As Dorian Day Spa prepares to open it's teleporter in Second Life®, we find it essential to hire staff and have them properly trained beforehand. Therefore, we are interviewing for the following positions. Please read the requirements carefully, and know that The Dorian will provide a luxurious environment, meaning every last detail has been thought about down to the staff's manner/look.

Please read the following requirements carefully:

Demeanor: Must have the following traits: Good personality and excellent verbal (written) communication skills, intelligence, ability to think on your feet, adaptable, and most importantly, a sense of humor and patience.

Appearance: An updated appearance is a must. Meaning good hair/skin/AO. No bling whatsoever allowed at any time. Simple jewelry. Must have sexual/explicit/conflicting groups unavailable to view to general public. Profile "about me" must be well written, not include any curse words and must state your position at the Spa (profile picks are completely yours- down to your RP limits-). Must have typing animation off (I can teach you how to do this). Nice shoes as uniforms will be provided. Tattoos and piercings: tattoos are acceptable depending on their artistic merit/appearance, only 1 facial piercing allowed. No bruises or bandages- I'm all about individuality but it is a must to create the right environment.

Basics: Must have an account older than 2 months; must be willing to add the spa to picks and join group; must not have any other jobs within SL®; be able to spell and use proper grammar; names will preferably not have numbers and/or be explicit or humorous (i.e. blows69, helen1234, etc.). Must be willing to create a luxurious environment and be willing to RP.

Positions:

Reception:
Reception is the most important part of the Spa. This is the "first impression" people will encounter when they enter the Dorian. It is important to be kind, attentive, and organized. I can not emphasize organized enough. The position will require handling of appointments and staff, also may involve keeping track of the calendar and blog. It is critical that this position be filled by someone who is loyal and willing to put at least 1 hour of work everyday, outside of possible appointments. Also you will act as bouncer/security and have ban rights. Training will be thorough, paid, and provided in a fun, friendly manner.

Nail Technicians & Aestheticians/Massage Technicians:
These positions will be booked by appointment, meaning that it is imperative to have a strict availability so we can book without asking prior to accepting payment. Therefore, these positions would be best filled by someone who can offer a schedule of at least 1 hour a day 4-5 days a week, which can vary. Appointments must be made at least 2 days in advance and any cancellation on the side of the staff will need to be filled in by another tech or paid for by the cancelling tech (if the cancellation is 12 hours or less prior on the part of the staff). Understandably, SL® has hiccups and all appointments can be rescheduled, however precision and being punctual by nature are musts. There will be a heavy emphasis on "emoting," which is *essential* to the process of creating the right environment, which basically means heavy RP. Emoting training and examples will be given, however it is important to have some basic knowledge of this skill, as the quality and techniques will be the finest in SL®.

The Dorian is set to be the most exclusive, luxurious experience yet to flourish in SL®. The staff will have fun and take pride in their work. I myself have done all of these positions (at once sometimes) so I know how challenging it can be but the rewards are wonderful. Of course training, uniforms, styling and assistance with scheduling will be given in a fun, relaxed, caring environment. I plan to only hire the best, so if you are ready to enhance your SL® experience and be part of something creative and rewarding please IM me in-world to schedule an interview.

Pay is a weekly salary of $400L + tips (after a week trial period at the rate of $200L- this includes training). The better you are, the more tips you will make. Our pricing is very exclusive, meaning that the people that can pay will tip.
