Valentine's Day (one of my favorite holidays) is right around the corner!! Can you believe it?? I can! LOL I went into Target like right before New Year's and saw all the Valentine's Day stuff. I was like "man, from Christmas, to Valentine's Day" -- fun, fun, fun. Good thing...this holiday is mostly for men to buy us goodies! LOL
Appropriately, Booty Parlor has released this wonderful book, which they had a very hot event to showcase it!!!! I know I'm going to add this to my bookshelf! What about you??

It's almost that time...welcoming a brand new year!! 2008 has had its ups and downs, when it comes to real estate definitely more downs, but I am looking forward to a brand new season with 2009! I am already planning my goals for my businesses:
