When i first started this blog it was a bit of fun for myself just to see how I'd fair on predicting winners, a way to keep track of my selections and to see if anybody out there on the internet would view my site.

The selection process I used to start was more a majority decision on behalf of other racing websites. (meaning i used to see who picked what on various websites then go with the one most popular.)

Then when I hit a losing run I'd change my selection process again usually look for a bit of value and back an each way price with a decent jockey on board.

And each time I'd hit a losing run I'd change the selection process. Then I'd realize maybe I should try to put more time and effort into my selections by reading anything and everything watching as many races as possible. Doing this did help quite a bit, but it was extremely time consuming, some nights I'd find myself up all hours trying to find a winner to post up on the blog. This did work for a spell.

I've had my fill of gambling now, it's time for me to throw away my bookies pen and lucky pin.

I'll post up what worked for me and the selection process I used should anybody want to use it in the next few days.
