Just foods you should eat if you want glowing, clear, perfect skin. You can improve your complexion from the inside. Remember that 90s commercial with the guy with acne that said "People think I eat too many choc-o-late bars". Well there is some truth to that. Eating fried and processed foods can cause damage to skin cells . Also, if you don't hydrate yourself your skin can become very dry, causing wrinkles. So here's some tips to get or maintain your beautiful skin.

Tomatoes and Olive oil contain anti-aging fighters that stop collagen from breaking down. As you age your collagen begins to break down causing wrinkle, so it's important to slow that process as much as possible. Try these 2 ingrediants together as bruschetta.

Pomegranante juice is an amazing antioxidant. Not just essential for preventing cancer but drinking it everyday can vanish fine lines. My favourite is cherry and Pomegranante POM juice, you can find at any grocery store.

Drink water and only water. I know the taste is blah but you'll get use to it. It's the key to great skin. It's the best thing to keep you hydrated so your skin doesn't get dry and it's the best thing to prevent celulite because it maintains skins elasticity.

Take Fish oil/Cod liver oil vitamins for strong nails, beautiful skin and shinny hair

Drink Chamomile tea with fresh lemon juice (a real lemon not bottle lemon) and a bit of honey. This not only calms you but is great for tired looking skin.

Hot water, table spoon of apple cider vinegar and natural lemon juice reduces toxins from your glands. Plus gives you energy.

I take Irons suppliments and if you think you might be deficient, you should too. If you have brittle nails, dark circles under your eyes, pale complexion and are tired during the day you could be not getting enough iron. Taking these suppliments will give you strong nails, completely get rid of dark circles and give you a nice color to your skin without tanning.

Everyday I drink a tea called Cleanse by Pukka. You can get it at Health food stores/ Organic grocery stores. It has Nettle leaf, which nourishes skin. Also Aloe vera leaf and licorice root to help purify the skin.

Nuts and seeds are full of skin-enhancing nutrients. Especially vitamins A and E. You'll probably recognise these as ingredients in your skin creams. These vitamins protect your body from damage from pollution and sun damage. The best ones to eat are Almonds, sunflower seeds and walnuts.

Green tea is used in some of the best skin care products. This is because it works by slowing aging. So if it works by putting it on your skin, it works better from the inside out.

The most important vitamins for beautiful skin and where to find them:

Vitamin A is found in mango, carrots, spinach, sweet potatoes, red and yellow peppers, and apricot.

Vitamin B is found in low-fat dairy products, bananas, oats, peanuts, chicken breast, mushrooms, sunflower seeds, and asparagus.

Vitamin C is found in oranges, Brussels sprouts, green peppers, strawberries, and kiwi.

Vitamin E found in avocado, egg yolk, nuts, liver, peanut butter and whole grain.

Zinc- A lack of zinc can cause stretch marks and pimples. A dull complexion, white spots on fingernails, and dandruff are signs you could be deficient. You can find Zinc in Seafood, red meat, turkey, cheese, eggs, nuts, wholegrains and mushrooms. Red meat is bad for you so I wouldn't really recommend getting your Zinc from red meat.

Watch this Video: Ford Model talks about the advantages to eatting Flax Seeds for healthy, beautiful skin.

Michellehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11236353135817181625noreply@blogger.com0
