It really seemed pretty normal until the high winds, hail and tornado warnings began. Then the power went out and I found 3 flashlights, all of them had no batteries. I scrambled to find some matches and had candles galore around the beach house. The lightning was UNBELIEVABLE. Scott and I had never seen it like this before. There was so much that the sky stayed light outside. I needed a breather from wandering what we were going to do. The kids were sleeping thru this crazy storm so I decided to photograph it. I took my camera into the highest part of the home. (It was a loft) I had a blast playing around with this one, since I don't usually photograph storms.<br />Needless to say, I got carried away and spent a large majority of the night trying to capture this wild night. Dragging my camera speeds never felt so good! The first one is my favorite because you can actually see the rain.
