Some are arguing, however, that street drugs are the real danger, not prescription drugs. But the following study demonstrates why prescription drugs are far more dangerous than illegal recreational drugs.

According to a new study conducted by physicians at St. Michael's Hospital and the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences (ICES) in Toronto, the number of deaths due to prescription opioid use has doubled between 1991 and 2004. Following the introduction of oxycodone into Toronto's drug formulary in 2000, there has been a 500% increase in deaths due to the drugs.

Researchers reviewed over 7,000 files from the Office of the Chief Coroner in Ontario and found that between the years of 1991 and 2004, oxycodone prescriptions increased by more than 850 percent, representing about one-third of the opioid prescriptions given in 2006. (This is the largest prescription increase among all opioid drugs.)

Following the addition of this drug into the provincial drug benefit plan in 2000, deaths from opioid usage rose by 41 percent. Shockingly, deaths from prescription opioids like oxycodone were far greater than deaths from heroin. The vast majority of people who died from opioids had visited their doctor and received a prescription for the drug within a month of their death.

The total number of opioid-related deaths in Toronto in 2004 is estimated to be 27.2 per million people. Study authors said they hope to shed light on the tremendous dangers associated with prescription opioid drugs.

It's the dirty little secret of the pharmaceutical industry: More people are killed by prescription opioids than all those killed by heroin and cocaine combined. And that probably even includes all the shootings of gang bangers in northern Mexico.

Prescription drug abuse is now more common than street drug abuse -- by far! And yet Big Pharma rakes in huge profits from all the patient addictions to their opioids. And by "opioids", what I mean is narcotics. They are, in fact, one and the same.

So of all the drug addicts in America today, you can divide them into two camps:

1) People addicted to street drugs.
2) People addicted to prescription drugs.

The people in group #1 (street drugs) are taken to jail where they are given prison sentences. People in group #2 (prescription drugs) are taken to their doctor where they are given prescription refills. It's all really the same narcotics, it's just that one group is legal and the other is illegal.

And what really determines whether a particular narcotic is legal or illegal? Whether or not Big Pharma profits from it. If Big Pharma makes money off the narcotics, they're considered legal.

Big Pharma, you see, earns tens of billions of dollars each year from drug addicts. And just by coincidence, it turns out that their prescription narcotics are extremely addicting, guaranteeing repeat business. The business model is so dang lucrative, you might think they were drug dealers...

My Good Faith Notice of My Ministry Unto God

Take Notice that I, the flesh, blood and bones, man and living soul, with the appellation of Kazimierz-Czeslaw: Crischuk and all its grammatically correct derivations, live on God's earth in the geographic area commonly known as British Columbia. I live in peace and harmony with all righteous men ("men" means all God's children of both genders). I am a non-commercial man of sound mind and good character. I state that as a result of political or religious persecution and intimidation and having exhausted remedies in commercial law under a proclaimed a state of Martial Law, My diligent research and spiritual faith suggests that the following applies.

I, as a "minister" in performing a function of My calling to practise and defend God's laws and with the knowledge and awareness of the unlawful actions and claims of agents of Canada Customs and Revenue Agency also known as CANADA CUSTOMS AND REVENUE AGENCY, Canada Revenue Agency and CANADA REVENUE AGENCY and the Crown upon the created and assumed legal fiction of a name in and for the purposes of executing a fraud upon Me and My brethren, and with the knowledge that such a legal fiction debtor number assigned by either Canada Customs and Revenue Agency or predecessor or other agency or department of the Crown (such as the departments or agencies of the Health and Welfare Canada and/or the Unemployment Insurance Commission and/or Human Resources Canada) to Me, the man, is without any informed consent/permission or My understanding and with foreknowledge that such a number called a Social Insurance Number (S.I.N.) is utilized by the Minister of National Revenue and Canada Customs and Revenue Agency for the convenience of achieving wrongful consent of jurisdiction over Me by the Receiver General and all other departments of the corporation called Canada and its spawned agencies such as the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency and the courts of Canada and the Provinces. I have the knowledge that Elizabeth Alexandra Mary: Windsor acting in the capacity as the Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland and all her allegiants are bound to defend the Laws of God with all of their power by the tenants of the King James Bible.

I must aver: It is as a man of God, not being a "person", and it is under serious issuance of threat, duress and intimidation that I offer this demand via the aid of My clerical "envoy, ambassador and delegate" of choice. We are aware that certain moral qualities are central to the survival of our political system, among which are truthfulness, integrity, respect for the law, respect for the dignity of others, adherence to the constitutional process and a willingness to avoid the abuse of power. We are concerned about the impact of this crisis on our children and on our Brethren. You, reading this as a servant for society as a whole, shall take account of the ethical commitments that are necessary for a civil society to maintain the integrity and honour of both public and private morality.

You are now with the knowledge and awareness that you are in pursuit of a fictional debt of usury (Exodus 22:25; Leviticus 25:36; Deuteronomy 23:19). You are now also with the knowledge it is a fiction as per the files of assessments of the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency which cannot provide one validation of its assessments by the Minister of National Revenue. I do aver that I am not a corporate commercial legal fiction nor liable to pay a fictional usurious debt. Various agents of the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency may have conspired and may be conspiring by fraud to raise unlawful assessments, debts and charges against the artificial commercial entity/party/person known as KAZIMIERZ C CRISCHUK which I cannot by My faith be compelled to participate with or allow. Aiding and abetting a criminal act, albeit unaware, is a crime! Failure to be aware of the law is no excuse. Altering a man's name and using it for financial purposes without his permission is fraud. By the ignorance of the law that controls the actions of the government, private men and women of the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency have supported and enforced a slavery tax of usury being in force contrary to God's Law. This demand notice, being a matter of a religious claim, is not frivolous or vexatious in form and is a serious issue that, if not dealt with, will cause grievous and serious harm to Me and My family. This demand is offered as a result of specific men and women of the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency refusing to acknowledge that they do not have jurisdiction over a living soul, man, child of God and minister unto the Lord. The private man acting as a public servant and director, Kevin Ritcey, of the Penticton, British Columbia Tax Services Office is indifferent to the truth and, by actions, refuses to abide by the terms of his public service employment contract, specifically paragraph 23 which states, "Every deputy head and employee shall, on appointment from outside the Public Service, take and subscribe the oath or solemn affirmation of allegiance set out in Schedule III R.S., c. P-32, s 23 and ethical standard as required by the Treasury Board of Canada policy in favour of public standing. (Any law that is inconsistent with the laws of God is a violation of our faith and we are merely showing you that the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency, Ministry of National Revenue and the Attorney General of Canada are breaking the law of the land and sea).

Chapter 1: Statement of Public Service Values and Ethics

Ethical Values: Acting at all times in such a way as to uphold the public trust.

· Public servants shall perform their duties and arrange their private affairs so that public confidence and trust in the integrity, objectivity and impartiality of government are conserved and enhanced.

Application.

I do hope that by collective communication in open dialogue that we can avert any confrontations that would tend to harm our ability and liberty to practice our faith and to maintain our unalienable right of earning a livelihood. The entrance into the corridor of a man's liberty by any government without probable cause is inhibiting his liberty to provide for himself and family as well as to communicate freely his discoveries in faith to others. Please remember our offer in demand is not in offensive mode but an imperative rendering of the current matter concerning those of My ministry who may be caught in the fictitious trap of taxation in violation of their faith and belief in the no-harm ethic of the King James Bible and laws therein provided.

Justice is in disrepute and the Crown is being dishonoured by the continuing efforts of those who have sworn to uphold their oaths of allegiance. Since the Crown is the Church of England of which Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom is the Head, and you have sworn an oath of allegiance to the Queen, you have, in fact, sworn and oath of allegiance to the Church of England. The Queen is, by her Coronation Oath, the defender of the faith and has taken a solemn vow to defend the Christian faith even unto death.

Shall you dishonour your oath to do the same?

As a non-commercial man and minister unto God, I am required, nay commanded, as of My awareness of corruption within the system, not to contract with any man or woman acting as a commercial fiction nor un-sanctioned by the Christian monarch and anointed of God. I, as a performing minister of God in the Ecumenical Church of Redemption International©, cannot receive integral justice or honour of truly allegiant men unless their oaths are understood. My duty and performance of a function of My calling as a minister unto God in defence of His Laws is to enquire of all men as to the provision of the legitimacy of their understanding of that oath and the validity of its form (Numbers 30:2; Jeremiah 9:3-9)

Without a truly understood oath in the possession of a truly sworn allegiant to Her Majesty, the anointed of God, I, as a minister unto God and My parishioners in faith and right unassailable in Christ, cannot participate in your unlawful de facto commercial process of assumptions and

presumptions that we are commercial debtors. Nor can My parishioners participate as we have no truly allegiant de jure and authentic court of God's Laws of defence by Her Majesty in which to bring forth the truth. I cannot, by the grace and protection of God, bow down to nor serve false de facto authority. (Exodus 20:3-5; Luke 16:13)

This is the command of God! (Daniel: chapter 3).

Take Notice that this is not a statement that we wish to avoid lawful taxes (Romans 16:17-20; Exodus 30:13-14; Matthew 17:24-27). We wish to ensure you that you have no need to assume that as it is absolutely true, no assumption needed. Taxes not instituted by God are not lawful among his children and are not of God (Ezra 7:24-26; 1 Peter 2:13 only laws written for God's sake Acts 5:29; Deuteronomy 4:1) Only dead commercial entities are liable for taxes. God's truly allegiant ministers know that His law is the rule of law stated in the preamble to the British North America Act. The Coronation of Elizabeth Alexandra Mary: Windsor in the capacity as Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in 1950 is clear and unavoidable evidence of that. She swore to uphold the laws of God with all her power!

I now refer you to the Colonial Tax Repeal Act (1778) which I understand is still in force! It states: "It is hereby declared and enactedthat, from and after the passing of this act, the King and Parliament of Great Britain will not impose any duty, tax or assessment whatever, payable in any of His Majesty's coloniesin North America or the West Indies, except only such duties as it may be expedient to impose for the regulation of commerce."

To be clear: The men of this Church are of faith and belief not commercial nor under commercial jurisdiction and we challenge you to prove that they and I are. If you continue to proceed against Me without such proof under the provisions of your public service employment act and the terms of your public liability insurance policy via revenue risk management that such proceedings were warranted, we may file a claim against you.

If you can prove that you have lawful jurisdiction over the non-commercial men of a non-incorporated sui juris church and its holdings of properties, I demand, as of unalienable unchartered right, that you produce that evidence in good faith so that we can submit to you and not be wasting audited funds with arguments of assumed and fictitious legal nature. To do so would be a fraud. I, as the officiating minister of this religious congregation am demanding in good faith that you validate your jurisdiction "quo warranto veritas". Remember that I am not adversarial or argumentative, but that I am performing a vital function of My religious calling, an officiating minister of Christ of a formed Church to protect Myself and My parishioners from avoidable offences not of God which are being enforced by imposters (Acts 5:29; Romans 16:17-20).

I am with the authority to request verification of your true integrity and sanctioned authority in God's Law in enforcing the Income Tax Act or any other ungodly law upon My flesh and the ecclesiastical property of God. It is My understanding and belief that the civil laws of man have no force and effect against the ministry of God and the Queen has supported that in law. I refer you to Sections 176 and 423 of the Criminal Code of Canada and ask how you or any man or woman can make up a meaning to that true allegiance you promised that you would maintain. I refer you also to the Coronation Act of 1688 and the text of the Coronation ceremony of 1953.

Matthew 6:24. You are acting as mammon (Commerce) and I cannot bow to you as you are false authority. Exodus 20:3-5. I cannot violate the laws of God. Deuteronomy 4:2; 12:32 Numbers 15:15. You are harming My ministry and My right as a man and minister of God to receive truly allegiant justice for Me and My parishioners.

I, Kazimierz-Czeslaw: Crischuk, do aver that I officiate as a minister of God in performance of the function of My calling. Via the provisions of Section 337 of the Criminal Code of Canada, I now demand of you to produce the public property of a certified copy of your blue-ink signed oath of true allegiance and authority to have Her Majesty's sanction in jurisdiction over My natural body to inflict a violation of My religious beliefs.

"CHAPTER XXII from the Westminster Confession of Faith, an Act

of the British Parliament of 1646 of Lawful Oaths and Vows

"I. A lawful oath is a part of religious worship, wherein upon just occasion, the person swearing solemnly calleth God to witness what he asserteth or promiseth; and to judge him according to the truth or falsehood of what he sweareth.

"II. The name of God only is that by which Men ought to swear, and therein it is to be used with all holy fear and reverence; therefore to swear vainly or rashly by that glorious and dreadful name, or to swear at all by any other thing, is sinful, and to be abhorred. Yet, as, in matters of weight and moment, an oath is warranted by the Word of God, under the New Testament, as well as under the Old, so a lawful oath, being imposed by lawful authority, in such matters ought to be taken.

"III. Whosoever taketh an oath ought duly to consider the weightiness of so solemn an act, and therein to avouch nothing but what he is fully persuaded is the truth. Neither may any man bind himself by oath to any thing but what

is good and just, and what he believeth so to be, and what he is able and resolved to perform. Yet it is a sin to refuse an oath touching any thing that is good and just, being imposed by lawful authority.

"IV. An oath is to be taken in the plain and common sense of the words, without equivocation or mental reservation. It can not oblige to sin; but in any thing not sinful, being taken, it binds to performance, although to a man's own hurt; nor is it to be violated, although made to heretics of infidels [or even to prostitutes of Satan, sometimes referred to as whores of Babylon].

"V. A vow is of the like nature with a promissory oath, and ought to be made with the like religious care, and to be performed with the like faithfulness.

"VI. It is not to be made to any creature, but to God alone; and that it may be accepted, it is to be made voluntarily, out of faith and conscience of duty, in way of thankfulness for mercy received, or for obtaining of what we want; whereby we more strictly bind ourselves to necessary duties; or to other things, so far and so long as they may fitly conduce thereunto.

"VII. No man may vow to do any thing forbidden in the Word of God, or what would hinder any duty herein commanded, or which is not in his own power, and for the performance of which he hath no promise or ability from God. [emphasis in bold added] In which respects, monastical vows or perpetual single life, professed poverty, and regular obedience, are so far from being degrees of higher perfection, that they are superstitious and sinful snares, in which no Christian may entangle himself."

DEFAULT NOTICE

Will you discriminate against My official ministry and prejudice My ability to fair hearing of Me and My congregation? Will you ignore your duty to that oath? Will you fabricate a meaning to that oath? Will you believe someone else's fabrication?

Can you tell Me: if one does not believe in God but takes an oath to be truly allegiant to a Queen who has and is sworn to uphold the Laws of God with all of her power, can one decline to enforce and uphold the Laws of God and still be truly allegiant? In a small Texas town, ( Mt. Vernon ) Drummond's bar began construction on a new building to increase their business.

The local Baptist church started a campaign to block the bar from opening with petitions and prayers.

Work progressed right up till the week before opening when lightning struck the bar and it burned to the ground.

The church folks were rather smug in their outlook after that, until the bar owner sued the church on the grounds that the church was ultimately responsible for the demise of his building, either through direct or indirect actions or means.

The church vehemently denied all responsibility or any connection to the building's demise in its reply to the court.

As the case made its way into court, the judge looked over the paperwork. At the hearing he commented, 'I don't know how I'm going to decide this, but as it appears from the paperwork, we have a bar owner who believes in the power of prayer, and an entire church congregation that does not.'

Per McLachlin C.J. and Iacobucci, Major, Arbour and Fish JJ.: Defined broadly, religion typically involves a particular and comprehensive system of faith and worship. In essence, religion is about freely and deeply held personal convictions or beliefs connected to an individual's spiritual faith and integrally linked to his or her self-definition and spiritual fulfilment, the practices of which allow individuals to foster a connection with the divine or with the subject or object of that spiritual faith.
Freedom of religion under the Quebec (and the Canadian) Charter consists of the freedom to undertake practices and harbour beliefs, having a nexus with religion, in which an individual demonstrates he or she sincerely believes or is sincerely undertaking in order to connect with the divine or as a function of his or her spiritual faith, irrespective of whether a particular practice or belief is required by official religious dogma or is in conformity with the position of religious officials. This understanding is consistent with a personal or subjective understanding of freedom of religion. As such, a claimant need not show some sort of objective religious obligation, requirement or precept to invoke freedom of religion. It is the religious or spiritual essence of an action, not any mandatory or perceived-as-mandatory nature of its observance, that attracts protection. The State is in no position to be, nor should it become, the arbiter of religious dogma. Although a court is not qualified to judicially interpret and determine the content of a subjective understanding of a religious requirement, it is qualified to inquire into the sincerity of a claimant's belief, where sincerity is in fact at issue. Sincerity of belief simply implies an honesty of belief and the court's role is to ensure that a presently asserted belief is in good faith, neither fictitious nor capricious, and that it is not an artifice. Assessment of sincerity is a question of fact that can be based on criteria including the credibility of a claimant's testimony, as well as an analysis of whether the alleged belief is consistent with his or her other current religious practices. Since the focus of the inquiry is not on what others view the claimant's religious obligations as being, but what the claimant views these personal religious "obligations" to be, it is inappropriate to require expert opinions. A court's inquiry into sincerity should focus on a person's belief at the time of the alleged interference with his or her religious freedom. It is inappropriate for courts rigorously to study and focus on the past practices of claimants in order to determine whether their current beliefs are sincerely held. Because of the vacillating nature of religious belief, a court's inquiry into sincerity, if anything, should focus not on past practice or past belief but on a person's belief at the time of the alleged interference with his or her religious freedom.
Freedom of religion is triggered when a claimant demonstrates that he or she sincerely believes in a practice or belief that has a nexus with religion. Once religious freedom is triggered, a court must then ascertain whether there has been non trivial or non-insubstantial interference with the exercise of the implicated right so as to constitute an infringement of freedom of religion under the Quebec (or the Canadian) Charter. However, even if the claimant successfully demonstrates non-trivial interference, religious conduct which would potentially cause harm to or interference with the rights of others would not automatically be protected. The ultimate protection of any particular Charter right must be measured in relation to other rights and with a view to the underlying context in which the apparent conflict arises.

UK Masonic Criminal Elite Called "Untouchables"
The UK is currently being run by a Masonic group who consider themselves untouchable. These people are often high end criminals who use their Freemasonry links to hide their illegal activities.

These untouchables include drug dealers, pimps, murderers, and gangsters. They have Masonic links to UK police and security services. For example, if a dirty job is required,the criminal gangs will happily carry it out allowing it to be completely deniable to security service and the police. In the event that the criminal gangs require a blind eye or even assistance, security services and the police are very happy to become involved.

In fact, I have specific evidence of the activities of these people and the line between untouchable criminals, MI5 and the police is often blurred: Police and MI5 acting as criminals for the criminals, criminals doing "Favours" for the police.
This level of corruption runs through the justice system, lawyers, politicians and much of local government.

The links these untouchables have enabled them to commit murder, drug trafficking, and any other heinous crime you can think of with the collusion of masonic police officers, judges, politicians and lawyers.

Ever so often in the UK a "special" police unit is set up to tackle police corruption. These units are allowed to continue as long as they do not uncover the truth. If they ever do, then they are shut down very quickly.
Once such unit based in London was set up to expose pedophile rings trafficking children. Senior people within this covert operation were very close to exposing a network that served important people and was operated by untouchables. The specialist police unit was immediately disbanded.

Some of these "Untouchables" operate with complete impunity. They have access to some of the most advanced technology and resources including equipment which is normally only available to secret service and special forces.

The willingness or obligation from officials at all levels to assist these people comes from two directions. The Freemasonry oath to help "Brothers" before anything else; and the fact that once you cross the line and help these people, you then become their property. These "Untouchables" with the right connections can call on assistance from the very top. When orders come through, those carrying out the dirty work will often believe they are just doing their job. This means these untouchable criminals can do anything and will tell you if you happen to become their target.
This network of senior freemasons is unknown to the lower ranks who willingly comply to orders.

The level of corruption has now reached a stage that they are willing to expose themselves to the public in the belief that they are completely untouchable. The Freemasonry untouchable criminals, corrupt police officers (not all of them) and security services are in for a suprize. The truth is coming out.

Maureen Spalek who's video is at the bottom of the page was once married to an individual who told her openly that he was an untouchable high level Freemason. After a major disagreement and subsequent divorce her children were illegally taken after a visit to hospital for one of her children who was knocked over by a motor cycle in suspicious circumstances. The nurse involved wrote a report saying that Maureen was unstable and an unfit mother. The children were immediately taken in to care and very soon after adopted. Maureen has had independent reports stating that she is perfectly fit.

She decided to contact the nurse who made the report. However, the nurse was murdered before she could speak to her. An individual was convicted of the murder and sentenced. Maureen attempted to get a visiting pass to the prison in an attempt to find out if this person did murder the nurse and why. Before she could make the visit the prisoner was killed in prison. Maureen is receiving daily harrassment from Cheshire and Mersyside police organized through the untouchable masonic connections, she has also been the victim of corrupt judges and medical staff.

UK Security services, UK police and untouchable criminals attempted an illegal operation on Saturday 31st October 2009 in central London. The security services were used for surveillance and tracking of the victim, the untouchables planned to carry out a heinous crime and the police colluded by standing by once these people had done their work to take the victim of this high level organized masonic crime.

UK security services protect untouchables who organize and run a high level child trafficking ring for elite masonic groups who call themselves illuminati. Theses people will be called upon by security services to set a target up as a pedophile in order to drive the target to suicide. This is probably the most heinous tactic of MI5 and clearly a target not wanting to allow these thugs to bring disgrace on family and friends would have no option.

Police tracking techniques and the masonic stooges will be used to follow the target until he reaches a location then the team will swing in to action orchestrating a crime scene in order to set up the target. Dear Allan, I apologize for the lateness of my letter and I hope you do not mind me calling you by your first name, please correct me if you do. As you aware my ability to receive her majesty’s justice in the Alberta courts has been prejudiced by the lack of understanding of the meaning of the oaths of allegiance to her majesty that all the members of the judiciary of Alberta took to gain the sanction and authority of her majesty in defense of the faith. The King James Bible by royal proclamation and royal letters patent must be present in all proceedings in her majesty’s courts. All those men and women that take that oath of allegiance must understand the meaning of that oath in order to provide that allegiance. It is undeniable than any man or woman that has no knowledge of the meaning of the or oath of allegiance that they took, has no sanction nor authority from her majesty as they cannot provide the allegiance they swore and promised to. They by logical definition are imposters. If there is another explanation for this Allen, I would appreciate your discretion and intelligence and in telling me just how her majesty’s authority extends to one man or woman that does not subscribe to aiding her majesty in defense of the faith and upholding the laws of the King James Bible nor even know what they were being allegiant to. I as a Christian Minister and a man intend no malice nor deception in presenting my faith compounded with knowledge and wisdom of God’s word and the right to be judged by a man or woman that understands fully and without reservation that God’s law, of the King James Bible of her majesty’s defense is the supreme law in Canada, (the corporate legal fiction, as well as the province of Alberta the corporate legal fiction,) and it is the supreme law of all Christians practicing the teachings of Christ.

I wish to suggest you that a synod be formed with members of the judiciary in Alberta of your choosing that recognize the supremacy of God and his law of her majesty’s defense, the King James Bible. This meeting within the confines of an ecclesiastical structure will attempt to remind all of the origins of the courts of her majesty’s justice. This action seems unavoidable and imperative in light of the corrupt attitudes and vile contempt for her majesty and the rule of law that has been demonstrated by numerous colleagues of yours, members of the Alberta judiciary, police officers, members of legislative assembly, and of the Alberta Bar .

This type of information relating to so many high ranking members of our society is referred to by many as a conspiracy theory. I assure you Allen is no Theory that corruption long ago invaded politics the judiciary the criminal justice system in general as that is the controlling structure of our society. I have noticed the head clerk, registrar and the manager of the Alberta law courts of my religious faith and beliefs. I have made them aware that my name is private and a religious belief cannot be altered in any shape form or fashion attached to or associated with any legal fiction statutory person or corporate commercial entity of any kind as that is association with mammon and is a violation of my faith as directed by Jesus Christ Matthew 6:24.

I have told the Alberta law Court clerks then I cannot accept nor indeed apply to make record in the court that is not formed truly allegiant to her majesty’s defense of the faith.

It is in performance of a function of my calling as a Minister of God that I of original right insist, yes I demand, that a true oath bound allegiant of her majesty Queen Elizabeth II, be employed and available as head overseer of her majesty’s courts, and at all agents of her majesty comply with and subscribe to the meaning and intent of that oath so taken to gain sanction and authority from her majesty to govern over and protect her subjects from threats to God’s justice and laws.

One more thing Allen, your justices and Judges have long been supporting the act of usury by the banks in the foreclosure cases that have come before the Alberta courts. Usury is simply the act of charging interest. The original definition is biblical and was altered some time in the 16th century by financial interests influencing the Vatican , to mean excessive interest. This is a corruption of the original translations and intent of the biblical scriptures. Usury by definition has brought pain war, and starvation to the woe of man and is only profiting the select few vampirical families on this planet. All the countries of the world are in debt to these families. Does this sound like the kind of world God intended?

A few simple facts to show they loan no money!
A promissory note, bank note, negotiable instrument, is by correct definition, funds.

I provide, as a borrower, a bank note, a negotiable instrument called funds, to the banker that has advertised that he has money to loan. The banker takes my negotiable instrumental funds and deposits them into an account he creates in the bank’s name. He then transfers the funds in the newly created that he creates in my name. The bank of Canada receiving from the banker my promissary note, negotiable instrument, the original funds, in ex-change sends back to the banker, Canadian negotiable instruments, funds, banknotes, who in turn gives them to me in exchange for the same value of funds that I gave to him. This exchange although clearly an exchange has since 1913 been advertised as a loan. Since the original value is in my energy and funds and I was told that the bank was the one that had the funds to loan, it is apparent I was deceived and misled by the bank to believe that it was Loaning me something that it already had in its possession. The paper money that the government of Canada calls legal tender or currency has only the value that my promissary note gives it. There’s no gold in Canada to back or give value to the paper that we perceive as money. In 1933 every man woman and child was registered and bonded as sureties for the fraudulently unlawfully created debt and listed as members of the corporate commercial entity known as Canada and once registered and monetized, are listed as assets of that commercial entity in the consolidated general revenue fund.
Those bonds that were formed with the men and women listed at sureties for the debt that was created by usury and unlawful and treasonous acts of traitors to her majesty and the defense of God’s laws are then sold in blocks of 1000 on the futures commodity exchange in New York.

It has been that way since 1917 and finalized in 1931 when the statute of Westminster left Canada with a defacto government ruled by commercial law! 1933 saw orders in council ban gold as backing the buck. When they receive the promissory note the consolidated revenue fund can be attached to and the bond can act as a surety to fund the loan that you in turn are told you have to repay. This is your value and energy registered at birth you are being asked to give back to the Bank ,not theirs. You are the money!

When I as a Christian Minister stood before you in approximately December 2001 I would not go into the arraignment box as it was against my religious beliefs to submit to a de facto Court. It was on charges of failing to obey the order of a court to leave his court and my parishioner Katherine Ibsen by the private imposter Ray Bradley. I have no qualms about calling this man an imposter as he declined my offer to define his jurisdiction and allegiance to the Queen twenty times on the record to me in violation of 176 of the code and 337 of that same code as it applies to government via section 32 of the Canadian Constitution. I did not ask you if you understood the meaning of your oath allegiance in front of all those people that day as I felt it would be counterproductive to embarrass you the private man Acting as the Chief Justice of Alberta and may bring justice to disrepute to all courts beneath you.

It is not my intent to embarrass nor indeed rebuke those of your capacity but rather to invoke and remind of the integrity that is the basis of your office.
Please respond Allan, as if you don’t I can only conclude that you are acting as an enemy to Christian Justice and her majesty’s defense of the faith. This will mean that you are traitor to her majesty and are engaged in acts of treason. I am not looking forward to that possibility.

According to brother-in-law Orest and fellow Mason’s, I have had good occasion to talk with, you are good man. I would trust Orest in Interpretation of your character when and if I get reply from you the private man as I cannot all faith in duty to serve Christ respond to or offer respect to persons. Wayne has sworn the information for me against several judges and is aware of the injustice that is going on. Please ask him as he is the one man that I have found who understands the meaning of his oath. Judge Marshall in Leduc affirmed he had an oath to her majesty and also affirmed the supreme law in Canada is the King James Bible after I read the Coronation oath into the record in a proceeding last spring involving Puget Sound Agricultural Society and Tim Wishewan in appearance a rather disjointed plant for the RCMP who professed he was a member of our society at the time. The man acting as a judge that day was also made aware of the requirement to have a KJV of the Bible in the court as he did not at the time. The clerk affirmed my assertion to to judge Marshall’s amazement!.

I have been assaulted by some of these men and women entrusted with our safety such as the man acting as a judge in Stony Plain a Mr. Ayotte and Scott Brooker from Calgary in Edmonton and have been insulted by them as well. I have been obstructed by them as well in my performance of a function of my calling and from receiving her majesty’s justice. They in appearance commit treason as if it was nothing to them. So called master Quinn said in December 2000 that he cared not about the Queen or treason as he was Irish and he had a tough neck. The transcripts were then altered to remove those comments. I have four witnesses that will testify to what this man did and how what is being evidenced as the record is fraud and conspiracy to commit treason!

I know there seems to be some body wanting the statute of limitations to be extremely short on treason but not fraud Allen that goes on for quite a while. My name has been altered on the court records despite my repeated attempts to get the clerks to stop doing it. I cannot allow alteration of my name and will not respond to those who have done so as they are criminals and I cannot conspire with criminals. My name is mine and I cannot accept corporate fictions as me or as otherwise known as me nor will I as it is a sin. This action by your courts judiciary and indeed the BAR associations themselves has prejudiced me from receipt of fair justice of her majesty’s intent and I want to know what will be done to insure the reputation of justice is not stained indelibly with a scandal of this caliber. Remember this is inclusive of RCMP who are supposed to be sworn allegiant’s. I can only accept them if they let me know they are in true understanding of their oaths as otherwise they are definitely imposters, private, and as such without her majesty’s sanction of authority and are trespassers upon my rights.

Allen I intend no contempt when I tell you that I will not present myself before imposters of her majesty for their criminal enterprise with me as their meat. Either I am informed how I have to obey imposters or I will not show up for your courts and if men or women are sent to my Church I will inquire of them of their understanding of their oaths and it is of my right and duty as a minister to do so. If they will not comply with an affirmative answer to uphold that oath I will quite rightfully conclude they are imposters and enemies to her majesty and my Christian ministry.

The government of the United Kingdom is warning of an "inevitable" flu pandemic that will kill 75,000 Britons and 50 million people worldwide.

Meanwhile, a newly discovered respiratory illness is killing people in areas of Oregon, Washington, Texas and South Carolina.

Many people that we talk to these days do not take the threat of a flu pandemic seriously. But when you start putting all of the pieces together, the picture becomes absolutely terrifying.

Avian Flu Has Already Been Weaponized

I’ll give you the bottom line first: based on Gen. Stubblebine’s careful analysis of the existing evidence, Avian Flu has already been turned into a pandemic virus with a lot of sophisticated help from people who are not your friends, but who are very good at weaponizing organisms, like the previously innocuous bird flu virus, H5N1.

There is a basic virological fact you need to know to make sense of what comes next: it is impossible to make a vaccine against a virus that does not yet exist. Public relations efforts to the contrary, IF a vaccine is being made against the Avian Flu virus in its pandemic form, that means that the pandemic virus already exists. Period. End of discussion. So that fact that the Avian Flu vaccine is already being manufactured in China by Sanofi-Pasteur, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the French arm of the Rockefeller oil cartel (Total Petroleum) is confirmation of what you are about to read. If you allow it to be introduced into your body, there is no reason to imagine it will be anything but an unmitigated disaster for your immune system and for you. We believe it’s planned to be that way.

I do not know A. True Ott, PhD, but he was kind enough to send me a PDF file recently in which he puts a lot of the pieces together that I have been finding in my own research. Some of his conclusions I have serious difficulty with, but parts of his chronology are used here with appreciation.

Let’s start with the basics: H5N1 is a benign, commonplace virus which most birds carry with no harm to themselves or humans. Humans also have viruses we have no problem with: these viral companions keep our immune systems healthy and humming. Only under the stimulus of novel and dangerous toxins which your body has no way to get rid of (detoxify), and stress which overwhelms your coping capacity, does an innocuous virus mutate and become something that can make you sick or kill you.

All human cases of H5N1 have occurred in areas of sick birds in large concentrations such as factory farms where handlers come into contact with stressed and sick birds in toxic surroundings where toxic residues are concentrated at high levels.

For example, in Vietnam, where thousands of gallons of Monsanto chemicals such as Agent Orange were dumped in huge amounts during the Vietnam war outbreaks of Avian Flu are not uncommon. These outbreaks occurred in highly toxic environments, where crowded, sick factory farm chickens have been inoculated [supposedly] against Avian Flu.

It will also become deadly, of course, when labs are employed to alter it so that it becomes an efficient weapon of mass destruction. The U.S. has had a program to accomplish exactly that for over a century now, astounding as that may seem!

Our best intelligence estimate is that pandemic Avian Flu already exists. It appears to have been turned into a massive viral threat through bioengineering by the United States, fusing the deadly genome of the 1918 Pandemic, mis-named the “Spanish Flu”, with the DNA of the H5N1 virus in a growth medium of human kidney cells to make sure that the virus recognizes human cells and knows how to invade them.

The Spanish Pandemic Rides Again

The genome of the 1918 pandemic so-called “Spanish Flu” was recently intentionally resurrected. Because of that resurrection, the Avian Flu, and its vaccine, are now a US government-instigated threat to life - your life.

The Spanish Flu, which was not Spanish at all, was created in the U.S. through an early bioweapons program and injected into healthy young men (i.e., ’soliders’) as the first mandatory vaccination in the military during WWI (also known as the “War to End Wars” and the “Great War”). The “Spanish Flu”, which originated in Kansas on U.S. Military bases, killed a minimum of 50 million people worldwide (650,000 Americans). It was one of the deadliest pandemics in modern history. It was also one of the most successful biological weapons ever created.

April 6, 1917:

* US declares war on Austria-Hungary, Bulgaria, Germany, and the Ottoman Empire.
* America swings into full production of war material.
* American men are drafted into military service and deployed for training in Spain.
* ALL NEW RECRUITS ARE GIVEN MANDATORY VACCINATIONS — One of which is a “broad-spectrum” live virus influenza vaccination.
* Rockefeller makes millions in vaccine sales while consolidating Standard Oil contracts worldwide.
* Following mass vaccine injections, U.S. soldiers are crowded into troop ships and sent to “train” in Spain. Seasick, stressed soldiers aged 18-34 exhibit influenza symptoms on the voyage.

* Rockefeller forms a French oil conglomerate calling it “Total”, the “French Company of Petroleums” aka CFP.
* TOTAL is awarded a controlling interest via Deutsche Bank’s stock in the Turkish Petroleum Company in Baghdad which was eventually renamed the Iraq Petroleum Company
* The Iraq Petroleum Company was confiscated and nationalized by Saddam Hussein in 1990.

Two of TOTAL’s prime, wholly-owned subsidiaries are the pharmaceutical giants Sanofi-Aventis, and Sanofi-Pasteur. Both are world-leaders in the development and testing of experimental vaccines, which are manufactured primarily in China. On March 23, 2005, NIH, through the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, announces the initiation of a program to develop a vaccine for Avian Flu, asserting that although there have only been less than a handfull of cases, Avian Flu poses a vast public health menace.

As a side note, the Chinese factories of these two pharmacetuical mammoths are (unlike Sanofi-Pasteur’s Swiftwater, PA, factory, according to dissidents such as Harry Wu, et. al.) staffed in part or entirely by poltical and other prisoners working under brutal slave labor conditions.

Bear in mind that most influenza strains and their hosts adapt to each other after roughly two years, so that the same strain of flu no longer causes symptoms. Of course, once a strain has been weaponized, there is little reason to think that it will revert as natural strains do. It, or the vaccine it seems to legitimize, will go on killing and killing and killing. Or is the word “culling”?

To date, there have only been around 385 human cases identified worldwide (if those identifications are trustworthy, of course), with only 243 deaths. To put the absurdity of this effort into perspective, Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD), which researchers believe is heavily associated with aspartame consumption, is a leading cause of death which, according to the CDC, for example, killed 460,000 Americans in 1999 and the numbers keep rising (http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/mm5106a3.htm). But Aspartame is not under the gun. Instead, Avian Flu is.

To quote Dr. Ott, “There are 6.7 Billion humans on planet earth. This equates to a statistical infection rate of .000000004215 percent. In other words, statistically speaking, you are over 100,000 times more likely to be hit by lightning in your home than to contract the “Bird Flu”.

Given the shockingly obvious lack of a real threat from an unweaponized H5N1 virus, how can we explain the Bush Administration spending billions of dollars preparing each of the 50 States for what it drums into us is the “inevitable Bird Flu pandemic” anticipated to kill half or more of all Americans and similar numbers of people around the globe?

March 1997:

* Zero confirmed “H5N1″ human cases exist anywhere in the world.
* The U.S. Armed Forces Institute of Pathology, Ft. Detrick, Rockville, Maryland, the US research center for biological weaponry, commissions Dr. Jeffery Taubenberger to lead a research team to ISOLATE the 1918 Flu Virus’ genetic code, the most lethal pathogen in history.

Aug. 24, 1997:

* Brevig, Alaska. Research team member Johan Hultin sends well-preserved 1918 flu virus specimens (from a frozen body killed by the 1918 flu) to Dr. Taubenberger’s lab in Maryland.
* Days later, Taubenberger detects the genetic fragments for which he has been searching.
* The 1918 virus’ RNA-based gene fragments are analyzed by computer sequencing in order to reveal its complete genetic code. Even with a super-computer, this code sequencing will take years to complete.

October, 2003:

* Taubenberger’s team finally deciphers the deadly 1918 flu virus’ entire genetic code - completing a 6 year project.
* Taubenberger’s colleague, R.G. Webster, publishes an article in the American Scientist Magazine declaring: “The world is teetering on the edge of a flu pandemic that could kill a large fraction of the human population”.

October, 2004

* Dmtry Lvov, head of the Russian Virology Institute declares that up to one billion people around the world could die during the next pandemic.

June, 2005:

* At Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York (alleged to be Rockefeller controlled), Taubenberger, Peter Palese and Adolfo Garcia-Sastro create plasmids, or DNA rings, from the 1918 killer virus, permanently “stabilizing” its genetic material for use as a biological weapon.
* This is the final step in revitalizing the deadly pathogen but the press is told that it will only to be used as a “vaccination tool” - even though the disease is currently non-existent.

August, 2005:

* Taugenberger’s team inserts plasmids into human kidney cells which then transfers human DNA into the virus making it “human specific”.
* The 1918 virus, responsible for the death of millions around the world is now ready for use by humans.

Sept. 9, 2005:

* The UN in New York City issues a world-wide press release introducing David Nabarro as the “UN System Senior Coordinator for Avian, Human Influenza”.

Sept. 29, 2005:

* Nabarro issues an “Official U.N. Warning” that “an outbreak of ‘avian influenza’ would kill between 5 million and 150 million people on each continent.”

Oct. 2005:

* Pres. Bush’s newly appointed secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS, the parent organization of both the CDC and the FDA), former Utah Governor Mike O. Leavitt, intensifies multibillion dollar pandemic bird flu preparations.

Dec. 2005:

* Bush solicits Congress for $7.1 Billion to fund “preparations” — $3.3 billion is immediately allocated to Leavitt’s HHS.

January 24, 2006:

* Department of Homeland Security awards KBR, a Halliburton subsidiary, a $385 million contract for US detention centers.

Jan. 2006:

* Leavitt launches a website - www.pandemicflu.gov - on which he says: “Let me be clear. It is only a matter of time before we discover H5N1 in America. The migration patterns of the wild fowl that carry the virus makes it appearance here almost inevitable!”

* China hosts the “International Pledging Conference on Avian and Human Influenza” in Beijing and is promised massive sums of money from the west — Leavitt alone commits $334 million in funds to aid China’s research into “vaccine development”.
* Leavitt has a long history of fostering Chinese trade activities as Utah’s Governor.

March 2006:

* Breaking new ground, Leavitt’s HHS allocates funds to a private television network to produce a “made-for-TV” movie about the “bird flu”.
* Leavitt jokes that he wants “the handsomest actor” to play his character.
* Leavitt declares on the HHS website (exactly as John D. Rockefeller declared in 1916): “The best defense against influenza is VACCINATION.”
* Leavitt further declares: “The current U.S. capacity for manufacturing egg-based vaccines is not sufficient to supply our entire population. HHS is supporting research into [human kidney] cell-based vaccine manufacture of producing vaccine domestically.

April, 2006:

* HHS announces a $97 million contract for the development of a cell-based flu vaccine.
* Leavitt declares: “The FDA can use its Emergency Use Authorization authority to permit the use of unapproved products if there’s a reasonable belief the products may be effective.”
* 32 states pass laws which make resisting inocculation once ordered by the governor a felony.
* These laws join Patriot Act I, II, BARDA, BIOSHIELD I, II in making drug treatment and innoculation mandatory once a pandemic is called.
* Unlimited quarantine without review is mandated under these laws for those who resist innoculation under pandemic conditions.
* Fully staffed, empty detention centers exist all over North America. The largest, in Alaska, is rumored to have a 2.5 million person capacity.

December, 2006

* The New York Times reports Gulf War Syndrome positively linked to vaccination of veterans.
* More than 100,000 vets contracted the syndrome during the 1991 Desert Storm Operation.
* More than 20,000 vets have died to date from this syndrom believed to be triggered by squalene, a vaccine “adjuvant.”
* All modern vaccines contain squalene.

April 17, 2007:

* The Food and Drug Adminstration (FDA) branch of HHS utilizes its Emergency Use Authorization authority and awards a license to produce H5N1 “Bird Flu” vaccines to Sanofi-Pasteur.

* Leavitt’s HHS orders 100 million H5N1 “vaccines [doses]” from Sanofi-Pasteur. Expected delivery date, August, 2008.

* This adds to the stockpile of a previous donation of 30 million doses by GlaxoSmithKline. Dr. Nabarro said that good progress had been made but Avian Flu could still kill as many of 150 million people.
* Avian Flu still entrenched in Vietnam, Bangladesh, India, Egypt and India says Dr. Nabarro.
* Outbreaks recorded in 60 more countries according to the U.S. Influenza Coordinator.

But the people who make vaccines are ethical and look out for our best interests don’t they? The cold, hard fact is that vaccine makers are neither ethical nor concerned with the health and longevity of their recipients.

Remember: vaccination remains an uninurable risk. No parent, physician or pharmaceutical company can buy insurance against vaccine induced harm. The insurance industry refuses to accept the risk. That’s why Congress created the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program that is funded by a special tax added to the cost of each vaccine shot: we pay to protect pharmaceutical company profits.

Vaccines can be used for a great deal more than just for what it says on the label. After all, faced with a syringe of fluid, who is to say exactly what is in there and what the intended, or unintended outcomes of being injected will be?

It takes a huge amount of faith to allow a hypodermic under your skin. That faith is, the Natural Solutions Foundation believes, without significant basis.

Shielded by the FDA, vaccine (and drug) manufacturers are immune from prosecution for wrongdoing and continue to do wrong with horrifying impunity. That’s even BEFORE the Avian Flu weaponization and subsequent vaccine development. A few examples out of many, many will sufficice:

* Eli Lilly, makers of Thimerisol, inject the product into 22 people with meningitis who all die. Lilly publishes the “study”, claiming that thimerisol, 50% mercury by weight, is safe.

1972:

* World Health Organization (WHO) Bulletin No.47 refers to the creation of an immune virus and suggests that a useful way to study the effects would be “to put it into a vaccination program and observe the results.”
* It is theorized that WHO used the smallpox vaccination program in central Africa for this study, since the spread of HIV infection coincides precisely with the most intense and recent smallpox vaccination campaigns.
* Information on the central African countries most infected with HIV precisely matches WHO figures indicating the number of people vaccinated in these areas.
* The virus requested would selectively destroy the T-cell system. (1972 Federation Proceedings of WHO).

1974

* Henry Kissenger writes a classified “National Security Study Memorandium 2000: Implications of worldwide population growth for U.S. security and overseas interest (NSSM 200)” which identifies India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nigeria, Mexico, Indonesia, Brazil, the Philippines, Thailand, Egypt, Turkey, Ethiopia and Columbia as targets for initial population reduction.
* The Philippine Supreme Court found that 3 million Philippinas between 12 and 45 years of age were given this vaccine.
* Native American women and black women in the U.S. received this vaccine.
* The sterility rate in Native American women in the U.S. is over 35%.

December 1976

* No epidemic of swine flu surfaces despite rapid approval and respone to perceived threat following 1 death of a solder at Ft. Dix, NJ.
* Swine Flu innoculation program shut down after risk of death and polio like syndrome from the vaccination is found to be almost 12 times greater in vaccinated than unvaccinated people. 5% of people afflicted die, 10% are crippled or maimed for life.

* Court case reveals that babies in Los Angeles were used as human gunea pigs for an experimental measles vaccine called Edmonston Zagreb high titer measles vaccine (E-Z ). From 1989-1991, Kaiser Permanente and LA County Department of Health and CDC injected 700+ “mostly minority” babies with unlicnesed experimental vaccines with fraudulently-obtained parental consent.
* E-Z is closely associated with increased death rate in infant girls in Sendgal, Guneau Bisseau, and Haiti before their second birthday.
* Most of the families are not aware to date that their child was used as a human guinea pig.

World Health Organization (WHO) Uses Vaccines to Make Women Sterile

1972:

* WHO begins its “Special Program” in human reproduction with programs for both male fertility control through vaccines and female fertility control.

1985

* WHO Vaccines for smallpox and tetanus are laced with female reproductive hormones to induce permanent sterility to “eliminate 150 million excess Sub-Saharan Africans” according to WHO documents.

July, 1989

* After years of denial, a scientific paper demonstrates conclusively that WHO tetanus vaccines used in the Philipines contained female reproductive hormones, inducing permanent sterility without consent or knowledge of the women treated.
* Tetanus toxoid is linked to the human reproducitve hormone to overcome immunological tolerance to the hormone and prod the body of the woman into producing antibodies to her own reproductive hormones.

1990

* Women between the ages of 12 and 45 are targeted for a 5 injection series of “tetanus” shots.
* Boys, men, children and older women are not given the shots.
* Tetanus ordinarily requires a single booster every 10 years.
* The 5 shot tetanus protocol is used with vaccines which contained female reproductive hormones to render the women of Tanzania, Nigeria, Nicaragua, Mexico and other countries infertile.
* Oxford University Press publishes article titled “Bypass by an alternate carrier of acquired unresponsiveness to hCG upon repeated immuniztions with tetanus-conjugate vaccine" confirming method of inducing sterility requires multiple vaccinations.

1993:

* WHO commits more than $356 million on “reproductive health” research.
* Funding for abortificant (abortion producing) vaccine comes from many sources:

The Story No One Told You

The deadliest killer of the 20th Century, with more deaths than all the World Wars, lurks right inside your house, and threatens to take you and your family.

In 1918, a virulent, never seen before, form of influenza seemed to suddenly appear. It seemed to kill within hours, and spread around the world within days. It seemed to appear simultaneously all around the world. Its spread was faster than any then known means of human travel.

In 2004, the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization warned of repeats of such a rapid and deadly pandemic, through such variants of influenza as SARS and Bird Flu. But without knowing what caused the 1918 pandemic or how it spread, how can the CDC or WHO make such a claim? Unless they already know something they are not telling.

As yet no one has been able to identify the actual medical cause of the 1918 Flu, with only a few samples of a "bird-like" virus taken from only several cadaver tissue samples. But no sample is complete. And those are only one or two samples from among the estimated 20 to 40 million people who seemed to die mysteriously almost overnight. The 1918 Flu spread faster and was more deadly, killing more people than even the Plague and Black Death of the middle ages. Why does no one talk about it?

And even if the viral cause were identified, no one can explain the lightning fast spread of the disease. Maybe it wasn't a disease after all. Many researchers have even looked at some world-wide phenomena, such as extra-terrestrial biology filtering into the atmosphere from outer space. Or maybe, the jet stream spreading disease-laden dust from Asia all around the world in a matter of days. In an area of investigation where there seems to be no real facts and less logic, any "fringe theory" or "outre logic" is just as valid as any other. Maybe something about the 1918 Flu is being covered up. Something that we are not supposed to know.

Actually, there is another rather simple mundane solution to the medical mystery. There did exist in 1918 a then new technical invention by which the "disease" was spread almost at the speed of light. The "1918 Flu" was spread around the world almost instantaneously by telephone. Of course, that claim needs an explanation, and proof.

In the 1890's an American chemist made an improvement on an old home folk remedy called Willow or Aspen Tea. It seemed to relieve the pains of old-age gout, arthritis and other assorted pains. But the evil tasting tea containing acetylsalicylic acid was so strong that it caused many people to have nausea and vomiting, along with the pain relief if they could tolerate drinking the tea. This potion was later neutralized, synthesized and buffered, and then sold to the German Bayer company as a pain reliever.

I have researched the source and history of the name Aspirin and found no reasonable explanation has ever been found. I have found, instead, that the German Bayer company, in order to sell to both the American and European markets, used a name familiar in both markets. In America the common folk remedy form was called "Aspen Tea" made from boiling willow bark from the Aspen tree family. In Europe, the same home remedy was called "Spirain Tea" made from boiling the leaves of the common European shrub Spirae.

Both preparations were found to contain large amounts of natural acetylsalicylic acid, but unbuffered. Combining the common home-remedy folklore names Aspen and Spirain comes up with the Euro-American brand name Aspirin. My research is the sole source for the information about that unique derivation of the brand name.

The reason for the deep confusion and lack of any clear history about the trade name is that for almost a decade from 1905 to about 1915, the use of the trade name, and the source of the name Aspirin, was tied up in international courts. In the late 1890's when Aspirin became available as an easy to use "pop a pill" replacement to the sour tasting Aspen or Spirain Teas, many people used it to relieve the pain of joint arthritis. Many users also discovered, quite by accident, a unique side effect. If you had a fever when you took the Aspirin, it also made the fever suddenly go away. What a discovery! It appeared to be a cure for the common cold and flu.

By 1905 many other drug companies were making acetylsalicylic acid preparations and calling it Aspirin, but they were selling it as a common cold remedy. Bayer took these other companies to court and sued over illegal use of their trademark. Many people believe that Bayer lost the decision and lost control of the name Aspirin. Most believe that Aspirin is now a generic name such as Kleenex, Scotch Tape or Xerox. Not so. It was an odd court decision and a confusing compromise. By 1915 it was decided in court that Bayer had the exclusive use of the tradename Aspirin, if it were sold as a pain-relieving analgesic.

The court also found that the other companies could also use the name Aspirin, if in their ads and packaging, they claimed that their product was an anti-febril agent or a fever reducer. This odd court decision is still in use today. You can still buy Bayer aspirin to relieve pain, and on the store shelf right next to it is Nyquil, Aleve, Tylenol, Motrin, Bufferin, Anacin and a whole long list of others, all containing aspirin or aspirin-like compounds and claiming to be treatments for Colds, Flu and Fever. Reducing fever was not in Bayer's original patent claim. Bayer didn't know in 1895 of the use of aspirin as a fever reducer and had not put that in their original trademark application.

And how does that strange court decision fit into the rapid spread of the 1918 Flu? The primary defense which the human body has, to stop the spread of viral infections is to produce a fever. The fever is not a symptom of disease, but is actually the body's primary anti-viral immune system. The fever stops the telomeres on the ends of viral RNA from making copies of itself.

The telomeres are like a zipper which unzips and separates the new RNA copy within miliseconds, but the telomeres are temperature sensitive and won't unzip at temperatures above 101F. Thus the high temperature of the fever, stops the flu virus from dividing and spreading. It is an immune system response which only mammals have developed to prevent the spread of viral flu infections, which mostly 99% come from the more ancient dinosaur-like earth life forms called birds. Almost all influenza is a form of "Avian Flu." A few influenza forms come from other dinosaur-like life forms, the modern reptiles, but these are usually classified as very rare tropical diseases, since that is where most reptiles live.

The doctors in the early 1900's didn't know about that, and even today few if any doctors are aware that fever is not a symptom of disease, but is the primary and only way for the human body to stop viral infections. If you stop or reduce the fever, viruses are allowed to divide and spread uncontrolled throughout the body. I have already described this process in detail in my articles posted in the Brother Jonathan Gazette in 2003, so I won't go into detail here. Do a search on "SARS" on the Gazette and you'll find the articles.

Normally the progress of a flu is that a virus enters the mucous membrane lining of the lungs, enters cells, then makes many copies of itself, which causes the cell to expand to such an degree that it bursts open. The new viruses then cloak themselves with a coating taken from the old damaged cell wall, thus hiding themselves from the human body's own T-cell antibody immune defense system. To the body's immune system the new viruses simply appear to be pieces of the body's own lung tissue.

By creating a fever, the viral infection is slowed down sufficiently so that the body's T cells can find the swollen infected lung cells, surround them and metabolize (literally eat) the damaged cell with strong acids which also breaks down the RNA viruses into basic amino acids. This effectively "kills" the viruses so that they can't reproduce. But viruses are not living things, and you can't kill something that's not alive. All the body can do is destroy or dissolve the RNA amino acid chain which makes up the virus.

Not knowing this, most doctors treat the flu with aspirin or fever reducers, as a palliative treatment to ease the aches, pains, and delerium fever effects. The result is that within hours, the fever goes down and the patient feels much better. What neither the patient nor the doctor knows is that with only a normal 98.6F body temperature, the viruses are allowed to reproduce unchecked. Within 72 hours, the viruses have grown from one or two virus bodies to millions or billions. The body is now completely overwhelmed. But while taking aspirin or cold medications, there are no symptoms or warnings of what is yet to come.

As a last resort the body tries to quickly flush the infection of billions of viruses from the lungs with massive amounts of T-cells, and fluid in the lungs to "cough out" the virus. This is called viral pneumonia. Soon within hours the patient is in the hospital. The doctors try to treat the now 105 degree fever with more anti-febril aspirins, or related medications to "treat the fever." Then within another 24 hours the patient, suffocating and gasping for breath, is dead.

You should note that the original infection did cause a mild fever, aches and pains, which the patient "self-medicated" with over-the-counter products. For the next several days, the patient seemed to have no symptoms, but was actually growing billions of copies of influenza virus in his lungs. Then days later, the patient and doctor seem to see a sudden rapid case of viral flu infection that is now overwhelming the body. Is that what really happened?

What caused the patient's death? Was it the original flu virus, or was it the use of Aspirin to lower the flu fever which then shutdown the patient's own immune system response? Obviously, the latter. So how did this cause the massive rapid spread of the 1918 Flu?

The Bayer court case had just been settled, and many companies other than Bayer, could now legally market aspirin to treat colds and fever. But then "The Great War to End all War" was on, and most aspirin products were going directly to the front lines in France to treat the soldiers in the diseased hell hole trenches of WWI.

The World War I medics knew that aspirin could quickly reduce a fever. If a soldier had a fever, the docs gave aspirin. Magically the fever went down, the soldier felt better and quickly went back to the fighting. Then three days later, the same soldier was back, now with severe pneumonia and died almost overnight.

No doctors then made the connection between aspirin and pneumonia death, since the trenches were filled with many other seemingly related diseases such as diphtheria or tuberculosis. Death and dying on the front line was common, so no investigation was done. Aspirin seemed to be a god-send since it allowed sick soldiers to swiftly get right back into the fighting.

After the Armistice of November 11, 1918 the fighting stopped and the soldiers went home. The soldiers around the world announced the good news to their families back home. Most of the low-ranked doughboys had to wait till they got back to their homebase in Kansas, or wherever, to call home. They couldn't afford the costly trans-Atlantic deep sea cable phone rates. But when the troop arrived in Kansas, the call from sergeant Tom was something like:

"Hey mom, I'm coming home. I'll see yu and dad next Tuesday in Chattanooga. How's everybody? Oh, Aunt Esther has a fever? Hey tell her to take some aspirin. Yeah, that stuff in the medicine cabinet for treatin' the aches and pains. Tell Esther, we used it in France. Works right away and the fever is gone. OK see yu Tuesday...."

So what does Esther do? She tries the aspirin, but the old Bayer label only says its for "aches and pains" and says nothing about fevers. She takes it and magically the fever is gone, and she feels much better, almost cured. She's so much better, she gets out the horse and buggy to go see her sister, Lucy in Mt Carmel, where Lucy and the kids are down with the fever. Mt. Carmel has no telephones and even no roads, only the buggy path to reach the outside world. But within hours of sergeant Tom's phone call home, by word of mouth, everybody in rural Mt. Carmel is now taking aspirin to treat fevers. Since the new information came from a soldier, from the US Army and the government, it must be true!

Within a week of the 1918 Armistice, by newfangled telephone, trans-oceanic telephone cables, and even the experimental ship-to-shore shortwave radios using Morse code, the message was flashed around the world -- "Have a fever? Take Aspirin. It worked in France, it'll work for you." That message spread at nearly the speed of light over millions of telephone lines all around the world. The news of the "miracle cure" even spread by word of mouth within a day or so, even to places with no phones nor roads.

Mysteriously, a week later, doctors round the world now had hundreds of sick and dying patients. Nobody could figure out why. The patients themselves never reported that just the week before they did have a mild fever. But it was so mild that when they took some aspirin, it simply went away. Nobody made the connection. The doctors only saw, by November 24, 1918 thousands of very sick patients with high fevers, lungs filled with fluid, and swift overnight death.

The medical profession had never seen anything like it before, nor since. It seemed to occur simultaneously all around the world and even reaching into such out of the way places like Mt. Carmel with no telephones nor roads. How could such a massive fast-spreading killer disease exist? It didn't. It wasn't a disease. It was a new use for an old home folk remedy which everybody already had in their medicine cabinet, Bayer Aspirin to reduce fever.

The medical profession, at a complete loss to explain it, simply called it the "Spanish Flu" or the "1918 Flu" or many similar names. It was a mystery with no known source, so it was assigned many place names. So far, nobody has been able to prove any single pathogen was responsible. And even if they did, they still can't explain how it seemed to spread world-wide at almost the speed of light, clear around the world within a week.

To this day there is no explanation. But, now you know. The "disease" was not a single pathogen, but many of the hundreds of similar types of flu which are always existing at any time around the world. What was different in November 1918 was the many hundreds of thousands of almost simultaneous phone calls from the millions of returning sergeant Toms saying, "...tell Aunt Esther to take the aspirin. It worked in France. It'll work for her..." Nobody traced the spread of the 1918 Flu to sergeant Tom. Nobody made the connection.

That very same source of disease still exists today. What is different today is that cold and flu products are sold and used all year long. This results in an estimated one million deaths from mysterious viral pneumonia reported every year, but also all around the year. In 1918, the new use of aspirin for treating colds and flu all started at the same time in November, thus creating the false impression of a sudden massive onset of a new disease. Even today SARS is not a disease. It is the improper use of a brand new high-tech flu fighter called Tamiflu. The FDA approved the use of Tamiflu several years ago. In 2003 it began to be used world-wide. But how is it used?

Many millions of people around the world still self-treat their own colds and flu with over-the-counter meds containing aspirin. Those are the most commonly sold medications in the world. The patient's mild fever quickly goes away. They forget about ever having felt sick. Then several days later the patient sees the doctor and now has a high fever, bad cough and fluid-filled lungs. The doctor, using the new CDC and WHO guidelines, treats the hospitalized "flu" patient with the new high-tech Tamiflu. But how often and at what dosage?

The doctors do what they've always done for the past 100 years. Tell the nurse to stick a thermometer in the patient's mouth, increase the Tamiflu dosage by 10cc's every hour until the fever starts to drop. Then maintain that dosage level until the patient dies. Then blame the death on some new highly contagious lethal virus. Nothing new here. It's the same old story, since 1918.

The only thing different is that they give it a new name like SARS, or Bird Flu or whatever sounds nifty and high-tech. Even today, each year about one million people world-wide die from the very same "disease" which first appeared in the fall of 1918. Has medicine, in the last 100 years, turned this "contagion" from Pandemic by Phone, into Illness by Internet? Is it the rapid and continuous spread of misinformation that is still killing millions?

ALERT Canadians: Toxic Ingredients in the Arepanrix H1N1 Vaccine Harm Your Health

Health Canada has authorized the sale of Arepanrix™ H1N1 vaccine based on no conclusive clinical testing. The authorization is based on the Health Canada review of available data on the quality, safety and immunogenicity of similar vaccines, which established the benefit/risk profile in favour of inoculating the Canadian population.

Read the Notice of Decision issued by Health Canada. The decision by the Health Minister was based on a belief (not qualified or informed) that immediate action is required to deal with the H1N1 risk. The assertion that the decision is based on limited clinical testing is being misapplied. There has been NO conclusive results from any clinical trials on the Arepanrix H1N1 vaccine.

This report is designed to inform you how the risks outweigh the benefits of the vaccine. It will demonstrate how the Health Canada assessment is flawed and contradictory to established research on the detrimental health effects of the vaccine ingredients contained in Arepanrix.

Description and Composition

Arepanrix™ H1N1 (AS03-adjuvanted H1N1 pandemic influenza vaccine) is a two-component vaccine consisting of an H1N1 antigen (as a suspension), and an AS03 adjuvant (as an oil-in-water emulsion).

The virus is inactivated followed by formaldehyde treatment and disrupted with sodium deoxycholate.

Preservative content:
5µg (micrograms) Thimerosal USP per 0.5mL dose or 2.5 micrograms organic mercury (Hg) per 0.5mL dose

Adjuvant:
The AS03 adjuvant system is composed of DL-α-tocopherol, squalene and polysorbate 80 in a 3mL vial:

DL-α-tocopherol: 11.86 milligrams/0.5mL dose
Squalene: 10.69 milligrams/0.5mL dose,
Polysorbate 80: 4.86 milligrams/0.5mL dose

Analysis of Ingredients

Formaldehyde

According to the Australian National Research Council, fewer than 20% but perhaps more than 10% of the general population may be susceptible to formaldehyde and may react acutely at any exposure level.

More hazardous than most chemicals in 5 out of 12 ranking systems, on at least 8 federal regulatory lists, it is ranked as one of the most hazardous compounds (worst 10%) to ecosystems and human health (Environmental Defense Fund).

Formalyn a 37 percent solution of gaseous formaldehyde which includes methano (used in vaccines as a tissue fixative) is considered a hazardous compound, and its vapor is toxic.

In the body, formaldehyde can cause proteins to irreversibly bind to DNA. Laboratory animals exposed to doses of inhaled formaldehyde over their lifetimes have developed more cancers of the nose and throat than are usual, as have workers in particle-board sawmills… Formaldehyde is classifed as a probable human carcinogen by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and as a known human carcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer.

Sodium Deoxycholate

Sodium Deoxycholate is a water soluble ionic detergent/bile salt which causes cell death and symptoms such as burning, redness, and swelling. It has been shown to weaken the blood-brain-barrier (BBB) and subsequently activate seizures. It has demonstrated synergistic toxicity with antifungal drugs.

Detergents and emulsifiers promote tumors and cause cells to leak or explode by weakening their walls, with no mechanism for regulating destructive activity. These chemicals are not completely purified out of the final vaccine product, so they enter the body at the time of injection.

Detergents are used extensively in cell research precisely because of their ability to break cells open for further analysis. This catastrophically mimics the membrane attack complex (MAC). Detergents hit cells at random and continue destroying cells regardless of which call off the attack.

Sodium Deoxycholate is completely foreign to the relationships that define and make up the delicate balance of the immune system. It systematically disrupts these relationships to negate the optimal function and design of immune responses.

Thimerosal

Thimerosal has powerful and damaging effects on cells of the nervous and immune systems in mammals including humans. Its effect may vary depending on the dose, the genetics of the individual, and the timing of exposure. The mercury dose from thimerosal produces acute and often deadly ethylmercury blood levels.

Organic forms of mercury are well-known neurotoxic agents
and far more dangerous than inorganic mercury sources. Exposure to organic mercury produces predominantly central nervous system (CNS) effects that are commonly severe and can induce prolonged unconsciousness, coma and death. (See: Acta Chim. Slov. 2004, 51, 361-372)

After only 2 hour exposures, thimerosal at micromolar concentrations causes neuronal membrane damage and alterations leading to cell death in immune T-cells.

Thimerosal alters the functioning of critical neurotransmitters necessary for proper brain functioning.

Thimerosal causes DNA fragmentation of neuronal cells and disrupts
neuronal growth factor signaling at micromolar and even nanomolar concentrations. It also causes DNA methylation and attentional
pathways at nanomolar concentrations, leading to alterations in brain function.

Squalene in AS03 adjuvant

Too dangerous for human use, Squalene is not officially licensed for use in the United States or Canada. Oil adjuvants like squalene have been ordinarily used to inflict diseases in animals – for experimentation and study. According to anthrax vaccine expert Gary Matsumoto and other reliable sources, the US military used an unlicensed, experimental anthrax vaccination laced with squalene, with disastrous consequences, including Gulf War Sydrome.

"There are now data in more than two dozen peer-reviewed scientific papers, from ten different laboratories in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia, documenting that squalene-based adjuvants can induce autoimmune diseases in animals, observed in mice, rats, guinea pigs and rabbits. Sweden's Karolinska Institute has demonstrated that squalene alone can induce the animal version of rheumatoid arthritis. The Polish Academy of Sciences has shown that in animals, squalene alone can produce catastrophic injury to the nervous system and the brain. The University of Florida Medical School has shown that in animals, squalene alone can induce production of antibodies specifically associated with systemic lupus erythematosus" writes Matsumoto.

Oil-based vaccination adjuvants like squalene have been proved to generate concentrated, unremitting immune responses over long periods of time according to a 2000 article in The American Journal of Pathology. The study demonstrated that a single injection of the adjuvant squalene into rats triggered a chronic, immune-mediated joint-specific inflammation, also known as rheumatoid arthritis. The researchers concluded the study raised questions about the role of adjuvants in chronic inflammatory diseases.

Polysorbate 80

Polysorbate 80 is similar to Sodium Deoxycholate in its ability to increase cell permeability, damage, and bursting. After injection it can rapidly metabolize into sorbitol and ethylene oxide which is much more toxic than the original chemical. When Polysorbate 80 breaks down there are 20 moles of ethylene oxide for every mole of sorbitol. These polysorbates have been shown to cause dangerous, sometimes fatal effects, when given through a needle. Changes in heart function can occur immediately. The blood-brain-barrier (BBB) can be weakened and penetrated, followed by seizures and even death. Polysorbates demonstrate synergistic toxicity with a wide range of chemicals.

Polysorbate 80 has been found to negatively affect the immune system and cause severe anaphylactic shock which can kill. According to Annals of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, Volume 95, Number 6, December 2005 , pp. 593-599(7), "it is of current relevance as a 'hidden' inductor of anaphylactoid reactions", and "Polysorbate 80 was identified as the causative agent for the anaphylactoid reaction of nonimmunologic origin in the patient. The study included a pregnant woman who suffered anaphylactic shock after being given a IV drip of multi-vitamins containing polysorbate 80.

In addition to this, there have been studies in Food and Chemical Toxicology which showed that Polysorbate 80 causes infertility. Baby female rats were injected with polysorbate 80 at days 4-7 after birth. It accelerated the maturing of the rats and caused changes to the vagina and womb lining, hormonal changes, ovary deformities and degenerative follicles.

According to the World Intellectual Property Organization, which is part of the United Nations, scientists from the organization are developing vaccines specifically to damage fertility as a method of contraception. A suggested ingredient for the vaccine is Polysorbate 80 (also known as tween 80). As it is a preferred ingredient, scientists are obviously aware of its ability to cause infertility.

Discussion

There are currently NO clinical trials or results which have validated the long-term safety and efficacy of the Arepanrix H1N1vaccine and its integrated AS03 adjuvant. Regulatory health agencies are refusing to acknowledge this fact or the nature of toxicity levels associated with Arepanrix and its ingredients. The well documented toxicity evidence for each ingredient presented above is simply being ignored.

A simple search on the ClinicalTrials.gov website shows that three "Rapid Evaluation" studies for Arepanrix H1N1vaccine have not even initiated recruiting as of the date this article was published.

One of the most critical elements which defines the toxicity potential of any vaccine are its pharmacokinetic properties. GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and Health Canada do not consider the study , analysis or evaluatation of the pharmacokinetic properties of any vaccine including Arepanrix. This means that the bodily absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of ingredients within the Arepanrix vaccine are not known or even considered in safety assessments. This in itself is a highly suspicious and negligent behavior which leaves many questions on the credbility and reputability of GlaxoSmithKline and Health Canada and their motives for marketing this vaccine to the Canadian population.

Adults aged 18-60 years:
Dosage recommendations of 0.5ml are based on very limited clinical evidence of safety and immunogenicity data available from two 3-week studies. Neither study has validated the long-term immunogencity, safety, toxicity, or pharmacodynamics of the vaccine based on any dosage. Clinically, the shortest acceptable period to study the side effects of any vaccine is 6-8 weeks. The accepted studies noted by GSK and Health Canada are half this period.

Elderly (>60 years):
No clinical data are available for Arepanrix H1N1 in this age group including the effects of the AS03 squalene adjuvant. There is no data to justify any safe dosage in this age group.

Children and Adolescents aged 10-17 years:
No clinical data are available for Arepanrix H1N1 in this age group including the effects of the AS03 squalene adjuvant. No exact dosing recommendations can be made.

Children aged from 6-35 months:
No clinical data are available for Arepanrix H1N1 in this age group including the effects of the AS03 squalene adjuvant. No exact dosing recommendations can be made.

Pregnancy and Lactation
No data have been generated in pregnant or breast feeding women with Arepanrix nor with the AS03 adjuvant.

Fertility & Sterility
GSK suggests animal studies have not demonstrated harmful effects with respect to fertility which directly contradicts several scientific studies which show that Polysorbate 80 causes infertility.

Interactions With Seasonal Flu Vaccines
GSK claims that no data is available on the concomitant administration of Arepanrix H1N1 with other vaccines, including seasonal influenza vaccines.

A study based on research in British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec, has shown that people who received the seasonal influenza vaccine last year are at greater risk of contracting the H1N1 flu this year.
Adverse reactions may be intensified with co-administration with other vaccines.

Despite the suggested evidence in unpublished studies that seasonal flu vaccines can increase the risk of H1N1 flu, Canadian provinces are recommending co-administration of both vaccines in as little as 60 days. This highly irresponsible recommedation by public health officials could potentially devastate the health of millions of Canadians. An example of the schedule of shots in Ontario is listed in the chart below released in a leaflet to all Ontarians in early October 2009.

The people in Ontario need to call the ServiceOntario INFOline at
1-800-476-9708 and request information as to why Ontario is contradicting studies which demonstrate the risks of administering both the seasonal flu and H1N1 vaccine within short periods.

In addition, the Government of Ontario (and Canada) need to respond to direct queries from the public to justify why and how recommendations are being be made to administer the H1N1 vaccine to those receiving the seasonal flu vaccine, when the studies that test the safety and efficacy for the "Rapid Evaluation of Pandemic H1N1 Influenza Vaccine in Adults Receiving Seasonal Influenza Vaccine" have not yet started as of late October 2009 (with no participants even being recruited).

Adverse Reactions
Solicited adverse reactions were reported more frequently in the H1N1+AS03 group compared to the H1N1 group based on 2 studies which evaluated the safety of another AS03-adjuvanted vaccine containing HA derived from A/California/7/2009 (H1N1)v-like (Pandemrix) in healthy subjects aged 18-60 years.

Since 48.6 of the 50.4 million doses of Arepanrix ordered by the Canadian government contain the AS03 adjuvant, we will focus on those adverse reactions documented which are as follows:

Redness
Swelling
Fatigue
Headaches
Arthralgia (joint inflammation)
Myalgia (muscle inflammation)
Shivering
Sweating
Swollen lymph nodes
Fever
Vomiting
Tingling or numbness of the hands or feet
Shortness of breath
Vasculitis (inflammation of the blood vessels)

Serious adverse reactions are as follows:
Blood and lymphatic system disorders (lymphadenopathy)

Psychiatric disorders (insomnia)

Nervous system disorders (dizziness, paraesthesia, inflammation of the central nervous system, inflammation of nerves, autoimmune disorders affecting myelin sheaths of nerves such as Guillain-Barré Syndrome)

Ear and labyrinth disorders (vertigo)

Respiratory, thoracic and mediastinal disorders (dyspnoea)

Gastrointestinal disorders (nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting, dyspepsia, stomach discomfort)

Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders (pruritus, rash)

Musculoskeletal and connective tissue disorders (back pain, musculoskeletal stiffness, neck pain, muscle spasms, pain in extremity)

General disorders and administration site conditions (bruising, asthenia, chest pain, malaise)

Disturbing Concentrations of Squalene

The average quantity of squalene injected into the US soldiers abroad and at home in the anthrax vaccine during and after the Gulf War was 34.2 micrograms per billion micrograms of water. According to studies, this was the cause of Gulf War syndrome in 25% of 697,000 US personnel at home and abroad.

The soldiers developed a cascade of reactions including arthritis, fibromyalgia, lymphadenopathy, rashes, photosensitive rashes, malar rashes, chronic fatigue, chronic headaches, abnormal body hair loss, non-healing skin lesions, aphthous ulcers, dizziness, weakness, memory loss, seizures, mood changes, neuropsychiatric problems, anti-thyroid effects, anaemia, elevated ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate), systemic lupus erythematosus, multiple sclerosis, ALS, Raynaud’s phenomenon, Sjorgren’s syndrome, chronic diarrhea, night sweats and low-grade fever.

The AS03 adjuvant in the Arepanrix H1N1 vaccine contains 10.69mg per dose. This corresponds to approximately 2.136.0000 microgrammes pr. billion microgrammes of water, i.e. one million times more squalene per dose than the anthrax vaccine.

How much more evidence is necessary to convince public health officials that the risks of the Arepanrix H1N1 vaccine exceed any benefits?

Please do not play roulette with your health. Do not listen to the Public Health Agency of Canada or any public health or medical official that advises you to protect yourself from the flu with this vaccine. Its design and toxicity will only destroy your health.

The corporate COURT(S) collect revenue for the corporations through a debt-based fractional reserve banking system, usury, a prison bonding system, and through the monetization of signatures through the “full faith and credit” of our backs, our children’s and grand children’s backs, and our children’s backs who are not yet born. Then why, if we mention scripture law in the corporate COURT(S), are we cast in to prison and persecuted for discussing the laws written in the King James Bible? Did you know that registering a child with a corporate country is a way of giving up your legal claim to your child? Once registered, the de facto gov decides how their new registered property and future WAGE SLAVE shall be raised. Have you ever had an “accident” while “driving”?

Did you know that the Motor Vehicle Act for British Columbia defines the word “accident” as an intentional collision?

You might want to think about that the next time you call your insurance company and tell them that you had an “accident”.

Did you ask a corporation for liberty, or did their agents threaten you with guns, violence, and imprisonment if you did not do so?

If you have been threatened to submit to such things, that is called tyranny. Tyranny is unlawful.

If you need permission from a corporation to have liberty then something is very wrong.

What is a LICENSE?

LICENSE. In the law of contracts. A permission, accorded by a competent authority, conferring the right to do some act which without such authorization would be illegal, or would be a trespass or a tort.

So a “LICENSE” is “permission” (from a corporation) which confers the right to do something which is otherwise “illegal”.

So the corporate countries are saying that liberty, a fundamental and dutiful freedom from our Creator, is “illegal”. Huh?

So do you think that you need a “LICENSE”?

The private corporate prisons are revenue generators for the corporate countries. Other corporations, such as WAL-MART for example, buy prison bonds to collect revenue, to profit from slavery, and to destroy small family businesses.

Our brothers and sisters are being imprisoned and held as sureties on bonds at private corporate prisons (warehouses), so that the corporate countries can profit from the involuntary servitude of our friends and neighbors, our brothers and sisters, our children, and ourselves.

Many of the indigenous men, wo-men, and children have been tortured and destroyed by the ‘murdering monarchy’, the whore of babylon (Vatican), and the corporate countries and it’s agents.

James, it is upon such sincere and duty bound oath of true allegiance and the fulfillment of that allegiance that sits the very basis of Justice system in the commonwealth…The significant thing about this James is that if the one swearing to be truly allegiant to a Christian monarch , sworn to defend the laws of God, does not know what that true allegiance is, then they simply cannot fulfill their oath. There authority is void and without sanction. It is color of law.

Gods law is Supreme James the scriptures and words of Christ inspire us to divide ourselves from corruption commerce and fraud. Matthew 6:24

James you made a decisive choice to avoid the demand of providing a copy of the lawful oath you are bound to swear by and a copy of your signature in the register.

James the oath you were told to take and likely had no idea about is a facsimile that is de facto legislation and is attempting to usurp the original jurisdiction of God’s law. Exodus 20:3-5 tells us we are not to submit to nor serve false gods who can be identified by one fatal characteristic. They add to and remove from God’s law. Deuteronomy 4:2;12:32 is quite clear about not doing that.

I as a competent minister of Christ following his word and taking particular note of the motive of the secular law of man, must in officially performing the functions of my calling ensure the men and women who have officially sworn to be truly allegiant to the Christian monarch styled as “Defender of the Faith” are as well competent to lawfully be sanctioned via a valid oath in law. I also must ensure they live up to and provide that true allegiance to the Christian monarch if called upon to do so.

It has been through great study and tedious research I have discovered that the Oath of allegiance you swore to become a member of the bar has been altered from the form in law so anciently laid out and still available to be seen in the BNA via schedule V and the Federal Oaths of Allegiance Act specifying the style of form in an imperative and that no other form may be used…….

I would in honor then, before we proceed to terminate this lengthy dispute, put to you that since I am officially performing the functions of my calling as a minister of Christ in search of an honorable settlement, that I as of that duty must ensure honor is present and must inquire of your honor via requesting that a certified copy of your sworn oath of allegiance be provided to this writer or Gordon accompanied by Brenda for an inspection into the validity of such oath and as to the veracity of your words that have been alleged to give you sanction to act as an officer of her majesties Christian court.

I will also be inquiring as to your knowledge of the meaning in law of the true allegiance you swore to God you would provide to the Christian monarch sworn herself to defend the laws of God and the Christian faith as her main duty. Remember I am not trying to sidestep honor or act as an antagonist here but instead establish it’s presence and reveal the truth…

If it appears that honor is not present via an oversite error or mistake I am potentially confident that can be rectified by your re-swearing your oath in an accurate lawful form. This would be done so all honor and true competency of her majesties sanction is present and all liability for any damages that Gordon or Brenda have already or will experience as a result of incompetent action on your part thereafter may be paid out of your now lawful bond via the law society.

Your insurance liability Bonding company, the Alberta Law Society deals with, could claim if a claim for damages was filed that since your oath was invalid they will not pay out…You would then be privately liable for damages…

It is up to everyone to ensure everything done is valid, legitimate and in honor so please forgive me for bringing this irrefutable and accurate view of the law, that not only sanctions your authority and competency but also punishes those who violate it, to your immediate attention…

Section 126 of the criminal code is interesting as it does indeed offer two years imprisonment for violating what is required to be done in law. Section 19 of that code also reminds you it is imperative for you be informed of what you are doing in law…By swearing an oath to God to bear true allegiance to a Christian monarch you must know what that true allegiance is. If the oath is valid then you are required to provide that true allegiance defending the laws of God…If perchance the oath is invalid and false then no such requirement exists and the power is totally de facto and usurped . No liability to the Crown ensues. Just private liability to you.

If I do not challenge you on honor and competency then by assumpsit contract and tacit consent Gordon and Brenda have accepted your de facto offer…I speak to this extremely irrefutable and honorable point of lawful competency first as the facts concerning the case are a moot point until competency is established.

Fraud vitiates all contracts.

James I wish you to know my sincerity in that I as of my duty my faith and in performing an official function of my calling must demand of you to produce, in honorable disclosure, a certified copy of your oath of Allegiance.

James you by de facto law took that oath upon your entrance to the BAR in Alberta thereafter claiming that you were a lawyer and an officer of her Majesties law courts …

If you fail to provide the true allegiance you swore to provide by displaying the honor of a certified copy of your lawful oath for inspection then you are defying your oath in breach of duty to bear the true allegiance and so as to ensure I can reach an amicable agreement that will be binding and valid in law, then you admit tacitly your oath is bogus and all you have done so far is void and in fraud…You will be forced into estoppel James and be in quiet admission of damages to Gordon Haig and liability to Gordon Haig and will tacitly agree to be in debt to Gordon Haig for the undisputed amount of Seven Million Five hundred thousand dollars.

2.All laws themselves written since 1955 have been by lawyers not having a lawfully formed and sanctioned oath to the Christian monarch.

3.An invalid oath nullifies and voids the marriage Act and the Dowers Act and the oath of Allegiance the Justice of the peace swears to be able to marry folks, that is been relied upon as the law that grants spouses the ability to divide assets…

4.Those acts written by false oathed lawyers are void and invalid inferior to gods law and in violation of it so Gordon and Ruby are in reality and without refute not lawfully married, again voiding this whole fraudulent process.

I remind you James truth is not speculation nor flaunted by ego or addictions to control.

It is not just Gordon who is observing this transpire as since Gordon is a veteran he has brought this to the attention of a few of his esteemed colleagues’ who have had occasion in life to know what honor is and how to defend it with their lives. What I am saying so we are clear James is that the government of Alberta has since 1955 been running on and producing law, via it’s de facto legislatures, Law that has been drafted and created by pseudo lawyers having no competency nor true authority to draft law for the crown as they are impostors in law engaged in a fraud. The exception of one word, being “do”, from the oath is not an error as it destroys the grammar of the oath turning it into Gibberish and certainly not the Queens English formed in accuracy to ensure honor prevails in defense of God’s law.

In short Jim I am aware of corruption that has permeated your profession to the point where it is a blatant fraud and treason upon her majesties ability to defend the faith as without a valid oath in law binding you to the true allegiance there is no defense of the Bibles law…It is the grandest bait and switch game to ever have been invented!

Attempting by whatever means to overthrow her majesty’s government is treason…Her majesties government is the authorized version of the King James Bible which you may validate by reading the text of her majesties Coronation in 1953 .

So either you are in honor defending those ancient and holy principles first by possessing a valid oath in law or you are engaged in an attempt to usurp her authority and defense of God’s law. You may also wish to turn to an older law called the Westminster Confession of Faith from 1648...it is an act of the British parliament never repealed and in full force...Chapter 22 is entitled Lawful Oaths.

Doctors told swine flu shot to high a risk to insure them

Top insurer tells 1,000 GPs not to give swine flu vaccine

An insurance company has warned 1,000 GPs not to administer the swine flu vaccine.

The HSE plans to enlist family doctors to give the swine flu vaccine to patients with pre-existing medical conditions.

But an insurance company which covers around 1,000 of the 2,200 to 2,500 GPs in the country advised them not to sign up for the work because of legal indemnity issues.

The HSE has given GPs until today to sign up to give the vaccine to 400,000 of their patients with certain medical conditions from next week.

Medisec Ireland, which covers around 1,000 GPs, told their members yesterday not to sign up until all indemnity issues were resolved.

GP sources said last night this may lead some doctors who have signed up to withdraw their participation in the programme.

In a letter to the doctors Medisec said it was unclear where a GP would legally stand if they exercised their discretion not to give the vaccine to their patients.

There are also unresolved legal issues around the doctors identifying and offering the vaccine to at-risk patients.

The company said the Irish Medical Organisation had been trying to negotiate an acceptable resolution to the serious medico/legal issues with the HSE, but had not been successful.

Other concerns relate to the cost of legal representation for doctors who may find themselves before their disciplinary body the Medical Council if they fail to give the vaccine to a patient.

They could also have to go before the same body for exercising their clinical judgment not to administer the vaccine to a patient of another doctor who had been referred to them.

Concern

The letter to GPs said that while the administration of the vaccine would be deemed normal work and covered by a doctor's policy, the outstanding issues of concern might not fall into this category due to the amount of work involved and could lead to "adverse indemnity consequences".

It added: "Accordingly, in the circumstances, we do not recommend our members to sign up for the programme until all issues have been resolved."

The other company indemnifying doctors, the Medical Protection Society, is believed to have indicated GPs could go ahead with the vaccinations.

The HSE may have to extend today's deadline for more clarification. It plans to publicise the rollout of the vaccine to at-risk patients tomorrow.

DEAR HONOURABLE SENATORS OF THE PARLIAMENT OF CANADA,

RE: Passage of Bill C-6

I am sure that all of you have been inundated with emails and faxes sent from concerned Canadian citizens regarding the passage of Bill C-6; from my family’s personal experiences, please study this Bill in its entirety. If this Bill is allowed to be passed it will have detrimental consequences to all Canadians.

I am not one for form letters. I know they have their place for garnering attention but I believe validity of content speaks volumes. Let me explain succinctly the present day actions of Health Canada - without the unlimited powers given with the passage of Bill C-6.

No Canadian family or home based business should have to endure what my family endured. On January 15, 2009 my wife Agnes answered the front door of our home and 4 RCMP officers, one with his gun drawn, burst through, the brute force even damaged our locking device.

I will never forget the terrifying look on the face of my wife; I have never seen her so afraid. To describe the panic that I felt is near impossible; I saw as my wife’s hands were raised over her head in surrender because an armed RCMP officer had a gun pointed to her chest yelling; “That is not cool, that is not cool.” I thought she was going to be killed. That day’s events have permanently scarred my memory and I live with the terror, thinking that it will happen again. I heard my wife say, “Please put the gun away! We are no harm to any of you. We are humanitarians, not criminals.”

The RCMP were clearing the way for Health Canada agents; they entered our home looking for vitamins, including Folic Acid and L-Carnitine, both ultra safe supplements. We sat restricted in our own home for 11 hours while Health Canada agents searched our entire residence, even violating the privacy of our bedroom. Our home safe was opened with RCMP supervision and our personal contents were photographed by Kim Selling (a Health Canada agent).

Nine months have passed and no charges have been laid and my entire inventory continues to be seized. My case files are sealed and being held from my lawyer. My Incident Report is being refused by the RCMP and my Access of Information request has been denied.

In addition, Health Canada is not satisfied only with the destruction of my Canadian corporation, (detaining my entire finished product inventory) but also my international trade business; no inventory restricts my cash flow and damages my international trade reputation. Health Canada has even contacted Slovakia Health regarding our Slovakian corporation’s reliability as a company. The inspector at Slovak Health would not disclose the information Health Canada was seeking. Health Canada’s involvement with my European corporation is an abuse of power with the sole intention to harm; this is a violation under Section 37 of the Canadian Food and Drugs Act regarding natural health products deemed for export.

THESE RESTRICTIVE MEASURES HAVE HAPPENED WITHOUT THE PASSAGE OF BILL C-6. IF PASSED, THIS BILL WILL MAKE HEALTH CANADA UNSTOPABLE AND THE PEOPLE ITS PUPPETS.

NEVER BEFORE HAVE CANADIANS FACED SUCH A BLATANT OFFENSE AGAINST OUR CIVIL LIBERTIES, WHICH ARE THE HALLMARK OF A FREE AND DEMOCRATIC SOCIETY.

THIS BILL IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND MUST BE WITHDRAWN, AS MUST ANY AND ALL LEGISLATION WHICH ABROGATES OUR INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS AND CHARTER RIGHTS. OUR GOVERNMENT HAS NO MANDATE TO AMEND OR VIOLATE OUR RIGHTS.

IN FACT IT IS OVERTLY BREAKING THE LAW, AND IS COMMITTING TREASON AGAINST OUR CONSTITUTION. LEGISLATORS WHO PROPOSE AND/OR SUPPORT SUCH LEGISLATION ARE EQUALLY GUILTY, JOINTLY AND SEVERALLY, OF VIOLATION OF WHAT THE BOOK OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURES CALLS, "THE SUPREME LAW OF CANADA".

Health Canada wishes to become a power unto itself, responsible to no one.

Legally, you cannot give them that power. It isn't yours to give.

The following features are specific to our family’s raid and included in Bill C-6:

Unreasonable Search and Seizure. Inspectors may enter any premises where they believe there are products relating to the Act. They may examine anything and seize anything they deem relevant. [20(2)]

Use of Force. Inspectors may be accompanied by peace officers authorized to use force. [21(3)]

Confiscation. Goods seized may never be returned to their owner. Anything seized may become forfeited to Her Majesty in right of Canada (i.e., the Health Ministry) [25; 26; 27; 61]

Unlimited Powers. Inspectors may take any measures they consider necessary to remedy non-compliance with the Act, including putting the person out of business. [31(2)]

Excessive Penalties. Anyone who contravenes a provision of the Act may be fined up to $5,000,000 and imprisoned for up to five years. [38(1)(3)].

Presumed Guilty. Anyone whom is believed to have contravened sections of the Act is deemed guilty of an offence - even if their products are totally safe. Anyone who pays a fine is deemed to have committed the violation in respect of which the amount is paid. [38(1); 50(1)(a)]

No Defense. Those named in a notice of violation are not allowed to defend themselves by truthfully claiming that they exercised due diligence to prevent the violation. Innocence and truth are irrelevant. [56(1)]

Charter Rights; Universal Declaration of Human Rights

12. No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation.

17(2). No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.

Canadian Bill of Rights

1(a). The right of the individual to life, liberty, security of person and enjoyment of property and the right not to be deprived thereof Except by due process of law.

Ask Danielle Umrysh the Deputy Registrar or Lynn Varty The registrar about that letter of notice and her reply last April regarding Appeals case 00030494AC and the actions of Mr. William Barclay acting as council for Lac Ste Ann County, and Mr. Costigan and McClung both failing to subscribe to their oaths in that proceeding. Essentially in my belief and faith they were obstructing me a Christian minister from protecting the people who have trust in my faith and defense of same. I have asked Douglas J. Hughes of Bishop McKenzie as well as the partners and the Canadian Bar association for that understanding. I went all the way to Osgood hall in Toronto to hear the registrar there at the countries most prestigious law school tell me that she did not know what the meaning was and thought no lawyer or Judge would know the meaning of the oath of allegiance. A very telling revelation! The Bank Act of 1913 is not Imperial law! No contract is valid without revealing all the facts of the contract! The Banks have no money to loan they need get you to give them permission to access your bond! A promissary note is funds and your permission!. A loan is not an exchange. Dear Friends

Recently I bought a cooking oil that is new to our supermarkets, Canola Oil. I tried it because the label assured me it was lowest in 'bad' fats. However, when I had used half the bottle, I concluded that the label told me surprisingly little else and I started to wonder: where does canola oil come from?

Olive oil comes from olives, peanut oil from peanuts, sunflower oil from sunflowers; but what is a canola? There was nothing on the label to enlighten me which I thought odd. So, I did some investigating on the Internet. There are plenty of official Canola sites lauding this new 'wonder' oil with all its low-fat health benefits. It takes a little longer to find sites that tell the less palatable details.

Here are just a few facts everyone should know before buying anything containing canola. Canola is not the name of a natural plant but a made-up word, from the words ' Canada ' and 'oil'. Canola is a genetically engineered plant developed in Canada from the Rapeseed Plant, which is part of the mustard family of plants.

According to Agri Alternatives, The Online Innovation, and Technology Magazine for Farmers, 'By nature, these rapeseed oils, which have long been used to produce oils for industrial purposes, are... toxic to humans and other animals'. (This, by the way, is one of the websites singing the praises of the new canola industry.)

Rapeseed oil is poisonous to living things and is an excellent insect repellent. I have been using it (in very diluted form, as per instructions) to kill the aphids on my roses for the last two years. It works very well; it suffocates them. Ask for it at your nursery. Rape is an oil that is used as a lubricant, fuel, soap and synthetic rubber base and as a illuminate for color pages in magazines.

It is an industrial oil. It is not a food. Rape oil, it seems, causes emphysema, respiratory distress, anemia, constipation, irritability, and blindness in animals and humans. Rape oil was widely used in animal feeds in England and Europe between 1986 and
1991, when it was thrown out. Remember the 'Mad Cow disease' scare, when millions of cattle in the UK were slaughtered in case of infecting humans? Cattle were being fed on a mixture containing material from dead sheep, and sheep suffer from a disease called 'scrapie'.

It was thought this was how 'Mad Cow' began and started to infiltrate the human chain. What is interesting is that when rape oil was removed from animal feed, 'scrapie' disappeared. We also have not seen any further reports of 'Mad Cow' since rape oil was removed from the feed. Perhaps not scientifically proven, but interesting all the same. US and Canadian farmers grow genetically engineered rapeseed and manufacturers use its oil (canola) in thousands of processed foods, with the blessings of Canadian and US government watchdog agencies. The canola supporting websites say that canola is safe to use. They admit it was developed from the rapeseed, but insist that through genetic engineering it is no longer rapeseed, but 'canola' instead.

Except canola means 'Canadian oil'; and the plant is still a rape plant, albeit genetically modified. The new name provides perfect cover for commercial interests wanting to make millions. Look at the ingredients list on labels. Apparently peanut oil is being replaced with rape oil. You will find it in an alarming number of processed foods. There is more, but to conclude: rape oil was the source of the chemical warfare agent mustard gas, which was banned after blistering the lungs and skins of hundred of thousands of soldiers and civilians during W.W.I. Recent French reports indicate that it was again in use during the Gulf War.

Check products for ingredients. If the label says, 'may contain the following' and lists canola oil, you know it contains canola oil because it is the cheapest oil and the Canadian government subsidizes it to industries involved in food processing.

I do not know what you will be cooking with tonight, but I will be using olive oil and old-fashioned butter, from a genetically unmodified cow.

The BusinessCouncil.org directed America's transition out of the Great Depression advising Congress to advance the Security and Exchange Act, the Banking Act, and the Social Security Act of 1935.

Experts believe that foul play is obviously behind the current pandemic as evidenced by the virus's genetics. The feared flu is a laboratory-recombinant of swine from Mexico, avian (bird) from Asia, and a human corpse contaminated with flu genes from the 1918 Spanish pandemic unearthed despite protests from scientists worldwide. The official explanation alleges an impossible, natural mating of genes from some Asian chicken, Mexican pig, and a dead-corpse buried for nearly a century.

Common sense and chilling documents sent to the FBI by these authors discredit official explanations for this pandemic, and this is not the first time this kind of accident has happened. The laboratory sourced 1977 outbreak of H1N1, a virus that went extinct for 20 years was recently acknowledged in the esteemed New England Journal of Medicine.

Boycott Safeway Now!
In many Safeway stores, persuasion begins at the door. A teen, knowing nothing about vaccines, hands you a flier encouraging you to visit the pharmacy for your "impulse flu shot." He excuses himself for his ignorance using the Nuremberg defense, "I'm just doing my job."

Safeway customers never learn their pharmacists know little about the H1N1 vaccine.Proprietary ingredients in these vaccines are purposely undisclosed by Burd's partners, the vaccine makers, including Novartis, CSL, Baxter, and Glaxo-SmithKlein. Thus, the inoculations contraindications are missing from Safeway's pharmacists brains.

When on a recent visit to Safeway, Ms.. Kane asked the pharmacist if he would take the shot. He replied, I am not going to lie, no, I won't take the vaccine. Five minutes later the man pleasantly provided the flu shot to a customer conned by the promotion to save 10% on her next grocery bill; so the impulse inoculation would cost her less than $20. This recession savvy promotion at check-out got her to take the shot.

Discounted injections are most profitable as they secure people's dependency on the store's pharmacy. Common vaccine and drug side effects last for years, and prescribed medicines generate greater toxicity causing additional diseases. Experts shudder to think vaccine ingredients include toxic oils, heavy metals, poisonous chemicals, anti-HIV spermicides, and (in the UK) a cancer virus believed liked to the origin of AIDS called SV40.

Incredibly, the live genetically-engineered H1N1flu viruses in Safeway's vaccines are expected to mutate rapidly with other circulating viruses including flu strains, common cancer viruses like Epstein Barr, and even HIV, potentially yielding new more deadly pandemics rivaling AIDS and the 1918 Spanish Flu.

As far as medical doctors are concerned, Safeway stores are considered competitors or travel medicine providers (TMPs), according to the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA). A main ingredient in the European injections is MF59TM with nonoxynol-9 spermicide. According to science, the MF59 with squalene alone might harm or even kill 59-out-of-60 people who buy into the stores propaganda.

Safeway's propagandists are none other than David Rockefeller's partnered media moguls: Rupert Murdock, Mortimor Zuckerman, and Thomas Glocer--the worlds premiere mind-setters. Their companies, include Time Warner, FOX and Reuters are serving psychological operations for global depopulation. They all subscribe to the Population Council of the City of New York founded and still funded by Rockefeller entities. Bureau of Biologics federal investigator, Dr. Bernice Eddy, warned Congress in 1972 that Merck's SV40-contaminated polio vaccines would curse the world with pandemic cancers by 1992.

This makes a great package deal, because if you can't resist the flu shot, you may need the coffin, Ms. Kane told Costco's membership manager, just as a customer was inquiring about getting the flu shot.

People generally accept the idea that drug companies spread propaganda, side-effects, and widespread illnesses for profit. Most people, however, have a problem relating to depopulation as the overriding goal of poisoning
people, since fewer live-bodies means less customers and lower profits.

A physics teacher in high school, once told the students that while one grasshopper on the railroad tracks wouldn't slow a train very much, a billion of them would . With that thought in mind, read the following, obviously written by a good Canadian.

Check this out . I can verify this because I was in Lowe's the other day for some reason and just for the fun of it I was looking at the hose attachments . They were all made in China . The next day I was in Home Hardware and just for the fun of it I checked the hose attachments there. They were made in Canada. Start looking.

In our current economic situation, every little thing we buy or do affects someone else - even their job. So, after reading this email, I think this lady is on the right track . Let's get behind her!

My grandson likes Hershey's candy . I noticed, though, that it is marked made in Mexico now. I do not buy it any more . My favorite toothpaste Colgate is made in Mexico now. I have switched to Crest .. You have to read the labels on everything .

This past weekend I was at Wal-mart . I needed 60W light bulbs . I was in the light bulb aisle, and right next to the GE brand I normally buy was an off brand labeled, "Everyday Value. " I picked up both types of bulbs and compared the stats - they were the same except for the price. The GE bulbs were more money than the Everyday Value brand but the thing that surprised me the most was the fact that GE was made in MEXICO and the Everyday Value brand was made in - get ready for this -in Canada in a company in Ontario.

So throw out the myth that you can not find products you use every day that are made right here .

My challenge to you is to start reading the labels when you shop for everyday things and see what you can find that is made in Canada - the job you save may be your own or your neighbour’s!

If you accept the challenge, pass this on to others in your address book so we can all start buying Canadian, one light bulb at a time! Stop buying from overseas companies!

Merck Targets doctors opposing it`s fraud

(NaturalNews) Previously secret documents that surfaced at a Vioxx court case in April of this year reveal pharmaceutical giant Merck maintained a "hit list" of doctors to be "neutralized" for speaking out against Vioxx. Are they being intimidated into silence by Merck and other vaccine makers?

Intimidating the scientists
Many who speak out against Merck products quickly find their credibility assaulted. If they are in an academic institution, they quickly find their research support drying up, and some end up blackballed by the pharmaceutical industry. What Merck has made perfectly clear over the last several years is that speaking out against Merck's products is academic suicide.

So how are honest scientists or doctors supposed to be able to raise concerns about the swine flu vaccines being manufactured by Merck and other companies? From watching the news, they already know that publicly questioning the safety of this vaccine could cost them their careers.

Is this what modern "science" (if you can call it that) has come to? A band of intimidated, frightened scientists too scared to raise their voices and question the safety of pharmaceutical products? And if so, how can anyone call this "scientific medicine" in the first place? It's more like gunpoint medicine, where you say what you're supposed to say because the big corporate players are holding a (metaphorical) gun to your head.

In terms of the swine flu vaccine itself, Big Pharma is already pumping the mainstream media full of "preemptive defense" stories, claiming that whatever side effects occur from the vaccines would have occurred anyway and the vaccines aren't to blame. Note that this story is being fronted before the vaccine is even in widespread use! They are, in essence, already predicting a wave of nasty side effects and trying to brainwash the American public into dismissing such concerns as mere coincidence.

This is the astonishing, contradictory mindset of Big Pharma: When any harm comes to a patient taking their drugs, that's just coincidence. But if any help comes their way and they see a health improvement, that's always due to the drugs alone, they claim. It is precisely this sort of selective, unscientific thinking that has caused the utter destruction of credibility for the pharmaceutical industry (and of those who push drugs and vaccines). Science has been outright abandoned, replaced with slick marketing, financial arm-twisting and blatant intimidation of anyone who steps outside the lines.

The truth isn't afraid of honest questions
Don't you find it odd that virtually no one in the conventional medical community has raised questions about the safety of the swine flu vaccines? Isn't it odd that these vaccines, having been long-term tested on no one at all, were suddenly approved by the FDA all on the same day and are now being advocated by doctors everywhere without a single question about their safety?

Now you know why this Merck court case in Australia is relevant: Knowing the way Merck operates, it's not unreasonable to suppose that doctors have been intimidated into silence about the vaccine. Questioning this vaccine is equivalent to committing professional suicide.

Vaccines are the core mythology of modern medicine, you see. Questioning their safety or efficacy is considered sacrilegious in the medical community. The entire mythology of western medicine is based on the (false) belief that chemical intervention is preferable to self-healing, and vaccines are the central fulcrum upon which that argument hinges. If vaccines fall, the whole philosophical facade behind which western medicine now hides will be shattered at the same time.

Protecting the profitability of western medicine necessitates the perpetuation of the vaccine myth. And since that myth can't be maintained based on pure science alone (because there's no real science backing it), it has to be supported through mob-style tactics of intimidation and bribery. That's why the bribery of physicians by drug companies is now routine. It's the way the "science" of pharmaceutical medicines is propagated through the machinery of our modern medical-industrial complex. Money buys what real science can't support: The idea that the world medical system must be based on chemical intervention (which just happens to financially benefit the drug companies perpetuating these myths).

Unraveling the fiction
These revelations about Merck threaten the mythology of modern medicine upon which so many billions of dollars of drug revenues are based. Even doctors don't want to talk much about Merck. Why? Because they realize that as one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, the ethics of Merck reflect on the ethics of western medicine as a whole.

Much of western medicine, after all, is based on pharmaceuticals. And believing that pharmaceuticals make you healthy requires that you also believe the drug companies are acting with integrity and looking out for the welfare of the people. But believing that little piece of mythology requires that the drug companies are believed to be benevolent, compassionate corporations that would never resort to unethical, dirty or illegal tactics to accomplish their aims.

This whole tapestry of pharmaceutical fiction begins to quickly unravel when you begin to see the truth about what really goes on inside Merck -- and that's what we've seen time and time again with previously secret documents that emerged through court cases or other means. The Merck culture is one that most reasonable people would describe as "thuggish" or "criminal" in nature. It has virtually no resemblance to the compassionate image the company tries to peddle through mainstream media advertising.

Besides, if Merck's products are really so good, why would it need to resort to intimidating and threatening researchers in the first place? If its drugs were really so good and so safe, wouldn't the science speak for itself?

Clearly, the intimidation of academics is only necessary when real science turns up answers that you don't want to hear. So intimidation is invoked to replace the science with fear.

And that's what our entire pharmaceutical system is based on today, folks: FEAR. The media won't report the truth about pharmaceuticals because they are afraid to lose their advertising dollars. Researchers won't report the real science about pharmaceuticals because they are afraid to lose their careers. Doctors won't tell you the truth about pharmaceuticals because they're afraid to lose their medical licenses. The entire system is held together by fear and intimidation rather than honest science.

Belief systems in which questions are suppressed and "truths" are reinforced at the end of a stick are called "dogmas." They cannot, by definition, be called "scientific." Anyone believing that modern drugs or vaccines are based on rigorous "science" does not understand the definition of the word.

Keep that in mind when you're deciding whether to get a vaccine shot. Remember that any researchers who voiced safety concerns about those vaccines might have already been "neutralized" or "discredited," to use the exact words of Merck's own employees.

And the "scientific" conclusions of today's pharmaceutical researchers can be no more believed than the testimony of a U.S. soldier who is captured and tortured by terrorists, then told to speak to the camera with a gun pointed at his head.

Nursing Home Sex...

Harold is 95 and lives in a Senior Citizen Home.

Every night after dinner, Harold goes to a secluded garden behind the Center to sit and ponder his accomplishments and long life.

One evening, Mildred, age 87, wanders into the garden. They begin to chat and before they know it, several hours have passed.

After a short lull in their conversation, Harold turns to Mildred and asks, 'Do you know what I miss most of all?'

She asks, 'What?'
'Sex!!' he replies
