We picked up over 4,000 pounds of rubber flooring today. Paul and I get to unload the truck after work, that's our WOD today! Once the paint on the floor cures we'll be installing the new mats. <br /> <br />In case you have not heard, CrossFit Cleveland's new location is at 17140 Madison Avenue in Lakewood. We're on the north east corner of Mckinley and Madison, two minutes off the McKinley/I-90 exit. Stay tuned for details on opening day.<br /> <br />This place will look nothing like your typical health club or rec center. In fact, we'll have 60 feet of pullup bars right off the bat! It will be for people who are looking for a better, more effective way to exercise. Our focus is on training and coaching to give you optimum results in 30 minutes or less.
