You are fairly new to this, so you want some assistance. Well, you’re reading the right article. I will attempt to show you the basics on how to start an online money-making venture as quickly as possible.

The internet, through its sheer size, can be a bit overwhelming for a newcomer especially if there’s so many different types of lucrative opportunities out there. Follow these simple steps to get started.

STEP 1: Understand how money is made on the internet

In its simplest form, money can be made on the internet in roughly three ways:

By setting up your own web site

A web site can be an ideal way to make money online. However, it should be pointed out that you have to be prepared to put in a lot of hard work and have a great deal of patience. Your web site can make money by you offering a product or service on it or by earning advertising revenue or both. You can sell just about anything on a web site but it is recommended that you start with items that are instantly downloadable like software or ebooks. This spares you the agony and extra work of having to specially ship physical items around the world.

You will start by choosing a domain name, registering it and hosting your site. You need to design a site to suit your needs and what you have to sell. You can use the services of a web designer to do this for you or if you are the creative sort with reasonable computer knowledge and some good common sense, you could do this yourself –it’s not that difficult!

You will also need the ability to accept credit card payments from your customers. This has become reasonably easy to do these days by simply making use of a third party processor. Search for these on the search engines. You then need to market your web site either by way of paid ads or by using good Seo (search engine optimization) techniques to get your site ranked well in the search engines.

An alternate method of making money with a web site is by offering free, useful and quality content that appeals to users. Once you have built up a decent amount of regular visitors, you host Google Adsense ads. Google will pay you a commission on all their ads that are clicked on your site. You can also offer paid advertising to other web sites on your own by way of text or banner ads.

By doing some sort of online work for a company

There are numerous genuine companies out there that offer part time work to ordinary individuals. You can find research work, taking of surveys, data capturing, typing, etc. You can source these companies by searching for them on the search engines.

By participating in affiliate programs

Affiliate programs are popular with work-at-homers. An affiliate program is simply an advertising/marketing program run by a company/web site in which they get members to refer visitors to their site. Members are paid per visitor or per sign-up or a combination of both. Most affiliate programs are free to join and the company will provide you with marketing/advertising aids in the form of text ads, sales copy, banners, etc to use. It is quite alright for you to participate in more that one affiliate program at the same time – this greatly increases your chance of success. Incidentally, affiliate activities create a great deal of internet traffic. To further increase your chance of success with affiliate programs, only join established companies that offer well respected and popular products or services.

STEP 2: Decide what you feel comfortable with

Now that you have a brief idea on the most popular money-making methods, you need to decide which one appeals to you. Once you have, feel free to do more research in that area and try to get as much information as possible. Play around with a few ideas until you are sure what you want to do.

STEP 3: Finding the right opportunity

Once you’ve decided on what you’d like to do, you now need to find the right opportunity. If you’ve decided to start your own web site, you need to determine what it’s going to be about. It’s best to base it upon something you have a fair knowledge of or are passionate about.
If you’ve decided to take the affiliate route or to do online work for a company, make sure you are dealing with a reputable company that pays promptly. Use the search engines to find possible companies, then email these companies with any questions you have. Ask for references (people who are doing work for this company) and contact these people about their experiences.

Following these simple steps should put you on the right track very quickly. All the best!

By: Anwar AhmedBeZaahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03435555682364650797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446184880039259844.post-12390637525256777212008-06-13T10:14:00.000+07:002008-06-13T10:17:45.870+07:00Start a business from home. Too dificult or impossible? Is it really so hard to start your very own home based business? Is it truly possible to make money without to invest money?

I'll answer these questions right here.

So let's suppose you are tired of your 9 to 5 job and want to switch it for a profitable business, maintained by you, where you are the only boss. OK I understand. It's just the thing I want to do.

There is a hole bunch of opportunities offering just that. But do they really work, or they just want to take your money and then leave you on your own? The answer is some of them do work, but others don't.
The secret answer is none of them will work unless you take massive actions in advertising and promoting your page/website. It's that simple. But regarding that you must do all the work it seems not so simple anymore.

Now don't get desperate. There is some techniques that allows you to work a few hours per week and still generate an acceptable extra income. Some people make millions from it. I'll show you how.
First you need to decide what you would like to start with? Either you want to sell/promote your own product or you want to sell/promote an affiliate program. Basically you can do both.

If you choose the first option, I can say that it's the most profitable of all. And you keep all the profits for yourself. If your product sells and the people like it, you can expand your business and create an affiliate program that other people/organizations will be able to sell your product/s for you in exchange of a small commission. It's really simple technique once you've captured the attention of your clients. Your affiliates will make extra sales for you for a small peace of your profit. You would want to give them even more because you do almost nothing while they are eager to sell more and more of your product. Because if they don't they won't get anything.
But there is some things you should consider before throwing your investments. First it's really hard to find/create a product/service in a tight niche, which will grab the attention of thousands. Second if you don't have a website and you are not a web designer, you'll have to spend a little fortune to pay someone to do that for you. Which is a very good investment of your money if the idea is worth it. And third you'll have to spend some more on advertising and promoting your business. Otherwise you won't get noticed.
So if you have that great idea that nobody has ever think of you should go for it and invest as much as it needs. My advice to you is to be careful because you could end up broke without even one sale of your product.

Now about the second option. It really is the simplest. Most people consider it easier than the first one and the only option to start a business with zero investment.
Let's talk about affiliate marketing. It's all about promoting other people's products and services. Most of the affiliate programs are free to join and with some of them you can generate up to 80% commission per sale referred by you. How it works?
You join some program/s or as many as you like. Each of them represents a new income stream for you! After that you get access to their marketing tools, even some of them give you free web page/ web store which you send your visitors to. It's really a simple thing to do and you have the freedom to market their products in any way you like. You are not supervised! You can even post an advert in your local newspaper if you like. Every sale or subscription generates a commission for you. They are calculated and added to each other and at the end of the month you receive your commission check. Right in your mailbox or in your bank account. But it gets even better. For every person you personally referred to become an affiliate, like you are, you get a percent of his/her sales as well. That adds to your personal commissions and your income becomes even bigger.
Some people do not waste their time to promote or advertise anything and still generate an incredible income. The secret is that they have enough people under that sell the product and they just get their percent on the commission their affiliates earn. It's the best business ever, but it takes time and a lot of efforts to build an army of people who will work for your financial freedom.
Nowadays there is a bunch of people ( Internet gurus ) who generate millions of dollars each year by promoting and selling other people's products. They don't have their own products. And they don't even work so hard. But they had worked even harder to become what they are now.

If you still want to profit from the Internet I advise you to try first with the affiliate programs and when your business start to make you a serious money, then you can start thinking of your own product or service. Don't ever get desperate and do not ever give up. You should be dedicated to be successful. You don't need to commit all your time to this. But you do need to commit a little part of it and most important to make efforts in that direction every day. Hard work and dedication is the key to success not only on the Internet, but in life too.

By: Philip S. The activity of updating a blog is “blogging” and someone who keeps a blog is a “blogger.” Blogs are typically updated daily using software that allows people with little or no technical background to update and maintain the blog. Postings on a blog are almost always arranged in chronological order with the most recent additions featured most prominently.’

As an indication of where we are as a society, there are a number of blogging business opportunities available for people who know their way around the Internet. With all sorts of interesting things like Google AdSense and other ways for people to get paid, the blog business opportunity is bigger than ever. You should be careful if you are going to consider this because you need to know how the rules are played and you need to know what counts and what does not and you need to know how you will get paid. All of these are things to consider and things which should be known when you are considering the blog business opportunity. While this can be a great way to add extra income and enhance your financial situation you need to make sure you know what to expect.

Blog is short for "web log", which is basically just someone's account of what happened somewhere. If five friends go to restaurant and one of them writes for a restaurant blog, that's considered valid. If there is one overzealous content producer who in his spare time writes a blog about theater, that's completely legitimate. If there is a disgruntled hotel worker who maintains a blog while she is at work on the graveyard shift about how much she hates her job, that is considered valid. The fun thing about all these different types of businesses is that they all can make you money.

Blogging for money is the same as anything else and it's all about driving traffic to your blog. The more people who read your blog then the more money you are likely to make. There is the added bonus that you can put advertisements on your blog that are related to your topic of your blog or the subjects of your various posts and these can make you money as well. It would seem, with money being made at weblogs, that the old archetype of the "website" may be becoming obsolete. While that statement may be a little bit ahead of its time, there will likely be a day when webpages as we know them today are no longer. The blog is a comfortable format that we are all very familiar with as we've all had to keep journals in grade school and many of us probably kept diaries outside of school. So we all are familiar with the daily entry format of the single thought process that goes along and takes you from one thing to the next to the next.

By: Rusi KarlBeZaahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03435555682364650797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446184880039259844.post-22750189476300531262008-06-10T10:39:00.001+07:002008-06-10T10:39:59.632+07:00Gas Prices Keep Making Working at Home More AppealingGas prices just keep going up. This has been going on for a while, but now many areas are breaking $4 a gallon - easily. It's not a comfortable situation if you have a long commute.

And this is one of the most obvious ways that working outside the home has become more expensive. Many other prices have gone up as well.

I've come to realize that more and more people are getting serious about working at home, at least some of the time. They may only be able to telecommute a day or two a week, but the savings are obvious.

The challenge can be getting an employer to agree to let you telecommute. It's not impossible if your job is suited to telecommuting, and many employers are feeling enough of a pinch from gas prices themselves that they may be more reasonable about it now than in the past.

This is why many others are looking at home business as an option. Most can be worked as you continue with your day job, so that you aren't starting with no income whatsoever. You can find out if the business is going to be for you.

Starting a home business isn't something you should do lightly. You should research your options and get several ideas for what you want to do. Then you can figure out which you want to focus on first.

Just one. You shouldn't try to run multiple businesses right at the start. While there is something to be said for diversifying your income sources, if you try to do that right at the start you risk failing at them all. Learn how to run one business before you try to run several.

The beauty of it is that so many businesses can be run primarily online or entirely online. Even if you're freelancing and taking on clients you can often do all meetings through email, IM or even VOIP. You may rarely need to meet with someone face to face.

That saves a lot of gas. Not to mention the other expenses.

If you want to consider this option, there are some things you will want to consider first to get a solid look at what you will be saving. It's not just the gas money, after all.

You'll cut back on dry cleaning bills, most likely. Most people who work at home don't dress up for it. Some do feel more comfortable that way. Will you?

Similarly, you'll probably spend less on your professional wardrobe.

Daycare may or may not be needed. This depends on the age of your children and how willing they will really be to let you work the hours you need. Not every parent who works at home keeps the kids there too.

You'll probably eat out less. My lunch is often the previous night's leftovers. Much cheaper than eating out. And of course there are many other fixings so that I can have a good lunch any day.

You can estimate these factors to figure out how much your home business needs to be reliably earning before you can quit your job. For most people this takes a while, and you should expect that. But you can also figure out if there's a lower income level at which you can switch to a pure home business model.

And of course, figure out what you are willing to spend on a home business. It's easy to underestimate what a business, particularly an online business, will cost you. Online businesses are relatively cheap to start, and you can start free if you really want to, but it's often better to spend some money to get things moving a little faster. This means you need to know how much you are willing to risk and how much you will reinvest as you start earning.

If you can come up with ways to use less gas, the continuing rise in gas prices will still hurt, but you can limit its impact. How and where you work are potentially great places to cut back on your gas usage.BeZaahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03435555682364650797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446184880039259844.post-15073538654505813812008-06-10T10:38:00.000+07:002008-06-10T10:39:32.301+07:00The Perfect Home BusinessWith the rising costs of EVERYTHING your average family suffers. Did you know that just $300/month additional income will spare the average family from bankruptcy? Is this your family?

If so, what's next? If you research the internet for making money from home options, you will be overwhelmed! There are millions of opportunities. For example:

>Data Entry Jobs>Process Rebates From Home>Affiliate sales>Start your own home business>and many more.

All of these are good options. Affiliate sales seems to be the most popular. All you do is sign up with Paydotcom or Clickbank ,or find a company offering affiliate sales, pick from the thousands of products to promote, sell their products from your special link and earn commission checks. You don't have to ship anything or deal with customers.

Since I had to end my 25 year career due to Multiple Sclerosis, I had time 24/7 to decide on a new career path that I could set my own hours, do from home and earn longterm residual income. I basically wanted to replace my prior career. I chose a home business.

On researching I was discouraged at first. From high start-up costs to purchasing and shipping my own inventory. This was not what I had in mind. I remained diligent until I found a business that fit into my needs.

I wasted alot of time, not knowing exactly what I was looking for. My research was all over the place and confusion set in. Finally I talked to someone who suggested I ask myself a series of questions to help me narrow down my search. Here are those questions:

>How much time can you commit?>How much money can you invest?>What are your short-term and long-term goals?>Do you want to replace your present job with this income?>How much money do you need(want) to make?

Once you answer these questions, you will have a better idea of what you are looking for. Your search will be less confusing, and you can focus on being more productive towards your goals.

I am very happy with my decision. The benefits work very well for my family. This is something my boys are interested in helping me with! That strengthens our bond even more!

Whatever fits you best is recommended. The best part of all your options is you use your home computer and you don't have to be computer literate! I could barely check my e-mail at first! Now, I've learned so much about the Wide World Web and am eager to learn everything I can!!

By: Lou Stella BarronBeZaahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03435555682364650797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446184880039259844.post-87312993943121045472008-06-09T15:11:00.001+07:002008-06-09T15:11:22.671+07:00Affiliate Marketing and Tips to Make It a SuccessAffiliate marketing can offer the essential means for a resourceful and diligent person to be an entrepreneur. It can provide the potential to make money doing what you are good at. It can enable someone to use their talent and proficiency for there own economic gain, rather than the financial gain of another person or business. Finally, it can get people started in their own business with virtually no cost or risk to themselves. Affiliate marketing can do all of those things and more.

Affiliate marketing is perfect for an independent minded and hardworking individual. Many people are stuck in the 9 to 5 job, working extremely hard and receiving little return. However, when you work in the area of affiliate marketing, the world is yours. You are paid by your performance so the harder you work, more often than not the better compensation you get.

When you have decided to take the plunge and set up a business for yourself, you need to insure that you do things in the right way. If it is your sole source of income you'll want to give it your all and make it as profitable as possible.

The first golden rule of any business is to identify the demand. With affiliate marketing programs you will likely be given a range of products to sell. Check out the demand for these things. Try to stay away from trendy items. They'll sell like crazy one minute but you will be giving them away the next. You should concentrate on things that you know people want and need. In this way your long-standing sales objectives will be met.

Second, don't limit yourself to just one merchandise. Offer variety. Basing your business on one product alone may work in the short term but eventually someone will come along with something better. It is best to have multiple streams of income.

Third, you need to set your business apart from other businesses. You need to establish what makes you and what you offer better from others. Be unique.

Fourth, you should always try your best to ensure fast and efficient delivery of service to your clientele. There will come a time when you encounter a hiccup. You need to keep your clients informed and aware of what is happening because there are things that do happen beyond your control. Most customers are very forgiving if they are made aware of this. Keeping your customers uninformed could result in losing them for good.

Finally, keep your customers satisfied and happy. Give more value to them and they will give more value to you. The happier they are the more likely they are to come back. Offer your clients incentives such as savings or bonuses on their next purchase. It may cost you more but only in the short term. Keeping your customers happy will result in them referring you to others.

By following the simple advice in this article you will be giving your business the best possible chances for success.

By: Marie CastelleBeZaahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03435555682364650797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446184880039259844.post-37008344446433835372008-06-09T15:10:00.001+07:002008-06-09T15:10:48.723+07:00The 4 Most Important Tools Every Affiliate Marketer Needs to SucceedThere is no doubt that affiliate marketing is one of the most powerful and trouble-free ways to earn money with an online business that doesn't require a large startup cost. However, to truly succeed with affiliate marketing, there are several tools that can make your job a lot easier.

For the purposes of this article, I want to tell you about the four most important tools that every affiliate marketer needs in order to succeed in their business efforts. For each of these key tools, we will discuss how they can make your work as an affiliate marketer much easier and more profitable.

1. A Professional Web Presence

Never underestimate the power of a professionally designed web site. Any successful affiliate marketing professional will tell you that there is no other way to increase your online business credibility and with credibility comes sales.

Instead of simply providing a simple text or image link that will send your customers to the product owner's web site you can ensure that your visitors spend more time on your own web site by providing valuable information in the form of testimonials and product reviews.

2. Reliable Web Hosting

I can't stress enough the crucial importance of having a reliable web hosting company. Web site downtime means that you are losing valuable sales time. If the customers can't access your web site, they can't buy from you and that means they are going to look elsewhere.

3. Auto Responders

Customers want to know that they can reach you when they need information. This increases their confidence in you as a marketer and this will often result in an increase in sales. Auto Responders will ensure that your customers receive an immediate response to their inquiries even when you aren't sitting in front of your computer and in a large percentage of cases, the information in your response will answer any questions they may have had and your job is done.

4. Advertising and Tracking

Advertising is a tried and true method for driving traffic to your web site, and increased traffic will by default increase your sales. Affiliate commissions are based on sales, so you want as many as possible.

By using an advertising tracking system you are better able to gauge the success of particular advertising campaigns to assess the effectiveness and decide where your ad money is best spent.

You should always be mindful that at any given time, thousands (or more) of other affiliates are marketing the very same products as you. By using these four basic tools, you are making your online affiliate marketing business not only look, but operate more professionally and efficiently.

By: Matt Coy Bookmark and ShareBeZaahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03435555682364650797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446184880039259844.post-15348727175175045632008-06-09T15:09:00.002+07:002008-06-09T15:10:16.662+07:00Getting Started with Affiliate MarketingAffiliate marketing seems to be a new catch phrase on the internet; however, it is not a new concept. In fact, people have been making money with affiliate marketing on the internet for quite some time. Here are some tips for getting started with affiliate marketing.

Legitimate companies all over the country and some abroad, have affiliate marketing programs, and people are making money from them every month. Many affiliate programs are free to join. You act as a salesperson for that company and they pay you a commission for any items that are sold through your affiliate ID number. The great thing about affiliate marketing is that the amount of money you can earn is based only upon the effort you put into selling their items.

Begin your search for an affiliate marketing program by focusing on your interests. If you are not impressed with a product, you're not going to tell others about it. If you don't tell anyone about it, you won't earn a commission for sales. Determine what interests you, something that you have a passion about, and then search for affiliate programs that market that type of product.

Those getting started with affiliate marketing should start small, choosing only one market or product to begin with. Your goal is to learn the process of earning money through affiliate marketing with one product before adding others. After you've learned the ins and outs of the process, you will be able to duplicate this process with almost any product or any market.

Choose a product or market, often called a niche, that doesn't have a lot of competition. For example, you have a passion for cars. Searching for affiliate programs relating to cars would be a tremendous task. However, if you're particularly fond of 1956 Chevrolets, the vast majority of car enthusiasts won't be interested in this one vehicle.

Search for programs that have a generous commission program. Most programs will have this commission spelled out so those interested will be able to see how much they can potentially earn. Be careful, however, not to sign up with only the company with the highest commission. Again, if you're not passionate about the product, it doesn't matter how much money you can earn from a sale, you won't tell anyone about it.

A website or blog is an absolute must when getting started with affiliate marketing. You need a platform for telling others about the products you are selling. Include graphics as well as links with your affiliate member number so that you will receive credit for the sales that are generated from your site.

Actively promote the products on your website. Give a product review of the items for sale that link to your affiliate member number. Watch what others are doing in your market and see if you can do what they're doing even better. Work toward promoting the objects so your income will increase each month.

Getting started with affiliate marketing isn't hard, and it doesn't cost a lot of money. Find a target market that appeals to you, or a particular product that you think is great, and then begin to market it. You may find that the extra income you earn from affiliate marketing is more than you would have ever imagined.

By: Chris SimpsonBeZaahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03435555682364650797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446184880039259844.post-5372746129777942092008-06-09T15:09:00.001+07:002008-06-09T15:09:46.743+07:00Earn Big Money By Becoming An Affilate MarketerOne way to earn profit online is to start your own affiliate marketing venture. Business-minded individuals are turning into online marketers to earn big bucks without roaming around the city with their products. Affiliate marketing is selling a product using the Internet. In this kind of venture, you don't necessarily have to own a product, but instead makes use of existing ones from other online businesses.

Even though Affiliate Marketing is a lucrative area of online business, many individuals fail to reach their first commission check because they are not familiar with the secrets of success in this particular industry.

A niche is a product that you plan to market to the online public. The success of your affiliate marketing business will depend on your ability to pick out the best product that is popular to the public and those that sells fast. The more products that you sell out, the more profitable your venture would be.

Once you have your website established for all of your affiliate marketing endeavors, it is important to work in a product that your customers can have, free of charge. Not only does this establish you as a professional expert in your field, but it will assist you in creating a successful email list of potential clients. You can then use this email list to provide these individuals with news, updates, and specials regarding your affiliate programs and any merchandise that you may specialize in.

Now that you've chosen a product that will serve as your affiliate marketing niche, all you need to do now is to create a Web site that will feature it to the online market. Design your Web site carefully to attract visitors, including easy access to the products information.

Many individuals who engage in affiliate marketing opportunities have found that, by using pay per click, they can be quite successful in their advertising. This is a great way to ensure success and see profits from your efforts. You will be required to pay a small fee if someone clicks on the advertisement; however, they will be directed to your landing pages once they click on the ad. This is a great way to receive targeted traffic, and perhaps the sales that you are looking for.

If you wish to succeed in affiliate marketing, it is important to make good use of internet forums that are related to your affiliate marketing program or the goods and/or services that you provide. You should be certain to create a signature in the forums that allow individuals to visit your website if they are interested in doing so. Here, you can establish trust with potential customers, targeted traffic, and potential sales.

Affiliate marketing was used on the internet by the adult industry in the early years of affilate marketing. The consensus of marketers and adult industry insiders is that Cybererotica was either the first or among the first innovators in affiliate marketing with a cost-per-click program.

Affiliate marketers use advertising to promote the products or services that they are selling. This can be in the form of banner advertising on affiliate sites, text links, reviews written by affiliates, direct email etc. The advertisers compensate webmasters by paying them for displaying the ads, or for click throughs sent to them, or (as is most common these days) a commission on sales resulting as a referral from their web site or email message. For a more detailed look at the getting involved with affiliate programs, reseach the net for relavent information.

By: Gav ShannonBeZaahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03435555682364650797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446184880039259844.post-38039748729868892352008-06-09T15:08:00.000+07:002008-06-09T15:09:06.691+07:00How To Cash In On An Affiliate Marketing Business OpportunityAffiliate marketing is neat because it allows virtually anyone to make money on the Internet. It can be hard to do however, because many people do not correctly work at their affiliate marketing business. This creates an opportunity for you that we want to discuss on how to cash in on an affiliate marketing business opportunity.

First and foremost you need to view affiliate programs as a business. Because they're free to join many people do not do this. They believe all the hype about how much money they're going to make, and they quickly join several different affiliate programs.

Many times the programs that they joined do not even have anything to do with each other. Once they're done they are with a handful of affiliate programs that they really have no idea what to do with.

Here's a better strategy that would allow you to take a business opportunity such as affiliate marketing and really make a lot of money with it.

1. Choose one niche

2. Find a handful of products relating to that niche only

3. Create a website of your own

4. Develop a landing page to capture visitor contact information

5. Start an autoresponder and program it with follow-up messages relating to the products that you sell

6. Join Blogger.com for free and began a blog of your own

7. Add a link from your website to your blog

8. Create a few article pages relating specifically to key words within your niche

9. Promote your landing page and website like crazy.

Right away, this may all seem like a lot of work. In reality that is the point were trying to make here. To cash in on an affiliate marketing business opportunity, you need to be willing to do all the things that 99% of affiliate marketers will not do.

Many affiliate marketers only promote the affiliate website given to them by the merchant. By starting your own website you have a huge advantage over them.

The replicated website that affiliate merchants provide does not provide a mechanism for you to build a follow-up mailing list. This is another way you can cash in because your autoresponder will follow up effortlessly for you in the future.

By starting your own blog and posting and you are creating search engine love. By adding relevant articles to your website you're creating an image of caring about your visitors.

And of course the final thing is that you begin to advertise and promote in as many different free or nearly free methods as possible.

This is how you cash in on an affiliate marketing business opportunity when your competitors will not. If you're willing to do this you can make a tremendous amount of money on the Internet with affiliate marketing.

By: David OgdenBeZaahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03435555682364650797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446184880039259844.post-28054046627841907752008-06-09T15:05:00.000+07:002008-06-09T15:08:30.260+07:00Train Your DownlineYou work hard as an affiliate marketer, or at least you should. Hard work with the help of a quality downline is your key to business success. Having a downline that works hard, and smart, allows you the freedom to earn while not necessarily working.

A trained and tenacious downline that's hungry for internet marketing success means you have time to enjoy the fruits of your success. All work and no play makes Jack and Jill extremely dull and exhausted as well. If your desire is to work and play, too, educate your downline.

Your downline performs optimally when trained to do so. Whenever you gain a new member for your selling team, you have a responsibility to them. Your responsibility is to give them the benefit of your knowledge and experience. Whatever valuable advice, tips and systems you have in place for your business, share it with your downline.

Think of how you felt when you first embarked on your affiliate marketing voyage. You were probably a little apprehensive, maybe even skeptical it would work. Even if you weren't feeling any of these emotions, you were probably a little uncertain of what the best approach would be to market your affiliate product. Any training you received in your first months was most certainly welcome. It made things easier for you and helped you build an income faster.

Your downline needs the same training. They need this training for three reasons:

* Your downline team needs to know they are dealing with a reputable affiliate company with a quality product. They need to know that this company provides affiliates with the training they need to perform their selling function properly. When a downline trusts the company and its product, they work harder to sell it. This benefits them and you. Your downline needs to feel the parent company has their best interests at heart. When you train them utilizing the company's training resources, you send a message to your downline that the company cares about them.

* Your downline needs to know that you are reputable and supportive. Sure, they may know they are selling a quality product from a great company. However, are you of the same quality to them as the product company is? Does your downline see you as someone who has his or her best interests at heart? Do they only see you as a giant vacuum cleaner trying to suck up as much profit from your downline while never communicating with them in any form? When you expend energy and resources to train your downline, you let them know you want them to succeed. If you give them the necessary training to succeed, they will reward you in spades. You ensure their long-term viability and your own when you train your downline.

* Your downline needs to know that they will have the knowledge to train their own downline as well. When you train your downline properly, they know how to train their own downline properly. This means they have quality, productive salespeople under them. This results in increased profits all the way up the chain. When you train your downline for success, they pass that knowledge and experience on to others and the affiliate program grows exponentially.

The best way to train your downline is to do it on a regular basis. Don't give them some token introductory training and then leave them to flounder in the giant sea of internet marketing. Give them initial, thorough training and schedule regular training sessions as new selling techniques come your way. Train them on new product features and accessories. Keep them informed and trained so they can pass this knowledge on to their downline and their customers.

Training pays dividends to the receiver and the provider of the training. It's a great way to build a strong downline that remains committed to their affiliate-marketing program. Train your way to internet marketing success with your downline as your students. The apples they bring to your desk may well be golden ones.

By: James SladerBeZaahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03435555682364650797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446184880039259844.post-4024665681436336162008-01-17T09:21:00.001+07:002008-01-17T09:21:52.997+07:00Online Business Ideas for beginner. So you've given in, and now want to start an online business. Maybe you just want some extra cash in your pocket, to pay off some debts, buy something new, or simply because your current job just doesn't cut it. Or, perhaps you're working a job that makes you miserable, and you absolutely hate it and want to get out of that job as soon as possible and still have an income. I can relate to that. Whatever the reason, you want to get into doing business online, and have no idea where to start; otherwise you would not be reading this. Well that's where this article comes in.

First, you need to have an idea of what you want to do online: an image of how your business will function, and how it will bring in money. Here are a few classic ideas:

1) Become an affiliate and advertise other people's products/services/etc. When you promote whatever they're selling, and it results in a visitor buying whatever they're selling, you get a cut of the profit, a commission. You could get anywhere from 25%-75% of the profit for each sale, maybe even more. You could start your own site that reviews products you are affiliated with, and have those linked with your affiliate links.

2) You could write your own e-book about any topic you can imagine and sell it. Keep all the profits for yourself. You're probably thinking that you're not an expert in any field, have nothing to write about, or some other excuse like those. Maybe you really don't have the knowledge to write about anything. Well, then research! Countless amounts of people search for information every single day, and a lot of it is free.

3) Internet auctions could be a great source of income. Everyday there are millions of transactions going on at Ebay. There are tons of books out there and what have you, detailing how to make money with online auctions, and how to get products to sell for cheap that'll make a lot of profit. Or you could try selling some stuff you don't want and see how that handles.
These are just a few ideas, there are so many more ideas that I'd have to write an entire book just to list all of them. I'm sure you're smart enough to find them out, or to come up with your own.

In the meantime, here are a few tips you might want to follow to ensure your success:

• Do NOT just throw your money at every program that promises your money. Take the time to research thoroughly before you choose what is right for you, or if you even want to invest in one of those programs at all, or if you want to fly solo.

• If you decide to have your own website, keep this in mind. Even if your site is so visually appealing and amazing, and it has all these fancy features, if nobody sees your site, it doesn't mean squat. Advertising is an absolute must. You can pay to have your ads displayed in advertising campaigns all over the internet, or if you want free advertising, there are traffic exchanges, blogs, article writing, posting your link in your sig in forums, the list goes on.

• Do not expect to make a lot of money in a relatively short period of time. Of course it's possible, but whenever you see a televised testimony about some get rich quick scheme, you always see the fine print "Results Not Typical". You get out of your business what you put into it. An online business does not mean you do not work. Quite the opposite actually. You just happen to be working at home, on your computer, instead of in a cubicle in an office.

Remember, no business plan is ever fool proof. My father once said if you think something is fool proof, than you've underestimated your fools. I hold this statement quite close and I advise you to as well when pursuing your online endeavors. Your journey has only just begun and now it's your time to shine in the online world.

By : Dan ThetaBeZaahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03435555682364650797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446184880039259844.post-84673055738832034342007-12-27T13:38:00.000+07:002007-12-27T13:39:25.734+07:00Ten Reasons Why You Need To Start An Internet Business? The following article lists some simple, informative tips that will help you have a better experience with Internet Business.

Do you want to have a passive income day by day without much hassle? You have nothing to sell and you do not know anything about computers or the internet, or you might think you do not have anything to write about. Well, if you found this site, then you have some of what it takes to start your own work at home business. One of the greatest things about making money online is you do not need your own product to sell, or a vast knowledge of any particular subject. The internet provides all that for you! Everything you need is available to you if you can learn how to find it and use it to your advantage.

The details of going about it are a little more complex than what I explain here but the concept is relatively easy to grasp. You can make a second income online or even a living promoting other peoples’ products. This is what is usually called affiliate marketing. These products may be actual items from companies like Amazon and thousands of other online merchants. These merchants will pay you a commission to send others to their web site and buy their products or services. Another option is creating a content-rich web site full of useful information pertaining to a specific subject and selling advertising on it or a combination of the two. Both of theses methods can be very hard to start out with if you do not have prior experience. You can also work at opportunities that teach you how to start making money on the internet; some are free to join and others may be fee-based. As far as the free programs, remember the old adage “you get what you pay for”. You also need to be careful spending your money on a fee-based program. Research the offer thoroughly before you give up your hard-earned money.

Multi-Level Marketing is another great work at home opportunity that is a match made in heaven for the internet. Now, do not roll your eyes and click the back button just yet. I remember the days when I avoided my brother like the plague; he was always bugging people about coming to meetings or telling everyone how great he felt taking vitamins and dietary supplements. I bet the poor guy got pretty lonely for a while there. But MLM online is completely different. In fact, some of the best work at home opportunities to get started with is some form of MLM or tiered program. The beauty is you do not need to bother your family or friends to join or buy the products and your not limited to the people you know to get started. You have millions of people in the online community as prospects; so do not discount MLM online. It is a great way to get start a work at home business and usually these programs have great training resources to get you started because their success is based on your success.

As you can see, the possibilities for earning money online are as limited as your imagination, and the more research you do upfront, the better your chances are for finding the best work at home opportunity that is right for you.

By: Jeff HoudyschellBeZaahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03435555682364650797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446184880039259844.post-88759223820769377372007-12-14T09:39:00.000+07:002007-12-14T09:40:30.349+07:00Ten Reasons Why People Work From HomeIn no particular order:

1) They do not want to have to drive and make a commute to their place of employment. Perhaps their old job required driving on a dangerous highway and they valued their life enough to not take that chance anymore. Gas is really expensive and that would definitely contribute to this reason.

2) They want to spend as much time with their family as possible. I was lucky enough to have a stay at home mother, but there are too many kids these days that are not as lucky as I was. Or perhaps they just want to be with the people they care for the most without having a job to constrict and limit their time spent together.

3) They hate their bosses/managers/etc. I remember being treated like garbage at my first job. I was expendable. The fact that I was young, nervous and naive meant nothing to my superiors. I was forced to work hours I did not enjoy while they had all the choices they wanted. Sound familiar?

4) They're lazy. They dream of living a life of leisure, or they just want to make a living while doing a minimal amount of work.

5) They want to explore other areas of life they would never have time for with a job, or they have a passion that they never have time for. Sports, fishing, gardening, computers, video games, martial arts, RC gliders...the list is endless.

6) They enjoy not having to wear some fancy (or ugly) uniform while they work. They're free to work in their underwear if they please, or they don't have to wear anything period while they work *insert laugh track here*.

7) They never have to feel like somebody is watching them while they work. They can screw around, listen to music, look up non-work related sites on the internet, or anything else that would be frowned upon in the work place.

8) They can eat whatever they want, whenever they want. No more being limited to breaks, no more cafeteria food (didn't we all get enough of that back in school?).

9) No more obnoxious, weird co-workers.

10) You work for yourself at home. You're not making some CEO or whoever richer while being underpaid.BeZaahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03435555682364650797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446184880039259844.post-32934089533124255992007-12-08T10:27:00.001+07:002007-12-08T10:27:24.530+07:00Work at Home A - ZWhether you currently work from home, or a considering the possibility of starting a home business, here is my A-Z list of things to consider. The items I have listed are both positive and negative things that you will probably want to consider. Is that where you are at now?
K – Knowledge: Learn all you can about the type of business you want to start.
L – License: Learn what your city, county, and/or state requires for a new business.
M – Money: It takes money to make money – there is no free ride.
N – No: Don’t take “No” personally. This list should not be taken as the only things to consider either. Use it as a springboard to other questions and concerns that you can come up with.

The reason for this list is to get you thinking; don’t start a home business without planning and research. Know what you are getting involved with. Home business can be a wonderful thing, but to be honest, it is not for everyone.BeZaahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03435555682364650797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446184880039259844.post-62087059734092451512007-12-08T10:26:00.001+07:002007-12-08T10:26:16.465+07:005 Reasons Why You Need A Work-At-Home ScheduleOne of the attractions of working at home is the vision of freedom it invokes -- no time clock, no time sheets, and no one to account to for how you spend your time. Yes, it is an attractive proposition, but like so many attractive propositions there is a heavy downside -- you are likely wasting a lot of time.

My husband spends time every day filling out these large spreadsheets to account for his day. He works for a large engineering company and his day often encompasses work on a variety of projects for different clients. He loathes the activity and I have always dismissed it as a waste of time -- that is until my home business recently took off and I realized there simply wasn't enough hours in the day to accomplish all my goals.

I now have my own spread sheet and agenda for the day and I have improved my productivity and reduced my stress immeasurably. If you don't think you need a schedule for your home business then think again -- and read on.

After a spate of relatively unproductive days when my "To Do" list seemed to grow exponentially every time I looked at it I knew something had to change.

Granted I was going through a rough patch. My home business was experiencing growing pains and taking up more than the usual time, my four-year-old was only in preschool part-time, my husband wasn't pulling his weight on the home front, and my extended family was experiencing a number of crises. But I'm also old enough to know there is never a perfect time in life -- you just live the one you've got. These are simply the problems I'm dealing with this year. Next year these problems will be traded in for new fresh ones.

After studying my time and chatting with some other work-at-home folks, I discovered five reasons to embrace the schedule:

1. It's too easy to waste time doing nonpriority tasks
2. It's too easy to get sidetracked or distracted from your current task
3. Unscheduled work time can often overlap into your free time until you don't have any free time at all
4. Your free time can overlap into your work time until you fall behind with important projects
5. Concentrating your time and effort on highest priority projects means more gets done

I'm not the only work at home business person encompassing the schedule. I recently took part in an online forum where men and women had moved to embrace it -- and found it more freeing than restrictive. After all, you are still the one setting the schedule so you are free to schedule yourself off for a 3-hour lunch, an afternoon, or a whole day whenever you choose.

If you find it difficult setting up your schedule and priorities for the day and week then perhaps your significant other or a friend can help you set your schedule.BeZaahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03435555682364650797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446184880039259844.post-76112754402450011042007-12-08T10:21:00.000+07:002007-12-08T10:25:43.311+07:00Top Ten Lessons Learned in Home Based Internet BusinessSince starting my home based Internet business back in 1997, I have learned many lessons along the way. These lessons have played a major role in my success, and I'd like to share them with you.

Lesson #1

Collecting your visitors' email addresses should be one of your top priorities.

Start collecting email addresses the moment you put your site up. Developing a list of targeted potential customers is an absolute must.

Although publishing an ezine is usually the best route to go, it is not a necessity. You can use your list to send out web site updates, product updates, or whatever you'd like.

Lesson #2

Your web site can either make or break you.

A professional looking web site will play a major role in your success. If you aren't secure in your abilities to design a professional looking site, you will be much better off hiring a professional.

Lesson # 3

If you want to make a lot of money, you must create a niche.

A niche fills a specific customer need.

People want products and services that fulfill a specific personal need. If you are the first to fulfill the need, you'll reap the rewards.

Lesson # 4

Generating web site traffic takes a lot of time and effort.

The key to generating a lot of traffic to your site is getting your link on as many sites as possible. Sure, listing your site with the Search Engines is your first step; however, you must not solely rely on Search Engines to bring you traffic.

My two biggest traffic generators are as follows:

Affiliate Program - Having your own affiliate program is one of the best ways to get hundreds, even thousands of links to your web site.

Providing a Free Product or Service - Providing your visitors with a free product or service is a great way to drive traffic to your site.

For example, I offer a free article syndication service. This service provides free content for web sites branded with a link to my site.

Lesson # 5

Selling your own products and services is much more profitable than marketing affiliate programs.

Some of the top Internet sellers include:

• Software
• Information
• Private sites
• Internet services

Lesson # 6

People do not like to be sold. You will be far more successful if you have a sincere desire to assist your potential customers. This can be accomplished by writing informative articles, courses, tutorials, or even providing advice within discussion forums in your area of expertise.

Trust plays a major role on the Internet. You must build your credibility with your target audience.

Lesson # 7

Automation can save you hours of valuable time. Although there are certain areas of business that must be personally dealt with, there are many areas that can be completely automated:

• List management
• Customer follow-up
• Welcome messages
• Thank you messages
• Order processing
• Order fulfillment
• Order confirmation

This can be accomplished using autoresponders, scripts and software programs.

Lesson # 8

Organization is an essential part of developing a successful home based business:

• Create a daily work schedule for an organized approach to each day.
• Use an email program that will filter your messages into specific folders.
• Organize your computer folders and files for quick and easy access.
• Create a "Frequently Asked Questions" page to lessen support requests.
• Create templates for frequently used messages.
• Create a page (residing on your computer) that contains a list of affiliate programs you're promoting. Include your log-in information and hyperlinks for easy access.

Lesson # 9

Customer satisfaction and support should be your top priority.

Lesson # 10

You have to spend money to make money. You must be willing to invest in your Internet business including:

• Computer
• Internet Access
• Software
• Domain Name
• Web Hosting
• Education (books, courses, etc.)
• Advertising

Lesson # 11 (I know, there were only supposed to be ten, but this one is important...)

SPAM is a four letter word and will be treated as such.

Although this list is far from complete, these lessons should provide you with some basic guidelines to assist you in developing a successful online business.BeZaahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03435555682364650797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446184880039259844.post-56993886615895241262007-12-04T14:27:00.001+07:002007-12-04T14:27:47.662+07:00Business Success Tip: There’s no such thing as a free lunch“There’s no such thing as a free lunch!” That proverb has been traced back to around 1950. It means that nothing in life is free; you can’t get something for nothing. And if it appears to be free, somebody somewhere is paying for it.

That is extremely valuable information to keep in mind when you’re surfing the Net looking for a home-based business. Beware the “nothing (down) for something” SCAMS! They go against ALL the generally accepted rules of business and commerce.

Business and commerce started eons ago. At first, it took the form of bartering—exchanging goods for goods. I’ll trade my fish for 3 pieces of your firewood. Then ‘money’ was invented in the form of seashells, beads, or pieces of metal. Aardvaak pays you 3 seashells for your fish, and you go across the village and pay Oodwarg 2 seashells for some firewood, which leaves you one seashell to buy bread from Mharyang on the way home.

It’s still how we do business today—except we now use coins & bills, credit cards, debit cards, money orders, bank drafts, bank wires, checks, email transfers, or PayPal. But it’s ALWAYS in exchange for something, be it goods or services. If not, the police is called in to investigate—or at least they should be.

I’m a business person. I have products for sale, and I have a business opportunity. To get either one, you’ll have to pay money. It’s a value-for-value proposition; your money for my product and / or opportunity. Fair and square. And on top of that, if you want to succeed with my business opportunity, you’ll have to do some work. Again, value (your sweat & elbow grease) for value (a substantial residual income).

“The concept of value-for-value is the foundation for all sound, harmonious human relationships. Value-for-value is another way of saying ‘win-win’. The surest way to succeed in any endeavor is to make certain that ALL parties to a transaction come out ahead.”
Robert J. Ringer, philosopher and bestselling author

No free lunch. Everything has a price. As it should be. Warren Buffet once said, “"Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.” Or as I like to say, “You always get what you pay for; you pay nothing, you’ll get nothing.”

You’re probably wondering why on Earth I’m spending so much time expanding on something so obvious. Because for some unexplainable reason, many otherwise intelligent people (who would never consider walking out the door of the liquor store with a case of wine they did not pay for—unless they’re looking for a way to spend a night in jail) act like idiots when they’re on the Net searching for a home-based business opportunity.

As if all of a sudden, because they’re navigating the virtual world, all the laws of commerce—particularly the practice of value-for-value—no longer apply. And they’ll get sucked in the most ludicrous scams. Like “free business opportunity”, or “no money down turnkey homebased business” or “you do no work, we do it all for you.” On that last one, if that was true, if they indeed do ALL the work, why would they not keep ALL the profits?

Come on people, put your thinking cap back on. Let’s be real; a business costs money—even in the ‘virtual’ world. It costs money to start and to grow. And it takes some work too. Those people should stop fooling themselves and waste their time responding to those idiotic ads that pollute the Internet. If they believe crap like “Turn $35 into $10,000 a month, for life!”, the next thing the scammers will sell them is some ocean-front property in Arizona.

You know what song is playing in the scammers’ head while he’s processing some sucker’s credit card? The words are from a very popular song of the mid-eighties; “The lights are on, but you’re not home, your mind is not your own…” They’ll probably sing that too as they’re walking and laughing all the way to the bank!

Enough negative stuff already. Let’s close this article with valuable words of wisdom from three very successful philosophers-businesspeople;

“Creating legitimate value is the straightest line between where you are now and where you want to be. It is a major component of getting what you want in life. It doesn't matter how fast or how hard you work if your efforts don't create value for others. And creating value stems from passion; passion stems from belief in what you're doing; belief in what you're doing stems from working at something you not only are good at, but enjoy. When you get all these factors going in the right direction, you have no trouble being motivated to do whatever it takes to succeed. There is nothing quite so exhilarating as working yourself to the point of exhaustion for months, or even years, then being handsomely rewarded for your efforts in the marketplace. Every human being should treat himself to this drug-free high at least once in his lifetime.” Robert J. Ringer

Zig Ziglar is famous for saying, “You gotta put something in FIRST if you want to get something out”. He usually makes that statement while operating on stage an old-fashion water pump.

“Money is a measure of the value that people place on goods and services. The amount of money you earn in a competitive market is the measure of value that others place on your contribution. So, to increase the amount of money you are getting out, you must increase the value of the work that you are putting in.” Brian Tracy, in The Laws of Money

By: Daniel St-JeanBeZaahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03435555682364650797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446184880039259844.post-23458707836505038052007-12-04T14:26:00.001+07:002007-12-04T14:26:57.367+07:00Business Success Tips: Busting Five MythsEvery day I come across people who are unhappy because they are struggling to make ends meet, working like slaves, living paycheck to paycheck, in debt up to their eyeballs. I recognize them because I used to be in that situation. No longer though; I’m now part of the home-based business revolution.

Why aren’t they? Because as I find out when I talk with them, they subscribe to many of the myths that surround business in general, and in particular the home business industry. To help them—and you if you’ve been thinking about it—I’d like to take a look at five of those myths and BUST them!

MYTH # 1: You need A LOT OF MONEY to start a business…

This is true IF you want to buy an existing business or start a traditional business (in most cases), specially a brick & mortar business. While doing some research the other day, I saw a motel for sale for $600K and a drycleaner for $250K.

I’ve owned a brick & mortar business once: an art gallery and framing shop in Whitehorse, with 12 employees. I bought it in 1986—inventory & goodwill for $200,000 (they wanted 250K). I had to borrow $20,000 from my parents for the down payment, then pay the ex-owners $30,000 a year for 8 years. That was hard on the cash flow. More recently, I invested in six online “stores”. With the support and the tutoring, that was a $20,000 investment.

Another example, I was talking to someone last month who was thinking about buying a fast food franchise for $300K. He told me he would be paying himself a living wage for 4 years, and then in year 5 he expected a profit of $50,000. Plus all the work and time and worry that goes into that! So yes, for SOME types of business you need a lot of dough…

Even businesses on the Net can be rather expensive; one business opportunity states up front that the investment is $49,500! Ouch! But at the other end of the spectrum, I’ve recently started a very lucrative ‘home-based’ business for under $2,000. And I know of MANY business opportunities you can get going for even less than that

So you see, that’s another myth busted: you DO NOT need a LOT of money to start a lucrative business. You just need to start with the right one*.

MYTH # 2: You need to WORK A LOT—at least 50 or 60 hours a week—to get a business off the ground and profitable.

You do for a ‘regular’ type of business. That was the case for me with Yukon Gallery… 7 days a week… 10-12 hours a day…Working on the Holidays… I remember one summer going 48 days without a day off.

But that’s not the case with most home-based businesses… For example, I’ve invested just over 100 hours in my home business over the last 5 weeks (about 20-25 hours a week), for very good RE$ULT$!

MYTH # 3: A home-based business is SMALL BUSINESS

When they hear the words “home-based business”, many people think “cottage industry”; stuffing envelopes, making earrings, gluing pine cones to make decorations.

I find that kind of funny…That’s because I personally know at least 30 people—maybe 50 if you gave me a bit of extra time to think about it—who are making BIG money from a home-based business. I mean $20,000, $30,000, $40,000 and more a MONTH! They do that with direct sales opportunities, with Network Marketing opportunities, with MLM-type opportunities like you see on the internet all the time.

For most people—because most people have a scarcity mentality, or a this-is-too-good-to-be-true mentality—those incomes sound ludicrous. Well, they’re not. Not in these types of business… Not if you pick the right opportunity* and you do it right.

The other reason for this myth being perpetuated is that most people either have a job or own a ‘regular’ type of business—like a brick & mortar retail outlet, or they provide services where they trade time for money. And with a job or a ‘regular’ type of business, those numbers are close to impossible to attain.

MYTH # 4: Network marketing—and most home-based businesses that use that model—are ILLEGAL PYRAMID SCHEMES

That’s a biggie; I’d say that probably 75% of the people who call me regarding my home-based business bring up that myth, and I suspect the other 25% think about it even if they don’t verbalize it…

If I had an hour to talk with you, I could mention all the legal battles won by the industry… the fact that there are currently over 50 network marketing companies or companies using that model on the stock exchange, that people like Robert Kiyosaki (bestselling author of Rich Dad Poor Dad), Stephen Covey (bestselling author of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People) and Warren Buffet are either promoting, working with, or have purchased that type of business…

MYTH # 5: You can make a fortune offering NO PRODUCT, and therefore NO VALUE

This is not exactly a mainstream myth, but it will be familiar to people reading this who’ve spent any time on the internet looking for a home-based business or an extra stream of income.

I just finished busting myth #4 that network marketing and direct-sales companies are not illegal—but it’s critical to understand that some are right on the edge because of the way they conduct their business.

That’s a critical point. Just because the INDUSTRY is legal does not mean everyone IN the industry operates in a legal way. I’ve seen many offers on the net that are right on the edge. If you like to sleep well at night, I’d stay away from those*.

They’re on the edge because they basically pay people just for recruiting people, NOT for marketing a real product. Or, to stay within the legality, they’ll market a product that may be worth $50, but they sell it for $995 and you make a commission of $500 every time you enroll someone who joins your business by buying that product. We refer to those as get-rich-quick-schemes. BE VERY CAREFUL!

If you want a LONG-TERM viable business that offers real, residual income, you HAVE to offer a real product that represents real value*. And there are MANY great opportunities available to you, solid companies offering legitimate products. Just do your homework, your due diligence, and keep your eyes open.

By: Daniel St-JeanBeZaahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03435555682364650797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446184880039259844.post-57766426449868295472007-12-01T11:11:00.000+07:002007-12-01T11:12:02.003+07:00Beginning Your Work at Home BusinessHome is usually one of best place where you can work. This is because in your own home, you can relax after every busy working hour. Not only that, most people find it convenient and easy to work right inside their houses.
Without the pressures of working in the office, a person can be more productive to work at home. It can be quite discouraging though, when you don't know when to or where to start.

Here is a list of ideas to supply you with a good place to begin your work at home business or job:

1. Try searching for a telecommute job. If you think you are not comfortable with a home business, instead try to bring your job home with you. Try to consult your boss about your plan. If your boss refuse to it, seek for telecommute jobs online.

2. EBay and other online auction sale are great sites to begin with. If you have collective items, which you have in your possession for many years now, try selling some of those items, sell them at public sales and get more profit out of it. It is fast and simple.

3. You can also create a website with chat rooms. Chat rooms are trendy and popular. Arrange them in a way to build a strong gathering and a flourishing web traffic. If you want a music chat room or any other types of chat room, you can put up link programs from other search engines that can provide you with such.

4. Get some flour and eggs and make dog some dog treats. This and other home made products are sure hit online and offline also. You can sell them wholesale to pet shops if you want.

5. Begin an online directory. Lots of people and online businesses want to leave their contacts/links with online directories. People will store your site as a resource if you place it out. You can also put up some affiliate or pay per click marketing on your directory.

6. Join the Google Adsense. These provides an excellent way to make some money. You can also make an article, place it on your chosen site and place the ads in the page. People will read it, and when they become interested, they will just click on the similar ads.

7. Make 2 dollars turn into 20 dollars. Purchase wholesale and sell it retail on the internet. There are times that you do not have to bring with you your products. Some delivery services will be pleased to do all of it for you, just create your website and sell.

8. If there are things, you know which most people do not, and then take it as your advantage. Offer your services and charge as an adviser or a coach. Provide articles and ebooks on the subject, people are willing to pay for information.

9. Kids are an excellent means to make money online. Make a kid's website and sell marketing space. However, ensure that your site offers pay per click campaign and businesses that sell games or candy.

10. If you doubt the nine above-mentioned ideas, consider what you like most or what you love to do! If you like sports, make a website that tackles about sports. If you like dolls, sell dolls online. Stick with what you are familiar with and you will never go wrong. Its just about marketing your products and services.

On top of everything, try researching for more ideas so you can have more choices. Look at businesses you respect and admired, then work out how you can make it better.
Sometimes the best ideas are the ones that come from old ideas. More people began this way, so why not start this way too.BeZaahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03435555682364650797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446184880039259844.post-89653947050352346432007-11-30T13:53:00.001+07:002007-11-30T13:53:38.536+07:00Top 4 Problems of Mail Order Work from Home! The Mail Order Business is a trillion dollar industry, and within itself, is legitimate. Mail order scams usually involve purchasing the reseller rights to money making materials that have been “proven” to attract buyers. Marketing is usually done with direct mail. Direct mail is buying name and address lists of “business opportunity seekers,” then sending them copies of your sales letter, testimonials, order form, etc. Money is made when someone purchases one of the money making guides that you have the right to resell. Sometimes earnings are commission based. Mail order is a proven money maker and perhaps the original work from home endeavor.

So what's the deal with these mail order programs? Are they just hype or can you follow their directions and get rich working from home? Read on for the truth you must know about mail order programs.

The first problem of mail order home based businesses is that you need a great sales letter and at least an average product. The majority of the sales letters you get in “packages” of reseller material are already being used in abundance all across the internet. This cripples their effectiveness. Overall, most of the materials you buy the reseller rights to aren’t very good.

The second problem of mail order home based businesses is that you’ll lack the desire. Ask yourself, “Do I really want to deal with a bunch of customers, sales issues, inventory management troubles, marketing, and the whole nine yards?” You probably don’t.

The third problem of mail order home based businesses is that you’ll lack of confidence. You will not be confident in the information you are selling and that will be one of your biggest problems.

The fourth problem of mail order home based businesses is that direct mail marketing involves high risk. It is expensive, difficult to test, and requires continuous management. It takes years of experience and multiple experiments to finally perfect the art and science of direct mail marketing. If you decide to use direct mail as your primary means of advertising to your target audience, you will discover that with a good piece of mail you can realistically generate a 1% to 2% response rate on a consistent basis. This means that if you send out 1,000 catalogs or sales letters you might convert 10 or 20 sales, if you get lucky. If you like those kinds of odds go for it.

Conclusion
There have been thousands of people who have fallen victim of mail order scams. Innocent people who simply want to earn an extra income from the comfort of their homes find themselves cheated by con artists who take advantage of their hopeful attitudes. Examples of products you may sell are health supplements, vitamins, herbal drinks, satellite dishes, etc. This is done by using independent distributors who you recruit. These independent distributors build and manage their own sales force. This is done by recruiting, motivating, supplying, and training others to sell products. The distributors' compensation includes their own sales and a percentage of the sales of their downline (sales group).

So what's the deal with MLM? Is it just hype or can you truly get rich quick? Read on for the truth you must know about MLM.

The first problem, you won’t have the temperament for it: You have to be “up” and excited 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to do well at MLM. In order to successfully lead your team (downline) you have to be a neurotically “positive thinker.” At least this is what your upline will tell you. They expect you to never get upset, never to say anything bad about another…whatever you do remember to suppress your emotions. That is what they will tell you. Your team and your upline will count on you to always be Mary Poppin’s no matter how bad things get. Practice your fake grin; you’re going to need it!

The second problem is that MLM requires you to attend too many meetings: You’ll despise all the meaningless meetings, being around people you don’t like, and investing a bunch of time dealing with every incalculable annoyance you can think of. If you have a day job this can really be a problem. You think you have no spare time now? Wait until you are sitting in someone’s basement at 11pm at night on a Wednesday listening to the same “Plan” you’ve heard a thousand times before.

The third problem is that recruiting people will become like a second job: Your friends, family, neighbors, and complete strangers will get tired of you begging them to become a member of something or asking them to buy something. You will become emotionally fatigued from all of their rejections and dealing with the natural capriciousness of human beings.

The fourth problem, simply put, is fatigue: You’ll get worn out due to overexertion from recruiting people and maintaining your other business affairs. Every weekend you used to spend relaxing and recuperating from your crappy, draining 9 to 5 job will be spent doing stupid MLM related stuff.

The fifth problem is the unpredictable nature of distributors you will be associated with: You’ll get sick of companies shutting down and folding up on you.

The sixth problem is constant frustration: You will be constantly grumpy and tired due to fatigue and lack of sleep. Yet you are expected to be “bright and shiny,” happy and enthusiastic all the time. These unrealistic expectations finally will wear you down completely.

Conclusion
There have been thousands of people who have fallen victim of MLM scams. There are legitimate companies out there offering real work at home opportunities for those interested. Unfortunately, home based business scams are at an all time high.
