, to own the unlimited exploitation rights for all parts of the entered photos, and that all photos are free from rights of a third party. Should the photo identifiably show one or several persons, the contestant certifies that no personal rights are violated and that the persons concerned agree with the publication of the photo. On demand, they will confirm this in written form. Should any third party raise a claim due to violation of their rights, the contestant exonerates Pixum from all responsibility and costs deriving there from.

* The right to edit the entered photos and texts

An evolution for photo books: Pixum has just launched its new EasyBook 4.5 software which includes a host of great new features. There are new sizes including the impressive EasyBook XXL in 28x36cm portrait, plus a whole new range of photo books printed on real photo paper. Unlimited creativity
Our new 4.5 software not only offers many more layouts and backgrounds, but also gives you all the tools to easily create your own. You can now even add funny, themed ClipArt to your photo book and easily number the photo book pages.
