Going Home to Work
There are several advantages to telecommuting. First, people can have a more flexible work schedule. So, they can start to work when they want. For example, they can go to any place in the morning and work in the evening. Second, they don’t have to spend as much time sitting in highway traffic. For instance, they can find better things to do in their home gardens or at the beach. Finally, telecommuting gives working fathers and mothers more time with their families. Therefore, they can spend a long time with their children. As you can see, these are some advantages of telecommuting.

There are several advantages to telecommuting. First, It saves time and money. For example, you don’t have to commute and waste your time and gasoline to go to work. Second, the employer can hire more employees who cannot move to where the company is. So, the employees don’t have to worry about finding a good job. Finally, employees can have more flexible work schedule. For instance, you can go shopping in the morning and work in the evening. As you can see, these are some advantages to telecommuting.

There are many disadvantages to telecommuting.First, employers will feel a loss of control over employees who work at home. In other words, they won't be able to keep an eye on them while they work to make sure they complete their work on time. Second,there would be a possible delay in customer service. For example, employers can't find employees anytime they want to provide needed services to customers. Finally, when people spend more time with machines they will feel isolated. Because of this, there will be loss socialization in society. As you can see, these are several disadvantages to telecommuting.
