I did buy online but I never discover such an importance factor until I read this message. This is a must know knowledge for all the online users. No matter what transaction you do online, please beware of this.

I did checked and I found that all banks and even though PayPal are with the https in frond. That's mean all of them are secure websites.

So when you buying anything online, make sure you provide your info to a site which having https in front!

If you already know this, forgive me who is a frog living in well. :P

The main difference between http:// and https:// is

It's all about keeping you secure HTTP stands for HyperText Transport Protocol, which is just a fancy way of saying it's a protocol (a language, in a manner of speaking) for information to be passed back and forth between web servers and clients.

The important thing is the letter S which makes the difference between HTTP and HTTPS. The S (big surprise)stands for 'Secure'.

If you visit a website or webpage, and look at the address in the web browser, it will likely begin with the following: http://. This means that the website is talking to your browser using the regular 'unsecure' language.

In other words, it is possible for someone to 'eavesdrop' on your computer's conversation with the website. If you fill out a form on the website, someone might see the information you send to that site.

This is why you never ever ever enter your credit card number in an http website!

But if the web address beg ins with https://, that basically means your computer is talking to the website in a secure code that no one can eavesdrop on.

You understand why this is so important, right?

If a website ever asks you to enter your credit card information, you should automatically look to see if the web address begins with https://. If it doesn't, there's no way you're going to enter sensitive information like a credit card number!

Please remember when you buy any thing online make sure passing your information on the website showing https REPEAT https....... .... don't doing anything that is

Safe box in bank or at home, which one do you prefer?

I just had discussed this topic with my colleagues during lunch hour. Most of my colleague's parent keeps their valuable items in bank's safe box. They need to pay certain amount of annual rental fees and they can enjoy the service where the risk is with the bank.

But my father prefers to have one at home. He wishes to buy one safe box. Rather than spending every year, he plans to buy one at home. He wishes to keep all his valuable items such as importance documents and gold coins at home. This is also for his convenience as he no needs to travel and spend time to queue at the bank to take his valuable stuffs from the rented safe box.

The question now is, where is the best place to put the safe box at home?

Do you ever have such a question in mind? Especially the football fancies. I did have the question before when I watch the first football game in my life. That was a mid night I accompany my bro sit in front of the television and I nearly fall sleep after the game started not more than 1/2 an hour. LOL

I did asked this question but of course, my bro did not know about this explanation at that time. I am sure he likes this explanation very much. Yes I am totally agreed that this is a damn good joke!

Why Football is played for 45 minutes?

Why football is played for 45 minutes per half-time?

Those who thought of this must have lots of time.Why people play football for 45 minutes, not 30 minutes or 1 hour?

Even the sports scientist and some of the senior players could not give the right answer.

In that confusing situation one person came up with a reasonable answer.

There are 2 teams and there are 11 players in each team.

Each player brings his own "2 balls" So in total there are 44 balls.

There is one ball on the ground itself. Thus the grand total is 45".

Gain and Lose

Why do so much of comparison? I do believe that God is fair to every one. Every one has 24 hours a day to spend. That is your choice on how to live on your life.

Take Good Care of Your Back

Since I experience the back pain, I always advice my friends to take more precaution and to take good care of their back.

Previously when I am young, I don't even worry of any pains. But after I suffered back pain, I force to sit, walk and lay in correct position. This is to prevent the sickness come back and visit me again. *sigh*

I did have such experience of wearing back support for more than 3 weeks. Even though I am recovered now but that is not 100% guarantee. According to the doctor, the pains will back if I take heavy stuffs, incorrect position, sit on floor for long hours and etc.

Health is only valued only till sickness come. Take good care of your body, please!

I called my ex-colleague and we talk about his wife and their newborn. I did tell him that I am selecting gifts to his baby. I told him that I prefer online shopping as I do not want to go out for shopping.

I just help my friend to shop cheap airsoft guns online and I love the convenience of online shopping and it's secure enough.

Do you know what he told me? He asked me to buy 2 airsoft guns for him as well! One is for him and one for his baby. Oh my, He just can not wait for his baby grows up! Funny huh?

Never Abandon Your Loved Ones

This is a touching story. No matter it is created or it is truly happen, I do agree with the moral of the story.

If a small creature knows how to take care and not abandon his partner who in trouble, why not us?

Yes, this is a realistic life. But without love, your life will never be meaningful and you will never be happy....

This is a true story that happened in Japan.

In order to renovate the house, someone in Japan breaks open the wall. Japanese houses normally have a hollow space between the wooden walls. When tearing down the walls, he found that there was a lizard stuck there because a nail from outside hammered into one of its feet. He sees this, feels pity, and at the same time curious, as when he checked the nail, it was nailed 10 years ago when the house was first built.

What happened?

The lizard has survived in such position for 10 years! In a dark wall partition for 10 years without moving, it is impossible and mind-boggling. Then he wondered how this lizard survived for 10 years! without moving a single step--since its foot was nailed!

So he stopped his work and observed the lizard, what it has been doing, and what and
how it has been eating. Later, not knowing from where it came, appears another lizard, with food in its mouth. Ah! He was stunned and touched deeply. For the lizard that was stuck by nail, another lizard has been feeding it for the past 10 years...

Imagine? it has been doing that untiringly for 10 long years, without giving up hope on its partner..

New Tactics

This is really a long email. But I feel that this is worth to share with. Please spend some time to read. Some one spends his / her time to gather all the incidents happened and forward to all of his / her friends. This is a good awareness to all of us. I am really appreciated his / her good job. Learn on the tactics that happened to people. Be aware and be smart.

Someone shared the following cases :

(1) Today I passed by a building
which has an ATM machine. There was an old man looking at me. Suddenly, he called me. He said he didn't know how to read, so he gave me his ATM card and asked me to help him withdraw money from the ATM machine. I answerd 'NO!! If you need help, ask the security to help you.' Then he said 'nevermind..' and continued to find other people to help him...

REMEMBER : ATM machines have CCTVs. If you help him he will later claim that you have robbed him or stolen his ATM card. Besides, his ATM card could be a stolen one. So please be careful of these tactics.

(2) Suddenly your house lights go off. From your window you find that your neighbours still have lights. So you go out of your house to check the Meter Box. But once you open the door, a knife will be pointing at you and preventing you from closing it. This is when you will be robbed and injured.

REMEMBER : Even though your electricity suddenly goes off, DO NOT open your door immediately. Look around to see if there is anything unusual or if there is any noise around.

(3) This is another incident. You may have heard it before, it is about a lady who she saw a kid crying by the roadside. When she spoke to the kid, the kid told her he was lost and wanted her to take him home. The kid even gave her a paper with his house address. So she took him home. But when she rang the door bell, she had an electric shock. Later when she woke up, she was naked in an empty room.

REMEMBER : Being such a compassionate and helpful person might not be a good thing these days. Pass this on and girls, please be careful.. DON'T BE TOO KIND!!

(4) One day, there was an old lady outside my house holding 2 packets of sweets. At first I thought she was our neighbour and wanted to give us these packs of sweets as a gift. But then when she spoke, I can realised that she was foreigner. I could not understand what she was talking about. I guessed she must be asking for money.I sensed there was something wrong and immediately closed the door and ignored her. Later, I found she and an accomplice robbed someone else down the road.

(5) I was at the ATM machine to withdraw some money.. Behind me, there was an old lady. She asked me whether I was able to withdraw my money because she said she had problem with her machine. Suddenly a small girl came up beside me. The small girl was squeezing infront of me. I thought she was just naughty and playful. But then, the small girl put her hand at the tray of the ATM machine where the money comes out, ready to take away my money. I sensed something wrong and immediately pushed her away. Later I realised that the small girl and the old lady worked together. She was trying to steal my money while the old lady was trying to distract my attention by asking me questions!

REMEMBER: BE VERY CAREFUL when you are at an ATM machine and be alert.
Look out for anyone suspicious around you!

(6) My parents are retired and stay at home most days. One afternoon, a young stranger went to their house and said his motorcycle had no more petrol and the petrol station was too far for him to push his bike there. So he asked my parents for an empty coke bottle to buy some petrol. He said he will pay RM2 for the bottle. So my mum took one coke bottle for him. He really took out the money from his pocket,
but it was a RM 100 note. He told my mum he had no small change and asked my mum to give him the change. Luckily my mum was smart. She just told him to take
it for free.

REMEMBER : obviously that note is fake!! Who would want to pay for RM2 for an empty coke bottle!! It's very OBVIOUS that that stranger is a trickster.

(7) This happened in Bali . A newly married couple were having their honeymoon at the hotel. When both are in the changing room, the wife suddenly went missing. The husband was very anxious and went around to find her.. He asked the hotel staff to help him find her.. Then he thought his wife was just playing hide and seek. So he went back and waited for his wife. After a few hours, he decided to call the police. 3 weeks passed and there was still no news about his missing wife. So he went back and was very dissapointed and sad. A few years later, he came back to Bali , to watch a 'FREAK SHOW' in an old house. He saw a dirty and rusty metal cage.
Inside there was a lady without limbs. Her body including the face was full of scars. When he had a closer look at her face, he was shocked to find that it was her missing wife put there as a means for begging.

(8) This happened in Shanghai. A few years ago, a lady reported to the police that her cousin sister was missing in the shopping complex. But after 5 years, one of her friends found her cousin sister begging at the road side one of the streets in Bangkok, Thailand . The worst thing is that her cousin sister has no more limbs and her body was tied to a lamp post with a shackle (metal chain).

(9) Let's just shorten this story. DO NOT open your house door when you hear the sound of a BABY CRYING!! It might be a trap! Women in the house must be alert to this trick. The police said it is the work of a robber or murderer using the recording of a baby crying to attract your attention. This normally happens at night and when you are alone in the house.

(10) I read an email that was sent by my friend. Her friend, known as A, went to Luo Hu Commercial City with 2 friends, B and C. Luo Hu Commercial City is the Shenzhen counterfeit goods distribution center. There are many people there. It's also near to the ShenZhen train station and Hong Kong's Luo Hu Port. C went to the toilet at the shpping centre while A and B waited outside. After waiting for a long, time they felt uneasy and went into the toilet to look for her. When they went in, there was nobody inside.

Both were scared and they called C's phone. There was no reply. So they reported to the police.. The police asked them whether they had seen anyboby suspicious going into the toilet. Both said there were none and its impossible to bring a life person out of the toilet without them noticing!. Then A remembered seeing a cleaner pushing a trolley in, and then coming out. The police told them that was not the 1st time such a thing happened. The police suspected a gang of criminals who were always attacking women in the the toilet of shopping complexes.

They use cleaners to kidnap people to harvest their organs for sale.

REMEMBER : please be careful when using the toilet. Donot go to the wash room or toilet ALONE!! Please at least have a partner with you.

Stocks in Bursa Malaysia tumbled 13.53 points to close at 1045.97 points on Monday, off its intraday low of 1040.40 points, dragged down by losses in selected heavyweights such as Sime Darby, Tenaga, Commerz and Maybank.

Market goes down these few days and here is the latest news from KL stock market. This is the time you waiting for? I did hear people saying price drops is the best to go in.

When is the best time to go in? I often ask this question to my father. And my father gave me this answer: No one can tell you when will be the ends of market down.

But if you have a tool to equip yourself on stock options strategies, market analysis, commentary and news, you are better than others. As long as you study and do your 'homework', you are getting minimum risk.

Centipede

It's such a horrible nightmare. I never aspect that this horrible creature is living in my house!

What a shock when I saw a 7cm centipede working out from my shoes when I wish to wear it. In fact, I am shock until half die!

The questions in my mind now:-

How to find their home?
Tell me how to find where their home is. I need to know that as have to make sure that will there will more 'couples' or family staying at my home. This is the worst prediction that I pray hard not to happen.

What are they afraid of?
How to keep them away from never ever getting in my house again?
My friend did told me that chicken eat centipede. I can not buy one and expect the chicken will help me to find and eat all centipedes in my house!

Why? Why? Why? What happen with our company internet service provider today? The internet is down since this early morning. It’s already 3 hours but still not gets fixed.

The one most inconvenience when internet down will be the communication and coordination between colleagues. We use to inform and update each others via email. I do treat the email from colleagues as a proof or supporting to all of my works. For example, my department head instructed me to issue a payment to a supplier via email. I will print it out, attached with the cheque and payment voucher to the authorized signatories. It’s self explained that this is my department head’s instruction. This is a big company where every one are use to work with black and white. Every one is trying to avoid trouble and protect ourselves with the supporting of black and white. This is the importance of email in my working life. :P

Consumer's Right

Good piece of information to share with. We should thanks to Ms. Diana who feeling not hassle to take action, spending times and money to employ a lawyer and fight for the consumer's right.

For me as a credit card user, if I face the same problem, I will think that the credit card issuer policy will be the rules I should followed which I had already signed to agreed with upon the day I applied the credit card.

Ms. Diana is a model of all of us as a consumer which we shall take initiative to investigate and to find the 'real' rules. Fight for the rights against a big company is no longer a sure-loss situation as long as you stand for your rights. There must be someway to protect consumer right which you may need some effort to find it out.

KUALA LUMPUR, June 9 – The High Court ruled today that the maximum that can be charged to a credit cardholder who has lost his/her credit card is RM200.

Lawyer Datuk Vijaya Kumar told The Malaysian Insider that Diana Chee Vun Hsia discovered her credit cards missing a day after they were stolen. She then reported it to the issuing banks.

Citibank informed her that RM1,851 had been charged the day it was stolen and that, according to company policy, she was deemed liable for the full amount because she did not report the card stolen within one hour.

She took Citibank to court to challenge this policy late last year.

Today, the High Court found in her favour when it said that, according to Bank Negara guidelines, the maximum that can be charged to the cardholder by credit card companies after a card is stolen is RM200, regardless of any company policies regarding elapsed time or amount.

Justice Datuk Mohamed Apandi Ali said that the Bank Negara guidelines “have the force of law.” – Bernama

This is for our safety purpose. Since I am young, I had learned that not to keep all my monies in the handbag when I go out. So many robbery cases happened which we force to find ways to protect ourselves.. I do aware that it's not so secure for a lady bringing handbag. So I will shop for those clothes with hidden pocket which I can keep my identity card, my money as well as my credit card. And my handbag will only having makeup items, tissue papers and other stuffs.

Failure Management Company

Being a visitor, will you take action to write in your complaint to a failure residential management company?

Maybe I am a busy body. But I just can not stand to see this happen continuously as I don’t think this is the right way.

I went to visit my friend yesterday. She is staying in a high-rise apartment. As you all know, normally unit owner will having their own car park lot. If the unit owner’s friends or relatives come and pay them a visit, the unit owner will need to inform the security guards and the visitors will need to park their car at the specific visitors' car park lot.

This is not the first time I visit her. I am totally feeling uncomfortable with the apartment’s car park environment. What do you feel if you park your car in a building with poor lighting at night? This is the first that given me a very bad image. Besides, I didn’t see any exit signs in the car park area.

Can you believe it? I mentioned my queries to my friend yesterday. My friend told me that she already send in complaint letters to the management company as well as taken initiative to get quotations for lighting facilities and EXIT SIGNS for the management company references. But she told me that their management company is such a failure. We all know that the apartment is not fully occupied. And my friend told me that the maintenance charges collection is not enough to cover the management company monthly operating cost. This is the main reason why the management not doing the jobs that they suppose to do.

But don’t you think this is totally not fair to the residences staying in the apartment? I don’t think it cost so high to fix better lighting as well as to buy Exit Sign. Furthermore, the lighting facility of a building is importance as we all don’t want any things bad happened. Maybe the residences need to find an alternative way to pressure the management company to take action.
