Now you have the secret to more energy! It's not the pills nor the drinks! The secret is actually free ------ OXYGEN!

How interesting to note that the energy received from food and drink is only 10% of the energy we really could give ourselves through increasing oxygen. Click here for more reasons why Oxycise will change your life.

How do you increase your oxygen intake? Simple. Breathe a little deeper. Take a minute right now and just take a few deep breaths. Take some big deep belly breaths.

The reason we yawn is because our body is calling for more oxygen. Odds are, you're yawning while reading this because you're in a relaxed state and you're not bringing enough oxygen in to keep your body and mind energized. So, don't be shy, breathe in deeply and feel your abdomen expand as you fill your lungs with some of that great energizing oxygen.

In addition to the energy, it only make sense that more oxygen will also boost your metabolism 90% better than food and drink. How long can you go without food? Without water? Now, how long can you go without oxygen? That's right, oxygen has a more dramatic effect upon your metabolism than anything else. So get breathing, feel better, and get more energized!

For more tips on breathing check out our introductory DVD, which delves deep and teaches you really precise breathing techniques which are proven to boost your metabolism and help you lose the weight you hate.

Aubrey Leehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12271030324289500090noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5110300860661207685.post-75330327167571139222009-05-25T07:47:00.003-07:002009-05-25T08:02:54.912-07:00Oxygen BenefitsI'm going to start posting different oxygen benefits. I'm only going to post one a day, well, every day that I remember :). The day that you read about a specific oxygen benefit you should really focus on it and think about how increasing your oxygen will help you in that area. For example... today the benefit is...

INCREASED OXYGEN HEIGHTENS CONCENTRATION, ALERTNESS, AND MEMORY

The reason this will help me is so that I can be more focused at work, I won't get sidetracked so often. I always feel like I need to really focus on a project, but little things keep popping up and my mind just wanders.

I've noticed with increasing my oxygen intake that I'm more alert rather than tired and yawning just waiting to go home. Also, the memory factor. Now, I had to think a little bit about why the memory is so important. It's so obvious, of course I want a good memory, but how exactly have I felt this heightened since using Oxycise? The simple truth of it is, my mind feels more clear which allows me to feel organized and remember daily tasks easier as well as more important things like "who told me that funny story the other day."

Who doesn't want more focus, alertness, and memory... simply by increasing their oxygen intake?

Aubrey Leehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12271030324289500090noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5110300860661207685.post-48511645227394485952009-05-24T15:31:00.004-07:002009-05-24T15:49:47.987-07:00Free Shipping through May 27thI've posted this sale a little late, but I just want to make sure everyone knows that they can get FREE shipping on ANY order. Motivation is DIFFICULT! But... yes, there is a but... it is vital to your success. So, what's the trick? How come it seems so easy for some people to stay fit, while the rest of us dwindle in their dust? Let me tell you a little secret... everyone feels that way.

No matter how long you've been living a healthy lifestyle, it is difficult to stay focused and motivated. Here are a few tips to help you light that fire and get going towards the life you want and deserve... without burning out! There's nothing new here, but sometimes we need to be reminded to renew and refresh our personal motivations.

1) Set small attainable SPECIFIC goals - Setting goals and achieving them is one of best ways to motivate yourself. Setting goals gives you something to shoot for and when you start to make progress towards that goal, you start to see light at the end of the tunnel.

Reading your goals daily will keep you motivated as you visualize the end results. It doesn’t matter if you are looking to lose weight, become stronger, or just firm up –ALWAYS set a goal and go for it with 100% effort. Once you hit that goal, not only will it boost your confidence, but you’ll be even more motivated to continue pushing further. There is nothing more gratifying than seeing your success when you look in the mirror. So go ahead and check yourself out every once in a while.

You may even start out with a simple one week goal, "I will do Oxycise all 7 days this week for 15 minutes each day." I promise, you'll feel great at the end of the week.

2) Exercise with a FRIEND - Having someone else to talk to and exercise with is beneficial in many ways. Not only are you letting yourself down if you don't Oxycise, but you are also letting your friend down by not doing it with them that day. Another great thing about having a partner is you can push eachother to reach your goals. Share your goals with your partner and push one another to focus and work hard.

3) Change up your routine.–Every few months change up your routine, change it weekly if it keeps things more interesting. We have 4 levels to choose from, as well as Buns & Thighs and Abs & Upper body focused routines that really burn the fat. Doing the same thing time after time can get boring and dull, but when you are starting a new plan or routine it’s a nice refresher. Changing your workout routine can easily turn your motivation dial back up because it’s exciting. When you start a new plan, like Oxycise, you’re always curious and anxious to see the results. Diets and workout plans are always easy to stick to in the beginning but become dull so change it up and challenge yourself again.

4) Take a break–Believe it or not, but time off from exercising can be very motivating. This is a mental booster. It helps to get you re-focused and motivated! Every time I come back from a week long vacation I can’t wait to get back to Oxycising and give it everything I’ve got. We need breaks from many things in life; work, school, friends, loved ones. Exercise is no different! Take a step back every couple months to refocus and energize.

5) Listen to music.–Listening to music while you workout is a great way to get your mind off of the fact that you’re actually working out. It is easy to just put the headphones on and drift off into your own little world. You don’t hear the noise from anyone else talking–all you hear is music! On the new DVDs we give you the option of working with music or without, so you can play your own tunes that motivate you while you exercise. Let’s face it…there’s nothing like hearing one of your favorite songs to get pumped!

6) Love yourself - It's ok to take some time and take care of your body. You will live longer and feel better everyday. Exercising and eating right is important for your body to function at it's maximum capacity. The chances of developing disease will decrease, you’ll look better, and your self esteem will rise. Bottom line–its not rocket science staying in shape 24/7…remember, you deserve it, so do it for yourself!

Aubrey Leehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12271030324289500090noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5110300860661207685.post-90205265167610653592009-02-28T15:21:00.005-07:002009-03-05T18:53:51.758-07:00Last chance to purchase Jill's Level 1 & 2 Oxycise! I always love the beginning of a new year. I feel like I can start over and do/accomplish anything I want, become who I want to be, I can take on the world. It's the time when we all sit down and really nail down those goals that we want to accomplish for the year.

Some of my goals for this year include doing acts of service weekly, getting more motivated to exercise (Yes, even I have a hard time buckling down and exercising daily, hehe), and living a healthier life (An O! lifestyle)... along with many more. It's always important to prioritize your goals, to be realistic, as well as to take babysteps (don't try and take it all on in one week). I like to start one goal the first week, then once I'm getting used to that, I'll add another goal the next week, etc.

So, for those of you who have set goals about health, exercise, your bodyshape... we wanted to give you some free tools to motivate you and to track your progress. I had the opportunity to live in Lusaka, Zambia for 5 weeks then. I went down with Mothers without Border since a close friend of ours started the company. It was incredible. I got to live with a family down there, the Sifaya's, and live how they live. They taught me to cook their nshima, I learned to hand wash my clothes, best of all I fell in love with the people. Every day was spent teaching in an Elementary School, spending time at a Foundation for Street Kids and Orphans -- teaching them to read, do puzzles, art, etc., also we would visit the hospital once a week to hang out with those who never had anyone to visit them. It was incredible, a totally different world, I loved it.

Why do I bring this up now? So many years after I was able to live among the beautiful city of Lusaka, why mention it now? Well, my mom, Jill Johnson, is now living in Africa with her husband, Ray. They are living in Ghana... but for a much longer time than I lived there. They will be there until mid-2010. She's spent so many years dedicating her time to Oxycise! and bringing others to love themselves and their bodies. So many of you have felt her influence and your lives have been changed.

Now, she's off to take care of the world. She will spend her time in Ghana serving the people and helping where it is needed and bringing hope to Ghana. She sends her love to all of you and still loves the updates on how everyone is doing, so keep on writing us. We love to hear from you.

Aubrey Leehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12271030324289500090noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5110300860661207685.post-55678863020531526672008-12-04T14:54:00.004-07:002008-12-04T15:49:06.312-07:00It's all newThe stress of filming the new videos is over... and we are sooo excited to finally get them out. They should be available by January. We filmed them outdoors on this beautiful green grass, with trees and the gorgeous mountains behind. My mom, Jill, actually found the location. She's so great. She's been the one to keep everyone motivated and loving exercise more than ever, because Oxycise! is that great. It's just accessible to everyone. Ever since I was young I always wanted to be like my mom, as I got older I started wanting to take over Oxycise!, I had no idea I might actually make exercise videos like hers. She's such a great example and I'm blessed to follow in her footsteps.

I have such mixed emotions about these new videos, nervousness, excitement, but I just know others will benefit from them. They are the same workout, just updated... new music, new people, closed captioning, a testimonials section, and I'm the one leading the workout. The first time I'll really be introduced to the public... Jill's daughters carrying on her legacy. Only one month away. Eek, we're so excited!

Aubrey Leehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12271030324289500090noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5110300860661207685.post-78417780590647796332008-10-29T13:05:00.006-07:002008-10-31T09:01:29.733-07:00Losing Weight Safely - from the U.S. FDA
If You're Overweight, Slim Down for Better Health

Overweight people have an increased risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, and other illnesses. Losing weight reduces the risk. The following tells you how to lose weight safely.

Ask Your Doctor About Sensible Goals

Your doctor or other health worker can help you set sensible goals based on a proper weight for your height, build and age.

Men and very active women may need up to 2,500 calories daily. Other women and inactive men need only about 2,000 calories daily. A safe plan is to eat 300 to 500 fewer calories a day to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week.

Exercise 30 Minutes

Do at least 30 minutes of exercise, like brisk walking, (or Oxycise!) most days of the week.

The idea is to use up more calories than you eat. You need to use up the day's calories and some of the calories stored in your body fat.

Eat Less Fat and Sugar

This will help you cut calories. Fried foods and fatty desserts can quickly use up a day's calories. And these foods may not provide the other nutrients you need.

Make sure your other foods that day are low in fat and calories.

Eat a Wide Variety Of Foods

Variety in the diet helps you get all the vitamins and other nutrients you need.

Watch Out for Promises of Quick And Easy Weight Loss

Fad diets aren't good because they often call for too much or too little of one type of food. As a result, you may not get important nutrients you need daily.

Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't true.

What About Diet Pills?

Diet pills you buy without a prescription won't make a big difference in how much you lose each week or how long you keep the weight off. If you do use them, read the label carefully. Because of possible side effects, like high blood pressure, never take more than the listed dose.

Also, be careful about taking cough or cold medicines with diet pills you buy without a prescription. These medicines may contain the same drug used in diet pills, or a similar drug with the same effects. If you take both products together, you may get too much of the same type of drug. This can hurt you.

Before taking a cough or cold medicine while using diet pills, ask your pharmacist if it's OK.

Prescription diet pills may help some people. If you use them, follow the doctor's directions carefully.

Before Signing Up for a Weight-Loss Program, ask Questions

Does the Company:

Explain all costs?

Include weight control over a long time?

Have proof of success, not just praise by other people?

Give a clear, truthful statement of how you're going to lose weight, including how much and how fast?

Teach how to eat healthfully and exercise more?

For More Information

Please visit our website: http://www.oxycise.com/

E-mail: info@oxycise.com

Aubrey Leehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12271030324289500090noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5110300860661207685.post-41458226066704955072008-08-28T19:45:00.007-07:002008-09-03T16:13:59.790-07:00New Oxycise! YES.

I get so excited when I see good articles educating people on the benefits of oxygen. It is fantastic that the word is spreading about the usefulness and incredibility of oxygen. Increasing your oxygen right now is probably one of the healthiest things to do. Go ahead and take some deep belly breaths right now, you'll feel better, I promise.

This is an article by Baldwin about burning fat with oxygen. Just check out what he found in all of his research on the topic.

"Sure, you know how to breathe...or do you? And do you know what breathing can do for you...beyond keeping you alive, that is? Did you know that breathing properly can help you burn fat even better than some exercises? In fact, studies by a California university have shown that simply deep breathing can help burn up to 140% more calories than riding an Exercycle.

Obviously, oxygen is important for life, and I think we can all agree that it would seem reasonable to assume that it has a great deal of importance for health, fitness, and weight loss. Not as obvious is that several factors have made our attention to oxygen even more important in the last few years. Studies show that the level of oxygen in the air we breathe is diminishing due to pollution and climate shifts.

Not only is the level of available oxygen diminishing, but due to the stresses of modern life and lack of physical activity, modern Americans breathe shallowly and process oxygen less efficiently. Most of us have never been shown how to breathe properly, and we are poorly able to take in and process the oxygen that can contribute to a successful weight loss program.

Oxygen, when used effectively, can increase metabolism, flush fat-trapping toxins from the body, and increase energy, decrease fatigue, and encourage a healthy lifestyle which can lead to a multi-level attack on fat in the body.

Oxygen is required by our intestines to help effectively process and absorb nutrients. In fact, this area requires more oxygen than most other tissue. When the oxygen supply is diminished, as is the case with most shallow-breathing Americans, this ability to absorb and process nutrients can drop almost 75%, according to research by the University of Edinburgh.

As expected, increasing oxygen availability increases the intestines' ability to to process nutrients. Surprisingly, this change can begin to occur within a matter of minutes.

To dispose of fat already stored within the body, this fat must be combined with oxygen to help burn it. Research has shown that a large percentage of Americans use less than 25% of their lungs' capacity. Merely increasing oxygen intake through proper breathing can increase the body's ability to burn fat by 100% or more.

The process by which the body loses weight and creates energy depends on a substance called adenosine triphosphate (ATP). By oxygenating body cells through effective breathing produces an environment which encourages production of this substance.

Cortisol and insulin are also produced within the body. In a normal situation these chemicals have beneficial purposes, however, modern stress can cause over-production of these chemicals over extended periods of time. This leads to many destructive effects, one of which is the storage of fat. Proper breathing keeps the bloodstream oxygenated, reduces stress, and decreases cortisol production.

Another major function of the body is the removal of toxins. Modern day invaders such as food preservatives can cause the glands that regulate weight to become less effective. Even worse, one defense technique of the body is to form more fat in an effort to store those toxins. Well over half of these toxins can be converted into gases which can be expelled from the body. Studies by one California Clinic indicated proper breathing technique could increase the removal of these toxins by more than ten percent.

SO HOW DO YOU BREATHE FOR WEIGHT LOSS AND HEALTH?

First of all, regular (daily or almost daily), sustained activity, such as walking can, over time, guide your body to a deep breathing pattern which will eventually become almost second nature. By the way, strolling through the mall, stopping to look in windows or chat with acquaintances, has a place in a well-rounded life, but sustained activity means exactly that...sustained over periods of at least 20 minutes.

Yoga or Tai Chi are great examples of learning basic breathing techniques. In fact, the effects of these disciplines hinge to a great degree on the breathing techniques they teach. You can see why Oxycise! works so well for weight loss.

The simplest thing to do is simply start breathing properly. As an exercise, take a few minutes, standing or laying down. Feel your abdominal muscles stretch as you slowly and deeply "belly breathe" to bring large quantities of oxygen into your body. Hold that breath for a moment, tighten your abdominal muscles, and exhale through your mouth as if blowing up a balloon or through a straw.

The goal should be about 15 minutes of this a day, either in one period, or over several smaller periods throughout the day. Once comfortable with the technique (which may take a few days) you can do this laying in bed (great relaxer at bedtime or energizer upon awakening), while driving, sitting at a desk, or standing at a cash register. They can be done almost anywhere, anytime."

Aubrey Leehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12271030324289500090noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5110300860661207685.post-32481199342012439392008-08-04T10:05:00.009-07:002008-08-04T15:47:52.622-07:0066 Years Young with Only 15% Body Fat!Sometimes we just get sick of working out. "Can it really do that?" she asks.

YES, YES, and YES!!

Naej Peters writes, "The areas of your body that have cellulite are oxygen deficient and nutrient deficient. Increase your intake of oxygen on a regular basis and consume the right nutrients and your skin will reward you by shedding that undesirable cellulite.

Your cells are alive, they breathe, and they consume or burn oxygen. If you don't get enough oxygen and the right nutrients distributed throughout your body to your cells, fat cells can accumulate, toxins accumulate and your body starts to retain water. The result is the embarrassing appearance of cellulite. If you get more oxygen and nutrients you will lose inches, your body will have better muscle tone and even some definition of muscle will appear with a little bit of time and effort."
So, how do bring more oxygen and nutrients into your cells and get rid of cellulite?

BREATHE!

Oxycise! has an incredible breathing technique which can't help but result in clearing out the fat cells... resulting in smooth, cellulite-free skin.

Don't forget to increase your consumption of oxygen-rich foods. These include fruits and vegetables. Vitamin C is a great help, as well, to ridding your body of the build-up of toxins and fat... thus get rid of cellulite.

I can't end this without including at least one of the many letters we get from people boasting about their smooth legs! Here's what Carla wrote:
"Hi Jill,

I've been using the Oxycise! program for a total of 6 weeks and I have seen a big difference in the cellulite on my thighs. It's absolutely unbelievable. Who would have ever thought that just by breathing I could get rid of the cellulite on my thighs that jogging 3 miles couldn't do. This doesn't even include the tremendous amount of energy, overall feeling of well being and great looking skin that I now have as well!!

"I'm very excited because I'll be attending my 10 year class reunion in October and I'm well ahead of schedule.

"Well as I used to say in junior high school, Oxycise is tubular!!!!!!"

Thanks,

Carla

Aubrey Leehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12271030324289500090noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5110300860661207685.post-15128981247415413742008-06-30T11:34:00.011-07:002008-06-30T14:31:41.409-07:00Why Diane LOVES Oxycise!I just found this really cute list of fantastic benefits of Oxycise from Diane...

1. The cellulite on the back of my upper legs and butt is greatly diminished. I don't know of any other program that is capable of getting these results.
2. My calves and forearms feel really taut, as compared to feeling mushy. (It's hard to tone these areas).

3. Oxycise! seems to cut my appetite and I don't crave for junk food.

4. The flexibility that I get from this program is far greater than I have ever experienced with any other type of stretching or yoga.

5. I have a very busy lifestyle, and spend a lot of time in my car. This was the reason I bought the program in the first place. When I am really stressed out, I do the basic breath between getting from Point A to Point B and it calms me right down, plus I am getting all the benefits associated with increased Oxygen intake.

6. When I am really crunched for time, I can at least do 15 minutes of Oxycise! in the morning and feel like I haven't missed my daily exercise.

7. My inner abdominal muscles feel very tight, a sensation that I couldn't get from doing regular ab exercises which work the outer muscles.

Sincerely,

Diane Birk

Aubrey Leehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12271030324289500090noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5110300860661207685.post-16667703679877338762008-06-24T13:46:00.000-07:002008-06-24T19:02:21.704-07:00New Oxycise!
