I consider salmon as my favorite fish. A week won't go by without us having it on our table. As a matter of fact, I often feature a salmon dish on my foodblog. This is one of the reasons why I would love to visit Japan aside from the lovely Sakura falling in autumn, wonderful scenery and the temples too. I could list down a hundred more reasons why but salmon would always be at the top of my list. :)

There's also a good reason why I love salmon and that is the very rich Omega-3 content. I've been reading a lot about this unsaturated fatty acid at Omega-3.org, on how it is beneficial to one's health. As summary, Omega 3 improves cardiovascular health, Omega 3 can prevent allergies, Omega 3 fights depression, Omega 3 lowers cholesterol, Omega 3 can boost the immune system and a lot more. Where I am is far from the sea, reason enough that seafoods cost a bit higher compared to neighbouring countries surrounded by water. It also follows that seafood restaurants would not be so pocket-friendly for a family of five dine-out nights.

There are not so many European cities that are cleaner than Vienna. Among those, which I recommend not only for summer vacation but winter as well, is Prague. Two entries below, I mentioned how I wanted this blog to be all about travel. I however, have not been out in 6 months! So basically, there is nothing to write about...visited places, recommended hotels, discovered food, not even beautiful photos. These are the reasons why there are no active visitors of this blog...I am thinking of doing some strategy to bring traffic that readers would know that this nook actually exists.

I think most of us do---during our recent trip back home I was given 10 discount coupons by the ticketing agency for buying 5 plane tickets from them. Years ago, working as a photographer, I would normally bring my camera case with only my slr camera in it of course. Nowadays though, I got a bigger camera and other gadgets with it so now I always carry a bigger camera bag complete with "compartments" for batteries, lens, and other accessories. It has always been with me on a day trip even when I'm just out in the city. The only time I left it in confusion was on our emergency trip, lot of thoughts in my head that I thought hubby has it and I thought he took it. :D
