Yes he can play some D but there's nothing else he can do. Not even in a mediocre level. I bet there are young guys out there that could much more, even from the D-league.

Good work!Stavroshttp://thebuzzerbeater.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5267406449976296225.post-67089669063161480102008-08-07T01:04:00.000+01:002008-08-07T01:04:00.000+01:00Cleveland signing JR Smith might not be a terrible...Cleveland signing JR Smith might not be a terrible idea, actually. It's not like they have many other options for significant short-term improvement, and the MLE wouldn't be overpaying too much if they get the guy who shot efficiently for 15+ ppg after the '08 All-Star break, or the guy who shot almost-as-efficiently for 16+ ppg to start the '06 season. It certainly makes more sense than the Damon Jones signing--the flop potential is not as high and the possibility of getting a good player is much much better.

I don't get Denver, though. That honeymoon period's been over since JR brawled with Nate Robinson. I'd say they could try and get some trade value since they have the Camby exception, but who on Cleveland(besides LeBron) would they want? Varejao? Delonte West? The triumphant return of Joe Smith? My head hurts.your favourite sunnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5267406449976296225.post-15443173878130760912008-08-06T22:51:00.000+01:002008-08-06T22:51:00.000+01:00you need to get yourself paid by the 'Cats. clearl...you need to get yourself paid by the 'Cats. clearly they're relying on you for your free agent scouting reports.

francisco elson is a bit of a surprise. he was the anchor of the spurs about 2 yrs ago! um, right. or not. but he is good.moocow422http://www.blogger.com/profile/16288185705209604732noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5267406449976296225.post-36521345806854473402008-08-06T17:30:00.000+01:002008-08-06T17:30:00.000+01:00And then Shannon Brown immediately signs with the ...And then Shannon Brown immediately signs with the Bobcats.Shamhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11704196494415273620noreply@blogger.com
