Ottawa Boudoir Marathon - May 9

Spring fever is in the air, and what better way to start this beautiful season than with a sophisticated boudoir photoshoot of yourself.

We are adding a new session date to our marathon boudoir collection, which will take place on May 9th!

Kavitha & Pranav - Ottawa E-shoot

Kavitha and Pranav flew in from New York City to have their engagement photos done, just in time to catch some of the good old Canadian cold weather here. We got lucky on the sunny side though, and we had a blast just around the "Hill" as you can see it in the photos. Appropriately I made them roll and kiss in the snow;-). Later on we made up for the cold weather with a nice cup of tea. Stay tuned in for their Hindu wedding and ceremony in May! Can not wait to shoot with you guys again and thanks for bearing the cold weather here!

I arrived back to Canada, just in time not to forget about the winters here;-) -34 upon my arrival..bone chilling even just by typing the numbers out;-) I had a great day of marathon boudoir session at the Westin yesterday, I am still taking individual bookings for Valentine's Day till the end of the month. Velvetbox-rehearsal

Last Saturday I photographed an Ottawa band, the one and only Velvetbox. Mark the name, as you will be hearing of them, for sure ! The lead singer and founder is Lawson Carroll, who teamed up with Fergal Lawler ( former drummer of "The Cranberries"), Deryl Deskin and Phil White from the Montreal band "Brighton" to deliver a powerful indie rock music accompanied by beautiful lyrics.

This band is a must to see and hear! The Industry Showcase is tonight at Zaphod Beeblebrox ! I shall see you there! Check them out: Velvetbox

I shot JJ's wedding back in October. We had the best day of the year for sure, colours were great, tempreture was 20 degrees and the people were fun to be around ! Here are a "few" favourites of mine.

I had the cutest afternoon spent with Laura and her family. She is a good friend of Naomi and Mishka, whose weddings I covered, and she just simply wanted some memorable nice photos of her family. Halley was the cutest little girl with the cutest red curly hair I have ever seen and she was as beautiful and her mom and funny as her dad, Adam. Here are some of my favourites!

Early October the roads took me to Fort Colounge, Qc, where I had the pleasure to photograph Erin & Graham's wedding. There is a reason why I like country weddings! The people are super friendly and fantastic! I had a blast with them and their families, even though I sort of got lost at night, driving home and ended up in Aylmer, which was a close call to Ottawa regardless;-). I met Kat back in January, who joined my marathon boudoir session here in Ottawa. She asked me to do some shots of her in her wedding gown. We did not know each other before her getting hitched and liking my syle she was up for the challenge to freeze her butt;-).
