Aside from git being a great distributed revision control system, this move was intended to allow easier collaboration with outside contributors.

So go ahead, work on email-reminder, commit your changes and send me those patches you've always been meaning to upstream :)

As a complement to this new distributed repository, I have also added an embedded cil repository to keep track of bugs and future enhancements. Give it a try, it's a fantastic little command-line issue tracker that works beautifully with git. Then send some more ideas to Andy.Françoishttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15799633745688818389noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4421743090846462614.post-6239076275344350212008-04-14T09:11:00.001+12:002008-04-14T09:17:02.884+12:00Roadmap now availableI have just posted a roadmap to give users an idea of where I want to take email-reminder (in terms of new features) in the next few releases.

If you want to help with any of those, feel free to send patches or comments on how to best implement specific features. Despite the fact that it hasn't seen much development in the last year, I still use email-reminder every day and care about it :) Here's a small bugfix release which fixes a bug reported by Ron Guerin regarding a missing date header.
