Sorry Rick, but Walter is as bad as they come. He has been disciplined by several churches in his past for rebelllion and blames every and all churches he has every been a part of. His wife wasn't stolen, she left him and if he had been a part of our church, which he wasn't; I wold be all over for him for slander. The way that he slanders his wife in public is horendous. So What Is The Total Compensation Of TACF’s Pastors Carol And John Arnott And Steve Long?

The Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability, created in 1979 to improve the public's trust of Christian nonprofits, has set standards for its members requiring independent boards of directors made up of people "not related by blood or marriage to staff members." But Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship Pastor Carol and John Arnott who are supposed to be people of integrity ignore this rule. Why?

Jay Sekulow, chief counsel of the American Center for Law and Justice, who is closely linked to the Bush administration and has become a principal salesman for Bush nominees," an organization founded by religious broadcaster Pat Robertson in 1990 through the ACLJ and a string of interconnected nonprofit and for-profit entities, has built a financial empire that generates millions of dollars a year and supports a lavish lifestyle -- complete with multiple homes, chauffeur-driven cars, and a private jet that he once used to ferry Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.

Sekulow's lifestyle is at odds with his role as the head of a charitable organization that solicits small donations for legal work in God's name. For example, in 2001 one of Sekulow's nonprofit organizations paid a total of $2,374,833 to purchase two homes used primarily by Sekulow and his wife. The same nonprofit also subsidized a third home he uses in North Carolina.

At various times in recent years, Sekulow's wife, brother, sister-in-law, and two sons have been on the boards or payrolls of organizations under his control or have received generous payments as contractors. Sekulow's brother Gary is the chief financial officer of both nonprofit organizations that fund his activities. Former employee has stated "Jay sends so many discordant signals. “He talks about doing God's work for his donors, and then he flies off in his plane to play golf."

Former Attorney General John Ashcroft is part of Sekulow's orbit. In addition to his own lobbying work, Ashcroft teaches at Robertson's Regent University in Virginia Beach, Va., and maintains an office in the ACLJ's multimillion-dollar town house behind the Supreme Court. Ashcroft traveled with Sekulow to Europe in July for a conference at the European Center for Law and Justice, an ACLJ affiliate incorporated in France. Obviously Jay Sekulow and John Arnott have ignored the words of Paul who stated: 2COR 6:3 We give no offense in anything, that our ministry may not be blamed.

An honest man has nothing to be afraid of or to hide especially in a religious non profit organization? And in a normal situation a proven liar and coward like Pastor Steve Long of Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship (Toronto Airport Church of the Flesh) would be fired by the President or Chairman of any non profit organization to preserve the integrity of the Organization.

However since Steve Long is one of the five directors who rubber stamps the total compensation of Carol and John Arnott he cannot be fired without serious negative repercussions even though he lied when he stated:

The total compensation is the revealing factor as to why many religious ones are in the ministry. Take the case of the so called man of integrity “Billy Graham” who at 88 years of age still draws a one hundred salary as chairman of Billy Graham Evangelist Organization which he has founded and is full of nepotism.

Yes if you check out the latest form 990 - 2002 for Billy Graham Evangelist Organization available from Guide Star http://www.guidestar.org/search/ you will see that Billy Graham is just as much of a crook as ever. At 88 years of age he is still receiving a hundred percent salary of $ 189, 385 and $ 233,979 for other allowances and is working less than ten percent of the time!

And yes Billy used his organization to support financially his children including $ 600,000 to Franklin Graham, $ 210,000 to Ned Graham and $ 300,000 to Ann. Ned Graham who was originally slated to take over Billy Graham Evangelist Organization instead of Franklin received less money because he is the black sheep of the family. What gave Billy Graham the right to take money donated to preach the gospel to give to the support of his family especially Ned Graham? Nothing!

The church, TACF, was not originally a member of the Vineyard Movement, then joined the Vineyard Movement, but was 'expelled', some say, after others in the movement became critical of the church's beliefs and practices. John Wimber, the leader of the Vineyard Ministries International, met with Leaders at TACF and urged them to continue in what God was doing, but felt that he was too busy with the Vineyard Fellowships to continuously give explanations for and on behalf of TACF. As a result John Arnott and the Toronto Christian Fellowship founded Partners in Harvest, a group churches worldwide that shared similar beliefs. Mind it’s not much of a fellowship when they ask all those who disagree with their practices and doctrines to leave their churches.

Fred Wright an Associate at Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship (TACF), serving as the International Coordinator for Partners in Harvest (PIH) and Friends in Harvest (FIH) family of churches wrote to Rick Meyers on January 23, 2006 and stated The interesting thing about churches and pastoring churches is that it is based on people choosing that church. They vote weekly with their attendance, money and support. If they disagree with what a pastor says or does, they leave.

Wimber, whose ministry helped spawn new theological lingo and mass Christian movements including the Vineyard died on November 17, 1997 the result of a fall that caused a fatal brain hemorrhage. He was 63. Wimber had already recovered from cancer in 1993 and a stroke in 1995. Previously he underwent triple-bypass heart surgery. He was a charismatic pastor and one of the founding leaders of the Vineyard Movement.

Wimber graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 1970 and pastored the Yorba Linda Friends Church for five years. In 1974, Wimber began breaking traditional evangelical molds when he became director of church growth at the Fuller Evangelistic Association. He later taught a controversial and well-attended "Signs and Wonders and Church Growth" class at Fuller Theological Seminary. In 1978 he became full-time pastor of what became Vineyard Christian Fellowship in Yorba Linda, California. (Christianity Today, January 12, 1998)

At a Vineyard pastors conference in September 1992, founder John Wimber taught on 10 areas of ministry that were essential to any Vineyard church. John called these areas the Vineyard Genetic Code because they are the common denominators that identify us as a family. A Vineyard experience typically includes:

• Clear, accurate, Biblical teaching

• Contemporary worship in the freedom of the Holy Spirit

• The gifts of the Holy Spirit in operation

• An active small group ministry

• Ministry to the poor, widows, orphans and those who are broken

• Physical healing with emphasis on signs and wonders as seen in the book of Acts

• A commitment to missions - church planting at home and world missions abroad

• Unity within the whole body of Christ; a relationship with other local churches

• Evangelistic outreach

• Equipping the saints in areas such as discipleship, ministry, serving, giving, finances, family, etc

John Wimber had stated Why I Respond To Criticism By John Wimber – Vineyard Position Paper # 1 May 1992:

“First, it is clear that leaders are to defend their ministries and personal integrity when they are falsely accused!”

Matthew 18:15-17 Jesus offers a concise pattern for how to bring correction against someone who sins.

"If the accuser refuses to respond to a reasonable response, the leader may then go public with his defense"

Finally, leaders must publicly acknowledge the truth of accurate criticism and repent in the appropriate, biblical manner. This too is done for the sake of the body, so members are not led astray by false or misleading teaching.

Scripture is quite clear about when overseers are to intervene and it is for moral failure and heresy. What you are stating is neither. What I do hear from you are some harsh charges directed against him in other areas that have nothing to do with morals or heresy. The scripture is also clear about making charges against church leaders and against God’s elect.

It would be interesting to have John Arnott and his cronies define “morals or heresy” and whether lying, character assassination, cowardice, embezzlements, and stonewalling can be included and are something that overseers should consider as evil or wrong doing? One thing for sure John Arnott and his friend are hiding things and are afraid of the truth but Jesus said:
