I recently finish "The Introvert Advantage" and I learned a lot.<BR/><BR/>We are so blessed to have many ways to communicate these days. We can work with people, over the internet, yet remain our wonderful, introverted selves!<BR/><BR/>Consider reading the book (forgot the author, stop by and i'll look it up for you! :) and embracing your ISTJ nature. That actually sounds pretty familiar. I know I scored 'pretty darn introverted' in the quiz from the IA book.<BR/><BR/>You are very brave going into HR and maybe a little stronger for it.
