I hate to think like this, but sometimes I just can't help myself. After all of the people who live in New Orleans have been forcibly removed and taken out of state, all entry to the city will be closed off except for the rebuilding effort. All transportation out of the shelters will be shut down, and homeowners will be told that they have 24 hours to claim, in person, their property. Anyone
