She is 5 months old today, hmmmm...she has got new hairstyle

Hahaha, actually I don't like to tie her hair (should say I don't know how to), and I think I should let her hair grow like this, for healthy scalp. The only concern is her eyes, I must take extra care otherwise she might have problems like eyes infections/tears, etc :)

She has grew up a lot, her waistline is expanding and she now understands my feelings. What's more? She just loves to stick with me ;)

Anyhow, she doesn't look like a girl now -_-"

Gathering with friends

Actually it's not really a "gathering", because the objective for the meeting was to discuss our trip to Pulau Langkawi. Cynthia wasn't here, and Ket worked till 10pm. So only 4 of us (Kim Wai, Wai San, Hwei Chen and I). We had steamboat buffet in Kepong :)

The dinner that night was to congratulate/celebrate Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak to be our 6th Prime Minister of Malaysia, total attendees were around 2300 people (All from various Chinese Associations of Malaysia). I didn't realize that much until I saw the floor plan in one of the picture I took that night. I'm very glad Kevin brought me along :)

The convention centre was huge, you don't see it in the picture but I swear it's enormous

Parents' Day Dinner

Kok Leong (a friend of Kevin) invited us to his church Parents' Day celebration in a restaurant last week. All of the people are friendly, but...I felt uncomfortable because most of them kept asking me the same question (Are you a Christian?), when I said no they kept on trying to make me join them. It's not a bad thing, it's just I am still not ready for changes of religion. Not until I get married and not until my heart/mind/soul is ready.
Nonetheless, the people were all friendly :)

Stupid Love Test

Saw an interesting Love Test machine in KLCC with Kevin the other day

The instruction's clear, each test only costs us 20cents

Now I hope I'm not in "Dead Fish" catogery

I felt a bit shy and uncomfortable to test this, because lots of people were passing by this machine.

"EE...I think this machine is a kind of silly "conman" machine" I wanted to try, but hesitated

"It's only 20 cents, you should try!" He encouraged me

"Hmm...but lots of people are walking/passing by us.." Woohoo~ I was a bit shy huh? :P

"It's not a big deal, let's try!" Kevin was so excited, wanting me to try

"...eerrr...mm.....alright! You try first!" The clever Violet decided Kevin should go first.

"Huh? Me...I..................I..........I don't have 20 cents, okay let's go to walk around" He tried to escape, kakaka

R.I.P. Michael Jackson

I'm truly depressed...
I didn't feel the heat yesterday, but after a long sleep last night, today I REALIZED and ACCEPTED the death of the man who lived in my heart for so many years. MJ is no longer here, he has gone forever.. :'(

My childhood friend Siew Boon sent me a message in Pet Society Facebook, I knew the news before I read the message she sent me, but somehow I didn't feel sad, I was kind of numb, to me, it was like a joke

Until I saw the papers today...tears started to fall down, I suddenly realized the man who sang all the nicest songs has gone
This is one of the albums I owned, the left booklet was old, it came with MJ cassette which mum bought at the year of 1996, the time when MJ came to Malaysia for his 1st ever and last concert of his life in Malaysia. I was 12 years old. Mum brought my eldest sister Michell for the concert, because mum said I was too young, and Michell was 18 that year. Mum said I'll have the chance to watch his concert as I get older...but, now I know I will never have the chance, not in this life

The right booklet, I bought his Gold CD few years later, 2000, which came with the same booklet. This time I kept the booklet nicely, it's still very new, like newly bought.

I still have some of his other cassettes, CDs with me, I will keep it forever

The year of 2001, when I was Form 5, one of my schoolmates, Kien Mei (Jamie) got to know I loved MJ, she drew me this picture of MJ...

and left me a message

"I'm very happy to get to know you, because both of us love Michael Jackson. If you have spare time and want to watch MJ's tapes, you can always come to find me and I will lend you my collections. My address is..."
She wrote her address next page
Kien Mei is the one and only friend of mine who loves MJ just like I do...I remember whenever I told people how much I loved MJ, normally they felt weird and laughed over it.

Michael Jackson was my favourite man, I used to listen to his songs everyday after school

"Earth Song" was the song which made me cry whenever watch that MTV
"You are not alone" was the song I listened to when I was broken-hearted
"They don't care about us" was the song I swore I will never leave him
"The way you make me feel" was the way you made me feel, Michael Jackson, I truly loved you

Way too many rumours about him before his death, I never listened to those, never cared as it was not important to me. I remembered I told some people, including Joan, that I will marry him if he proposed. That was just a dream, I even told her I wanted to have his babies.

Gathering with my college friends

Met up Sandy, Anna and Erica last weekend.
That was more than 3 years since my last met with Sandy, and I didn't meet Erica and Anna for almost 6 years!
Time really flies, but our feelings (I refer to friendship) towards each other are the same, chatted non stop for hours! We met at 330pm, and byed at 8pm, non stop for 4 hours and 30 minutes, no wonder I had sore throat after that, hahaha :P

1st Asian Grand Piano Concert in Plenary Hall, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre
Kevin's mum got us tickets :)

Dress code should be Formal somehow I saw quite a number of people were wearing jeans, I should have worn jeans too, hmmpf! Anyway majority of the audiences were well dressed ;)

It's free seating, but they have got several zones, it depends on the tickets you bought.
I went around and took some photos before the concert got started, we were allowed to bring cameras along but no snapshots during the concert, otherwise the bouncers will send us out :P

On the way home, I recalled when I was much younger, I always wanted to learn piano, but my previous home was too small for a giant piano, so when I was 15, mum asked if I wanted to learn violin when I told her I wanted to learn guitar in church with my friends. She said if I chose Violin, she will buy me one but if I chose guitar, I will have to use my pocket money to get it. Violin vs friends (not guitar), I chose to follow my friends. About a year later, we all gave up -_-"
I should have listened to mum and learnt violin instead! Kevin's grade 6 in piano, he stopped due to some reason years ago, anyway he has got a piano at home, ahem, a very dusty piano :P
I told him about my dream, he said it's never too late to learn anything. He is so supportive! Ooh well we'll see ;)

Sugar is a furry monster

Not merely hair, but lots of hairsss

And not only a lot of hairssss, but tangled hairsss

I was really pissed about this, if I didn't take care of her coat then it would be my fault and I wouldn't bother to mention here, but the point is I combed her hair twice in a day, okay maybe sometimes once in a day. Everyday after I woke up, there's a new knot, after 2 months, she has got several knots and now became like this -_-"

Yesterday, I brought her to my office and planned to bring her to the pet saloon for make over

I reached there at 12:45pm, waited for an hour before Sugar's turn. An hour later, the pet groomer spent more than an hour to shave all the knots off, followed by shower, trimming and all that, I left the pet shop with Sugar at 3:30pm. Almost 3 hours of standing! No wonder my feet hurt later that night. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, Sugar is the most important baby! Of course I was more than willing to wait :D

Went for a casual dinner with Kevin's parents last Saturday, we went to a Chinese Stall in Paramount Garden, they are famous with their steamed soups

The lose of a friend

My college friend has passed away in an accident on Sunday morning. He was 27, has a girl friend, 3 of us are in the same class. His girl friend and him have been together since high school.

I attended his funeral with Kevin last night, I was depressed seeing him lying there, soulless. He doesn't look like my friend, he looked like somebody else.

I asked myself
"Is he him is he him? Why he doesn't look like himself?"

Half of his face was gone due to the accident, they tried to cover it with a lot of powder but still...the wounds, were too obvious, I could see his flesh.

It's really hard to accept the death of someone you know, I couldn't do this
I realised,
I, cannot accept, death

I always have a thought, I don't know if I could make it if my loved ones leave me, I seriously have no idea and every time I think of this, I cry

If there's end of the world, I'm not afraid, because we will all be together, to move our lives to another world.

I hope my friend...will rest in peace

Sugar just turned to 4 months old today, I didn't measure her height and weight, but I could feel she grew up a lot over the past few days! :D

A date with Putrajaya

I have a date with Kevin, but he has another date with Putrajaya, so we went to Putrajaya to pay Mr. Putrajaya a visit

Putrajaya is a very famous man, as you can see from the photos, a lot of people came to visit him

Kevin and I went to Putrajaya last weekend, because we thought dating in shopping malls are kind of boring and you know, he wanted to spend more time with me, something like to "compensate" my boredom for the past few weeks ;)
Our initial plan was to Seremban, but then again, it was afternoon and I thought leaving in the morning would have been better, so he brought me to Putrajaya instead :)

I find this is really disturbing, after all I'm still thinking about it after 24 hours

It said most of us would see the dancer dancing anti-clockwise, but we can focus and change the direction. But, I only see the dancer dancing clockwise, clockwise! And no matter how I forced myself to change the direction of the dancer, it wouldn't help, the dancer is obviously dancing clockwise!!
This is really disturbing...I'm using my Right Brain only, is my Left Brain spoilt or what?

My evil twin sis loves to make-up.
However her make-up skills suck and she never do full make up as she thinks it's very troublesome to remove it after long hours (the main point is, she doesn't know how to do full make-up, what a shame!). However someday end of last year her evil boy friend has bought her some cosmetics, today she is going to show these to you.

I swear I didn't apply make up foundation, cream, lipsticks, eyeshadows, eyeliner, mascara and whatever shits to my face, just the fake eyelashes did so much different! ^^

Alright, I didn't really understand why women spend so much on cosmetics/spend so much time on making up. But right now I do feel it's necessary after I tried these fake eyelashes (photos were taken some time ago as you could see I had longer hair). No wonder people often say "there's no ugly woman, only lazy woman". It means, ugly women would become beautiful too if they spend time to make up...aikss something like that ;)

Apparently I'm the lazy one
The pair of fake eyelashes are lying still on its box after that night, until today. The make-up sets were still new, untouched.

I wonder if I will become a 'hardworking' beautiful woman one day, hehee ^^
