Those people get frustrated when they have to do the same simple things again and again.<BR/><BR/>What an IT support person wants is freedom to do their job without stupid remarks like how they should fix a file you deleted. They know you're ignorant about what is going on, that's why you called a support person.<BR/><BR/>Only thing I find annoying is to fix the same problem over and over again with the same person. They don't learn from their mistakes, and that creates frustration. No matter how much you try to teach them to avoid the problem.<BR/><BR/>Everybody trying to get the thick headed person to do it right will get frustrated if they just don't get it. Most are smart and learn from their mistakes. It's the ones that don't learn that are the problem.<BR/><BR/>Of course, if you don't teach them anything, like how to correct the problem, and only do it yourself. Atleast you should identify the problem to the one experiencing it, and tell how not to end up in such a situation in the future.<BR/><BR/>Less work for you and less chagrin all over.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
