To further cover up the frivilous $1 billion lawsuit which attacks every person that uses the internet, Sci-Tech presented how this effects Google financially but omitted the much greater finacial impact on Viacom.

Viacom Steps Up Pressure on Google in Lawsuit

(Sci-Tech Today)- "The lawsuit is causing a bleeding of cash -- Google's stock price dropped 12 percent on July 17, in part due to the costs of defending itself in the Viacom suit. Analysts estimate the lawsuit has cost Google tens of millions of dollars and it threatens the viability of YouTube, which is predicting it will fall short of its ad-revenue estimates."

This is false. As you can see on Google's stock charts, July 17 ended with a 52 point drop. That's less than 10%, not 12%, and their stock has since rebounded. What Sci-Tech refuses to report is that their frivilous attack on internet users is having an even greater negative impact on themselves. After the ridiculously Nazi court ruling that Viacom can see all IPs of every youtube user, Google stocks fell 1% but Viacom stocks fell 4%, that's twice as much decline.

(Finacial Post)- "Google fell US$4.90 to US$516.72 at 1:30 p.m. New York time in Nasdaq Stock Market trading. Viacom's Class B shares fell 10 cents to US$28.06 in New York Stock Exchange composite trading."

And it's much worse than that for Viacom. This is an unusual drop for Google, but Viacom's stock has been plummeting for some time now because of this and many other frivilous lawsuits and bullying behavior. Take a look at their chart since March, when they announced the lawsuit. Their stock plummeted TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS. That's 30%, just a tiny bit more than Google's 7% drop during the same amount of time.
It started with radical liberal Soros hack MediaMatters and spread to other radical liberals including the Associated Press, NYT, LA Times. Their minions have already pressured many sponsers to boycott Savage, which led to millions in damages and pending lawsuits. Now they are taking his comments on autism completely out of context and reporting a false defense from Savage, further taking his words out of context.

AP took Savage's original words out of context. Savage said that 99% of MISDIAGNOSED cases is "a brat who hasn't been taught to cut the act out." AP further takes Savage's defense out of context, refusing to report what he actually said. Here's Savage's entire first quote, with the context of the conversation explained:

"There is no definitive medical diagnosis for autism, none. It's all subjective," Savage, who has written a book against giving drugs to children, said yesterday.

Here's Savage's <a href="http://michaelsavage.wnd.com/?pageId=1126

(Michael Savage)- "Just as some drug companies have overdiagnosed "ADD" and "ADHD" to peddle dangerous speed-like drugs to children as young as 4 years of age, this cartel of doctors and drug companies is now creating a national panic by overdiagnosing "autism, for which there is no definitive medical diagnosis!

Many children are being victimized by being diagnosed with an "illness" which may not exist, in all cases. Just a few weeks ago doctors recommended dangerous anti-cholesterol drugs for children as young as 2 years of age! Without any scientific studies on the possible dangers of such drugs on children, corrupt doctors made this controversial, unscientific recommendation.

Increasingly, our children are being used as profit centers by a greedy, corrupt medical/pharmaceutical establishment. As the brother of a severely disabled person who suffered and died in a New York "snake-pit" of a "mental hospital," I know first-hand what true disability is.

To permit greedy doctors to include children in medical categories which may not be appropriate is a crime against that child and their family. Let the truly autistic be treated. The truth is, a civilian nuclear energy program is permitted under Article IV of the NPT. Actually, the police report said it was a suicide, and bodies with impact wounds and bruises from beatings don't result from suicides. But AP doesn't report that the body appeared badly beaten.

As for internet chat sites inspiring violence, poor Chinese farmers don't tend to post on myspace. BBC reports the family made the allegations, not those evil bloggers. We won't get the whole picture on this of course, and hundreds will be put in brainwashing camps. Here's how AP reported: Cheney aide denies writing interrogation memos

(AP)- "Addington gave hostile answers to the Democrats who control the committee but remained calm and relaxed, stroking his beard or resting his head on his chin, sometimes pausing for several seconds before giving an answer. Rep. Jerrold Nadler, the New York Democrat who heads the subcommittee, told reporters he thought Addington was being smug.

Nadler asked Addington whether it would be legal in some circumstances to torture a detainee's child.

"I don't agree or disagree with it, Mr. Chairman. I don't plan to address it," Addington said. "I'm not here to render legal advice to your committee. You do have attorneys of your own to give you legal advice."...

Yoo... repeatedly refused to answer questions, insisting the Justice Department had instructed him not to address a range of questions. When Nadler told him he would have to give a specific reason, Yoo struggled, whispering with his lawyers before finally saying he could not violate attorney-client privilege or reveal classified information.

The panel's Democrats grew increasingly irate, with several shouting at the witnesses...

At one point, Yoo debated the meaning of "implement" with Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., who asked whether the 2002 memo had been implemented."

But AP left out the best part, gee I wonder why:

Delahunt To Addington: Maybe Al Qaeda Will See You On C-SPAN

AP doesn't report this joke about terrorists coming after him. Nor do they report why the Justice Department doesn't want him to answer certain questions. AP falsely reports that he doesn't give a specific answer.

(AP)- "Addington told Delahunt he couldn't discuss specific techniques being used, or even discussed for use, by CIA agents because terrorists may be watching his appearance and would gain insight into what U.S. intelligence agents are up to."

Here's the video of the Democrat joke. Notice his "smug" and "hostile" behavior:

Obviously, if the Court banned the death penalty for child rapists as AP reported three times before this quotation of the majority opinion, they think the death penalty is not a proportional punishment. Everything seemingly is spinning out of control

(AP)-"Is everything spinning out of control? Midwestern levees are bursting. Polar bears are adrift. Gas prices are skyrocketing. Home values are abysmal. Air fares, college tuition and health care border on unaffordable. Wars without end rage in Iraq, Afghanistan and against terrorism...

The can-do, bootstrap approach embedded in the American psyche is under assault... Even so, a battered public seems discouraged by the onslaught of dispiriting things. An Associated Press-Ipsos poll says a barrel-scraping 17 percent of people surveyed believe the country is moving in the right direction."

"The country is moving in the wrong direction" equals "We have lots of problems and are out of control?" Let's go down the list.

1. Levees are bursting. True but this isn't exactly the hot topic of conversation down at the cafe.

2. Polar bears are adrift. Not true. So far, I've seen one image of a polar bear adrift on an ice chunk. One. Someone, anyone show me this happening.

3. Gas prices. Very true, this is out of control and destroying our otherwise pleasant economy.

4. Home values. Not hurting me, or anyone I know.

5. Air fare, tuition, health care. I'm doing fine on each. I'll be paying tuition and health insurance with no problem.

6. Wars in Iraq. They're getting better. Deaths are way down, things are looking up. Except that Iraq is selling its oil to countries besides us.

Doom and Gloom AP is probably feeling blue because newspaper ad revenue has plunged, sparking fear in the big media. Bad news for them, good news for me and you.B-Medianoreply@blogger.com
