It's the begining of another new month and we now have a new Artist of the Month. Wining with a 48%(2933) lead is High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens. Not too far behind was Girlicious with 41%(2469) who I will be giving another chance since their album was pushed back. Miss Vanessa Hudgens is getting ready to release her sophmore album "Identified" on July 1st!! A webrip of the album has been floating around but I'll be waiting for the Retail version. As for now here we have 3 bonus tracks: "Set It Off", "Committed", & "Vulnerable". From what I've heard of the album so far they fit pretty well but aren't really anything special. So I can see why they were left off but Deff check them out!!

The set moved just over 1 million copies in the United States, the first time the six-figure threshold was crossed since 50 Cent's "The Massacre" in March 2005. It's be circulating the web since last week but not until now do we have a Retail rip of Coldplay's new album. They've been together for about 10 years now and have already gain worldwide success. Current single "Viva La Vida" is currently #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 thanks to the highly promoted iTunes commercial. As for the album with so much anticipation for the album they did not fail to my standards. They've always been criticised for some of their sensitive, heartfelt ballads & lyrics. But the boys aren't the type to let the critics get to them. They have regrouped, and worked out what made them great in the first place. And with the help of great producer Brian Eno they were able to craft a great album filled with marvelous layered songs. Two years have passed since "Carter II" and countless amounts of mixtapes and guest appearances have been made. Every track is handled with exceptional delivery from Weezy no matter how hard the beat is driven. I want to bring you this news,because its now a big deal here in our country...
THE President of our country want the students not to wear a school uniform in all level(grade school to college,most of us disagree with this i know that in other country it is as usual not to wear a school uniform but here its not...how can they identify us student if they are not wearing a uniform???

Ashanti - The Declaration [Retail]
It's been about 4 years since Ashanti dropped her third studio album "Concrete Rose". Even though she managed to have a hit on the album ("Only U") it's her lowest-selling studio album to date. She's had some single & album release date issuses but that aside and Ashanti is back. Current single "The Way That I Love You" is doing very well on the Billboard Hot 100 R&B/Hip-Hop Charts but doesn't share the same success on the Hot 100 just yet. As for the album this time around Ashanti took control and had a list of many producers she's never worked with before. Even with the list of A-list producers I can't say I hear anything new. The beats stick to straightforward bounce or toned down ballads. I can hear the growth in her voice and it's clear she has matured but I feel lacks personality when she sings. The album is a step up from her last effort and is a nice listen. Deff check it out and BUY YOUR COPY ON JUNE 3RD!!

David Cook and David Archuleta take their friendly competition from the set of American Idol to the national pop charts. Cook places a staggering 17 songs on the top 200 Hot Digital Songs chart. His bevy of hits includes the new #1, "Time Of My Life," which opens with a healthy total of 236,000 downloads. Cook's 17 entries have a combined total of 944,000 paid downloads. I don't think he'll need to go back to bartending anytime soon.

Archuleta places 12 songs on the Hot Digital Songs chart, topped by his cover of John Lennon's "Imagine," which opens at #16 with 71,000 downloads. Archie's songs have a combined total of 301,000 paid downloads. Thus, Cook was downloaded more than three times as often as his rival, whom he beat in last week's voting by a much less lopsided margin of 56% to 44%. (If Archie had won the title, would he be dominating the download battle? Probably. America loves a winner.)

Robert Knox(Marcus Delby) is dead

The family of the murdered Harry Potter actor Robert Knox called yesterday for tougher action against teenagers carrying knives.

The 18-year-old was killed outside the Metro bar in Sidcup, southeast London, as he tried to protect his younger brother, Jamie, from a man armed with two knives.

The actor, who plays the Hogwarts student Marcus Belby in the forthcoming film Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, was the ninth teenager to be stabbed to death in London this year.

He was a member of the same rugby club as Jimmy Mizen, who was stabbed to death two weeks ago at a bakery in Lee, southeast London.
The actor’s parents, Colin and Sally, and his brother visited the scene of the murder yesterday. Colin Knox, 55, who works in media production, said that the last conversation he had had with his son was on the danger of knives. “With knives there are no winners and only losers. If you are a person who carries a knife, think about the consequences before you carry the knife,” he said.

Mr Knox said that the recent wave of knife crime in the capital was a political issue and added: “There’s a lot of fear out there and basically someone has to change the way we think.”

Sally Knox, 50, a retail buyer, said: “I can’t understand personally the people who are against this stop-and- search because they think that it will make it worse.”

Jamie, 17, an Olympic hopeful in Tae Kwon Do, left a card at the murder scene which read: “I looked up to you so much. Everyone you met you touched. I would never have thought it would turn out this way. I thought you were invincible.”

Knox completed filming of the latest Harry Potter last Tuesday and had signed to appear in Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows, the seventh film in the franchise. He had been acting since the age of 11 and had appeared in the 2004 film King Arthur, the BBC comedy After You've Gone, The Bill and Tonight with Trevor McDonald on ITV and the Channel 4 reality show Trust Me, I’m A Teenager. Karl Bishop, 21, from Chislehurst, southeast London, is being held in custody on suspicion of murder.

Los Angeles, CA:- The fickle Southern California weather was at its best again. In the last few days there was nothing but bright sunshine and fantastic spring weather. Yesterday, however there was a sudden change. There were scattered rains storms accompanied by lightning and thunder. There were mudslides and hail. And, would you believe it… a tornado touched down in Riverside and toppled over huge trees and even train locomotives.
But those were about the only changes worth mentioning because back at the Wildcard Gym it was business as usual for Team Pacquiao.
Pacquiao arrive on time and on schedule for his training today (May 23). Being a Friday, he did not spar. But he did his usual training routine.
