If it's cold out, I will drink a cup of hot tea after drinking the smoothie to warm me up.<br /><br />Mix the following ingredients in a blender for a delicious breakfast or any meal.<br /><span style="font-size:78%;"></span><br />2 cups of water<br />2 scoops choc or van protein shake powder<br />2 scoops of orange fiber<br />handful of frozen strawberries, blueberries, pineapples, or any other favorite fruits<br />flax seeds or flax seed oil<br /><br /><strong><span style="color:#ff0000;">Oatmeal</span></strong><br /><br />This is a very filling and satisfying meal.<br /><span style="color:#000000;">Mix the following ingredients together in a microwavable bowl.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:#000000;">1/2 cup of regular oatmeal (no sugar added)</span><br />1 scoop of choc or van protein shake powder<br />1 scoop of orange fiber<br />handful of crushed walnuts<br />1 small banana<br />handful of favorite fruits such as strawberries or blueberries<br />flax seeds or flax seed oil<br />Add enough water and mix so that it is water.
